Through the Internet we can make the virtual experiments platform published on the web, sharing resources and avoid duplication of equipment purchased and waste of resources. A lot of data acquisition and wireless communication framework was developed based on the graphic programming platform of Lab VIEW. The system used the big and powerful Lab VIEW handling data and showing function to carry out a real-time processing, analysis and display. Two communication styles were given such as TCP/IP and Data Socket. When two computers run Lab VIEW at the same time, real-time date send and receive between computers by the interface of Virtual instrument, which can realize multi-machine wireless data transmission and reading, in order to complete remote data sharing and controlling. © 2012 IEEE.

Discrete cosine transform (DCT) is applied widely in the field of signal processing. But the transform operation is complicated, and a large amount of multiply operation and addition operation affect largely the transform efficiency. To overcome such drawback, a new method based on parallel operation is proposed in the paper. First, a new transform matrix and a sort of new matrix operation principle are defined in the interest of convenient parallel operation. Then, DCT is accomplished by parallel operation tidily based on the new transform matrix and the new matrix operation principle. The theoretical analysis shows that the computation sum of the proposed method to compute DCT only needs one equivalent multiplication and a few equivalent additions, and the operation efficiency relative to other fast algorithm is improved markedly. © 2012 IEEE.

Network coding has been receiving much attention recently for its ability to improve spectral efficiency and achieve throughput optimality. In this paper, we propose a practical scheme of joint physical layer network-channel coding for two-way relay scenario. At relay node physical-layer network coding (PNC) is employed to make use of the additive nature of simultaneously arriving electromagnetic wave (EW) for equivalent coding operation. In doing so, PNC can potentially achieve 50 throughput increase compared with straightforward network coding. Meanwhile, we take advantage of the linearity of Turbo code and soft detection module, which not only reduce the complexity of encoding and decoding, but also achieve good performance in high Signal Noise Ratio (SNR). Simulation results show that the proposed scheme outperforms the straightforward network coding in terms of channel capacity and Bit Error Rate (BER) performance when applied to wireless networks. © 2012 IEEE.

In allusion to complex land SAR images, a modified partition method for two dimensional maximum entropic thresholding method is proposed. In this algorithm, a weighted factor is introduced into the criterion function of detection threshold, which strengthen the adaptive capacity to complex land SAR images. Simultaneously, it also improves the accuracy of image segmentation and reduces the false alarm rate and missed alarm rate. Experimental results show that the modified method has better performance in image segmentation. © 2012 IEEE.

A recommendation algorithm based on artificial immune network is proposed to deal with the problems of data sparsity and scalability in recommendation technology in the paper,. The algorithm can reduce data sparsity and improve the accuracy by using its own mechanisms for dynamic regulation of the immune. The experimental results show that the algorithm has improved the recommend accuracy and has some practical significance. © 2012 IEEE.

To remove the noises of EEG effectively, this paper makes the EEG De-noising research about Wavelet and Hilbert Transform. In HHT De-noising process, first, according to EEG own frequency characteristics, the EEG signals are made eight scales decomposition by using EMD algorithm, and obtain eight IMF component signals. Second, reconstruct the IMF component signals after filtering. Finally, get the EEG after De-noising. The experimental results show that HHT method can preferably eliminate the noises which mixed in the EEG. The De-noising effects of HHT and Wavelet Transform methods are compared by using the evaluation indexes. It finds that HHT method is superior to the traditional Wavelet Transform in the EEG De-noising, and its efficiency is higher. © 2012 IEEE.

A Workflow Management System usually works in a specific trusted environment in practice. We designed Emergency Information Management System based on the migrating instance. In the System, Browser/Server and Client/Server were adopted. Existing collision detection algorithms is difficult to solve deformable objects problem , and the bounding box is the most widely used collision detection algorithm in the current virtual reality technology, so we proposed the research which based on the bounding box of deformable objects. Focus on the bounding box algorithm of AABB, OBB, k-dops were compared, in order to select more suitable for deformable objects bounding box algorithm. Then the traditional K-dops introduced Snake model, which makes the algorithm closely and real-time performance are improved.

This paper reviews the development of the optical current sensor (OCS). OCSs based on different schemes are presented and introduced in detail. Principles and configurations are described to emphasize the advantages and disadvantages of each type. The development situations of each kind of OCSs are analyzed. Existing problems are discussed while related approaches to solve them are summarized. To promote the realistic engineering of the OCS in the electric power system, we propose some hopeful research directions in the end of the paper.
