In oil field enterprise, the spatial information including the geographic information, property data of spatial object and digital cartography are stored and managed dividedly. A integrated data model is put forward to express and manage spatial information. Epicentre, a integrated standard data model, is introduced at first. Based on Epicentre model, the architecture of integrated spatial data model is presented. Spatial data and other data from petroleum exploration and production can be mapped by space time operation. Document specification can describe how a digital cartography document from GIS is composed from spatial data and other data in data center. © 2012 IEEE.

One of the main challenges in content-based or semantic image retrieval is still to bridge the gap between low-level features and semantic information. In this paper, A two-phase hybrid knowledge base inference mechanism based on DL and FOL is presented using integrated heterogeneous image features in ontology reasoning. The proposed method, having been proved by FO theory, promotes images ontology inference efficiently, and broadens the application fields of image ontology retrieval system. The relevant experiment shows that this method ameliorates the problems such as too many redundant data and relations in the traditional ontology system construction. The method also improves the performance of semantic images retrieval. © 2012 IEEE.

In this paper, the problem of attitude control of spacecraft with the unknown inertia matrix is studied. The model of kinetics in which the reaction wheels as executive component of spacecraft attitude control is considered. Based on the Lyapunov stability theory, the law of controller and estimation values of inertia matrix is obtained. Numerical simulation results show the validity and effectiveness of this method. To demonstrate the robustness against the effective of bounded noise of the proposed technique, it is applied to the model system and simulation results are obtained. © 2012 IEEE.

A method of milling system operation optimization is proposed in this paper. First, use Support Vector Machine to get the relations between milling unit consumption and its related operation parameters. Second, optimize the model with the help of genetic algorithm and composite algorithm, and then optimal operation parameters of this milling system under different working conditions are got, which can guide the operator's operation. Tests show that this method has high modeling accuracy and optimization speed, also, it proves good reliability and efficiency. © 2012 IEEE.

As high resolution and large field sensors were used, the real time performance of the target tracking system is more and more important. Single mode algorithm can not track the target stably because of the target changes its characteristics from time to time. In order to solve the two problems above, a multi-processors and parallel high-speed image processing machine was presented. The kernel method for designing the parallel image processing system was analyzed and the optimization technologies for DSP were discussed. The FPGAs were used for detecting targets in whole view of sight and the DSPs were used for target tracking. The machine realized can automatic detect and track targets in real-time. The experimental results indicate that the system can adapt various environments and various targets which have different characteristics. © 2012 IEEE.

A commutator automatic slotting machine is a special equipment in the rotor commutator slotting of the DC motors. The detection and location of the commutator mica slot is its key technology. In this paper, a design method is put forward to implement real-time tracking and automatic indexing of the commutator mica slot by using advanced video image processing technology. Under the control of the micro controller, a video image of the commutator is taken by the CCD camera and processed by sync separation and hardware binarization to locate the commutator mica slot. At the same time, the rotor is driven by the stepping motor to align the mica slot and the cutter, and complete the slotting process of the commutator mica. This commutator automatic slotting machine has a variety of operating modes. It has the advantages of being convenient in use, prompt in response, accurate in positioning and strong in applicability. © 2012 IEEE.

The method of logic analysis could be used to assist in searching for the errors of the program. The present researches mainly focus on the infinite loops, memory leaks, pointer errors and so on. Neither of them paid any attention on the correctness of the branch condition, the error of which usually occurred in the software developing process. The concept of program condition self-contained is defined in the thesis, and it includes integrity and compatibility. According to the formal logic and set theory, an auto-judge method of program condition self-contained, range space merging theory, has been submitted. This method analyzes the if-clause in the same if-statements level, and distinguishes the equivalent classes that the program process on, then transform them into range subspace form. Thereafter, analyze the integrity that whether the range subspaces could be merged into integrated range space, and analyze the incompatibility that whether there exist overlaps between them. The thesis also gives out the condition expression arranging algorithm, transforming condition expression into range space form algorithm, range space partition algorithm, range space merging algorithm, etc. It proves that this method could also be used to do the requirement analyses and to inspect the condition expressions in the formatting documents of software designing. © 2012 IEEE.

Satellite telemetry parameters are the basis of judging whether satellites are in order or not. And parameters' trend prediction is the precondition to predict the condition of the satellites. Aiming at the need of getting data trend in the project, the comparability of parameters and metabolism was put forward to improve precision of prediction, as well as to build a new prediction model which was adopted to calculate the trend. Through resembling using the data from project practice, new idea is valid and dependable. © 2012 IEEE.
