Cognitive radio networks are the self-configuring and mainly solve the problem of spectrum utilization. Cognitive radio networks always try to identify Occupied or un-occupied channels for transmission. Cognitive radio networks (CRN’s) are an enabling technology for multiple features like dynamic spectrum access, spectrum sharing, and dynamic allocation. The existing research of security issues in CRN’s mainly considers attacks in individual layers and provides significant solutions but attacker cannot propagates his attacks in single layer. In this work, we designed a cross-layer attack solution, where attackers attack two different layers at a time. The attacks we considered are report false sensing data (RFSD) attack in physical layer and small backoff window (SBW) attack in MAC layer. Simulation results shows that our proposed solutions perform in reducing these two attacks and significantly reduce the attack probability and increase channel utilization by primary users. © 2021, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

This paper describes an application of machine learning in a web browser feature called autofill. Automatic form fill or autofill is a time saving feature present in web browsers. This feature automatically fills text values in a new web form based on the text values filled by the user for the same or similar fields in other forms on the web, which are stored locally. This is dependent on the correct prediction of the labels of the form fields. In this paper, we describe an intelligent and secure solution for autofill. This includes fixing some security vulnerabilities related to hidden fields in a web form, resulting in a secure auto fill. Our solution also intelligently predicting the field labels in a form using machine learning. The present research work focus on addressing the hackathon-edu proposal from a global perspective at pre-university recruitment, which is focus on the disciplines of the information technologies and communications capable to contributing human-centered systems experiences. The theoretical principles related to educational marketing, the hackathon, Higher Education Institutions, the blue ocean strategy and innovation. The research has a quantitative approach, descriptive and correlational scope, non-experimental and transactional design, the population sample consist of 190 high students in their senior year located in the city of Tijuana, Mexico. Data analysis through the statistical package for social sciences (SPSS) and contrast the hypothesis using the Spearman rho rank correlation nonparametric by means of inferential statistics. The most relevant results show that students in programming area, had mention that they do not have knowledge of the graduation profile and reticular plan in computer sciences.

In real life problems If-Then rules antecedent and consequent parts are characterized with the bimodal information. The bimodal information covers probabilistic and fuzzy uncertainty (not separately) in existing literature. There are fuzzy reasoning approach and probabilistic approximate reasoning approach that deal separately with fuzzy uncertainty and probabilistic uncertainty. There is the need to develop new approach to approximate reasoning with If … ¯ Then rules which are based on bimodal information. In this paper, we suggest new approach for approximate reasoning with Z-set-based rules. At present, human-computer interaction tasks are complex, and the user abilities required for tasks are not clear. The interface design has problems such as high design cost and inconvenient evaluation. This research decomposes the ship's human-computer interaction tasks into therbligs, establishes the mapping relationship between therbligs and user cognitive abilities, and further establishes a model for human-computer interaction tasks and user cognitive abilities through analytic hierarchy process. This research has clarified the correspondence between human-computer interaction tasks and users' cognitive abilities and measured the performance value of each ability under certain conditions through experiments. Users can obtain the performance of a certain cognitive ability in a specific interface and environment by looking up the table, and thus determine whether the interface design is reasonable. This model can quickly and easily find out the abilities required for each task, and quickly evaluate the interface design.

This paper explores the usage of different convolutional neural network-based methods for artistic style transfer on images. Style transfer is an interesting domain of Computer Vision as it combines both aspects of style and content recognition in images. In this paper, methods are discussed to transfer mixed or unseen artistic styles to images in real time. Two approaches are implemented, which can achieve multiple and mixed style transfer, building on and inspired by Johnson’s fast style transfer algorithm. A custom baseline CNN architecture and a fine-tuned ResNet-18 are trained using transfer learning. The problem of artist identification of fine art paintings is also explored as this is a challenging problem handled by art historians who have vast experience and training and will use for digitizing large swathes of artwork. © 2021, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

Up until the beginning of 2020, the world panorama of tourism had enormous growth potential. There was increasing pressure on the tourist infrastructure and related services, so competitiveness in the travel and tourism sector was seen both as a powerful economic tool and a driver of growth, and also a risk to the continued development of the industry if it were not managed in a sustainable manner. In this context, it was (and will be) important to understand and analyse the differentiating and enhancing factors of the competitiveness of a tourist destination – in this case, the city of Oporto and the North of Portugal. Faced with the difficulty of applying theoretical models to analyse the competitiveness of tourist destinations, it was decided to deepen the study of the most recognised models and, with the support of a panel of experts, the "4 C’s Tourism Destination Competitiveness Matrix" was created. This paper aims to demonstrate the importance of qualitative analysis in the study of tourist destination competitiveness through the results obtained from the base survey of the said Matrix. The use of the qualitative analysis software webQDA allowed for us to obtain clues, or to observe trends in opinions, about the competitiveness of the destination Oporto, and it demonstrated the potential of the tool, allowing us to infer that it will be possible to obtain more significant conclusions with a larger sample. © 2021, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

Starting from a training point in the chemical laboratory, whose events take place in the chemical laboratory in addition to wasting time and money, in addition to the revolution, the dream in the world of technology and electronic computing is intelligence and feasibility, so that they can be creative and innovative, in addition to that, reduce the material costs and efforts in this field. Therefore, our research aims to analyze the complex chemical materials to generate new materials from them and to verify them from a computerized validity before performing this experiment in a laboratory. The proposed model consists of three basic steps: First: Dismantling the chemical compound, which represents a complex network, and converting it into a group of subgraphs through the use of one of the graph mining algorithms. Second: After that, each subgraph is taken and the stimulating substance is added to it to speed up the work of the chemical reaction until it reaches a state of stability, by adding new nodes and connections to that subgraph which leads to the production of New subgraph. Third: One of the optimization techniques is applied to each new set of subgraphs to produce a set of patterns that represent the best materials that can be produced from the original spoilers. Thus, we have determined in advance to the researcher what materials can be added to accelerate the chemical reaction and what percentages are accurately mixed using electronic computing before this reaction is carried out in his laboratory. © 2021, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Switzerland AG.

During the time of the Covid 19 pandemic, the behavior of three human groups was analyzed after having completed the 16-week academic semester in September 2020. The students of each human were divided into 4 resulting quadrants, the attitudinal behavior was weighted on the axis of the abscissa and the axis of the ordinates to the final grade. The students of each one of the groups were distributed applying their percentage value within each one of the quadrants, those that are denominated talented, responsible, confident, disinterested, being their averages 18.27%, 37.69%, 13.09% and 30.99% respectively. It was demonstrated that there is no significant difference between the three groups, in terms of the percentage values assigned to each of the quadrants, as well as that there is no significant difference between the percentage values between the quadrants of the talented and the confident, nor between the responsible and the disinterested.
