The airborne GPS receiver is used to get the position information of an aircraft in the calibration flight test of radars. The position information is obtained by the carrier phase differential GPS techniques (CDGPS), which needs a network of GPS receivers as reference stations. Usually at least two GPS receivers are needed to get position information of decimeter level precision. In order to evaluate the precision of positioning only based on the data of single airborne GPS receiver, a post-processing approach using precise point positioning (PPP) techniques is developed. The algorithm only needs zero differenced dual-frequency pseudo-range and phase observations of the airborne GPS receiver to work, along with the precise orbit products of International GNSS Service (IGS) or the observation data of IGS stations. Two kinds of alternative Kalman filters based on white noise model and current statistic model respectively, are used in the algorithm and compared in this paper. The results from the simulation data of the flight test scheme demonstrate that, the two filters can get similar results to each other and both of them can achieve equivalent precision to the traditional CDGPS techniques. The results mean that the network of reference GPS stations is unnecessary if the post-processing PPP algorithm is used. © 2012 IEEE.

With the rapid development of network-based office technology, the traditional way of management and work of the aviation equipment repair mid-institution results in low efficiency. The repair business process optimization of the aviation equipment repairing factory can effectively improve the repair efficiency, and ensure the readiness and re-take off rate of the aviation equipment. First, the model of aeronautical component repair business process is built using the Time-Petri Net. The optimization model is built by making those optimizing policies on to the model. Then the special characteristic which is moving branches of Petri net can bring the model to reach the optimal strategy, and the scale of the net can be reduced by using the folding effect of colored Petri net. With these optimizations, a Color-Time-Petri net model for Aviation Component repair business process could be established. Finally, through comparative analysis of simulation results it is found that the optimization model improves the efficiency by 50% of repairing without affecting the quality, also the stability of the processes running is enhanced. © 2012 IEEE.

To evaluate the ambient air quality status of the Fuxin city in Aug-Nov, 2011, we established fuzzy comprehensive evaluation mathematical model and membership function using lower semi-trapezoid distribution through the distribution of data collection and selecting the main factor affecting air quality, and have the result that urban monthly average air quality has declined with the temperature during the evaluation. The air quality in August to October achieved the national secondary standards, but air quality in November 2011 and in the night can only achieved the national tertiary standards, the air contains a relatively large number of respirable particulate which is seriously damaged to human health. © 2012 IEEE.

The current support of the armored equipment is traditional extensive mode. There are many problems, such as excessive maintenance, late maintenance and high ratio of expenses to battle effectiveness. Aiming at these problems, the significance of Precise Support research on armored equipment is analyzed. Precise Support is the certain trend for equipment support under it-based conditions, which means to succeed in gaining possession of maximal efficiency with minimum cost and high effectiveness with low risk. The factors restricting Precise Support for armored equipment is made up of information collection, malfunction prediction, decision forming, support resources using. The future research directions about Precise Support for armored equipment of the key factors are pointed out, and framework of Precise Support for armored equipment are clarified. It is pointed out that C4ISR based on advanced sensors is the key part to Research on Precise Support for Armored Equipment. © 2012 IEEE.

As a linear structure, cryptosystems based on lattice has the incomparable advantage of lower energy consumption, so in the future they will also have a wide range of use for intelligent terminal. Compared with traditional public key cryptosystem: RSA, ECC, the based lattice cryptosystems can be proved secure, it have shown the important role in post-quantum cryptography era. The core of the algorithm's problems are base reduction, for 20 years, being inspired LLL lattice reduction algorithm, there are some stronger, and faster algorithm, no matter in accurate, or approximate, they has an important role to cryptanalysis and cryptosystem's design. This article attempts to give a survey of state-of-the-art lattice reduction algorithm. © 2012 IEEE.

Longyou Grottoes, with the characteristics of the structure of oblique roof plus rock pillar, big excavation, shallow burial and not good surrounding rock, exists the problem of instability. In order to protect it chronically, it is necessary to carry out varied researches, such as the study of the influence on the stability of the underground cavity of horizontal roof by the buried depth. In fact, the buried depth is an important factor that impacts the stability of the horizontal roof underground cavity. The elastic-plastic finite element method is utilized to compare and analyze some factors influenced by the buried depth, such as the displacement and stress field and the damaged area of the surrounding rock. It is concluded in the paper that the buried depth. The result helps to further understand the deformation and failure regularities of some horizontal roof cavities or the left open stope in the horizontal layer, and to assess their stabilities. © 2012 IEEE.

In order to apply the interactive Genetic Algorithms (GA) into complicated optimization problem,an interactive Genetic Algorithms with grey prediction for fitness of evolutionary individuals is proposed,in which the uncertainty of evolutionary individuals is measured by gery modeling. By predicting the grey modeling, the reliableness which reflecting the measurement is abstracted. On this basis,the formulation of fitness adjustment is proposed. The algorithm is applied to a fashion evolutionary design system, test results show that it can find more satisfactory solutions per generation. © 2012 IEEE.

Content distribution system can transmit large files rapidly between multiple users, and it has become the most widely used in internet. As a novel technology in communications, network coding technology has received widespread attention in academia. How to use network coding technology in P2P content distribution system is the hot focus of study. This paper propose a network coding algorithm based on trust, namely as CNST algorithm, it can find the high trust node in network. This algorithm can not only achieve network multicast's theory capacity, and when the scale of network is large, it can reduce the execution times of network coding operation, and improve the robustness of the network. © 2012 IEEE.

In PCA for the face recognition technique, computing the eigenvalues of the image matrix is the first step. Then these eigenvalues are sorted in descending order. A certain number of vectors, which correspond with these eigenvalues, are chosen by descending order and regarded as features of the face. Furthermore, these features show the whole image's characters. There are differences between the image's features and the face's. In this paper, a novel method based on face facial features specific positioning is proposed. This method consists of four steps: i) Locating the eyes and the middle line of the face, ii) Finding the areas of five sense organs by the face's symmetry, iii) Dimension reduction to each selected area using PCA, iv) Creating the transformation matrix for SVM classification. The recognition rate of this method is higher than the old method's. This suggests that these features from new method are more representative the real face features than old method. © 2012 IEEE.
