Blockchain is a technology that promotes security, transparency and authenticity. It is defined by as distributed ledger technology and consensus algorithm, it's first application were in the financial sector with Bitcoin, Ethereum and other cryptocurrency, but now the concept has spread to other sectors like Healthcare, Governance, Education, etc. In the education sector all stakeholders need a reliable technology that will improves the education system and takes it to the next step. The Blockchain has all the key characteristics to do just that (distributed ledger, no third parties, chronological timestamp, cryptographically sealed, consensus based), and to be used in bigger scale it has to gives assurance such as data privacy and data security. This Systematic Mapping Study (SMS) tries to study existing papers in blockchain security and privacy and its application in Education to provide a classification and to explore the artifacts and the domains.

Reiterating the importance of having a human factor related safety reporting system for aviation maintenance to reduce human error and utilizing it to gain SMS compliance, the REPAIRER method of identifying and reporting human factors hazards in aviation maintenance is reintroduced. How and why the REPAIRER method system is of such importance in the implementation of aviation maintenance safety programs can be linked to the success and evolution of maintenance resource management and human factors programs which have been effective in reducing human error in aviation maintenance. These programs are rooted in effective communication methods, as well as the identification of human factor elements. To illustrate this point, the successes of maintenance resource management are discussed. Additionally, the incredible strides that the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has taken to propel a human factors-centered safety program in aviation maintenance are brought to light with the FAA's latest transition of MRM (Maintenance Resource Management) to MxHF (Maintenance Human Factors). This newly appointed program, which replaced a decades old FAA MRM program, highlights the significant changes in MRM, notably the emphasis on human factors. Given the significant shift from MRM to MxHF, the authors explore the implementation of the REPAIRER aviation maintenance reporting system under the new guidelines and demonstrate how it could fulfill many of the desired outcomes of both programs, while still gaining SMS compliance.

This research aimed to identify usability issues in the interaction with a payment application for a digital parking meter system located in Guadalajara, Mexico. A usability test was carried out by twenty participants divided into two groups-ten younger and ten older adults-. The main task evaluated was making a payment using the application. Participants were asked to do the task on two consecutive occasions. Once the interaction with the application finished the usability questionnaires A and B were administered. The results show that younger and older participants found problems and made mistakes when using the system. Younger and older participants suggested the need for modifications to the application. The paper discusses how understanding the experience and needs of both groups of users can help to develop a more accessible and usable app.

This paper presents a novel method for the design of metaphor-based driver-vehicle interaction with two main objectives. First, to create a structured procedure for generating metaphors in the context of automotive Human Machine Interaction (HMI). Second, to facilitate the development of new HMI concepts based on the identified metaphors, i.e., to optimize the overall design process. To build the foundation for developing the novel method, research concerning metaphor-generating procedures has been investigated in the context of interaction design. Furthermore, general design methodologies are examined to complement the foundation of the method. These analyses unveil a deficiency regarding methodologies for the design of metaphor-based driver-vehicle interaction concepts. Additionally, it has been possible to assess how different approaches to design and development may complement each other for building the novel method.

The following article describes a creative strategy in the learning environment regarding Digital Design, specifically the development of visual exploration on emotional archetypes to a group of students of Master of Graphic Design of the School of Applied Arts of the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco, Portugal in the academic year 2018/19. The research topic was introduced in the development of a communication project for the Agro-Food product, bee pollen. The article presents the introduction to the problem, hypothesis, objectives, strategy, results, and conclusion. The development of the visual exploration strategy included the theoretical framework of Wertime [8], and Woodside, Sood and Miller [9], Although the results point out the richness of the proposed strategy in communicating the importance of the emotional concept among students and the notion of structure in the communication, The authors assessed from the resulting experience, the complexity of communicating the possibilities of the use of archetypal images in the development of communication solutions.

The rapid change of the Chinese society in the last 20 years, with the biggest urbanization process ever observed, the growing economic and social gap between the remaining rural population and the much more sophisticated resident of the large cities of the coastal area of the East, has been pushing the Chinese government to intervene with several policies aimed to reduce the westeast migration. However, the different policies designed with this aim are not yet reaching the desired impact and their implementations are often not focusing on the need to preserve also the cultural heritage of the Chinese countryside. This paper discusses the applied research on the points mentioned above, focusing on design solutions for a sustainable and innovative pilot system which promotes economic and ecological sustainability, social innovation and re-defines marginality through innovation within tradition.

At present time, many urban centres of European cities are losing their historical and socio-cultural identity due to ageing populations and a significant increase in tourism. If, on the one hand, there are many cases of revitalisation of the economic activity of these contexts, all very service focused, on the other hand, the network of human relations has become very fragile or nonexistent. This has a significant impact on the wellbeing of remaining residents. For the new generation of dwellers and tourists, as a result, these neighbourhoods are less significant from a cultural and symbolic perspective. Adding to these arguments, in rehabilitation processes, chromatic proposals for neighbourhoods often are aimed at establishing or maintaining the architectural identity of the place. This type of colour research suggests that heterogeneity and unity of colours can contribute to cultural identity. Colour proposals often aim at increasing actual liveability and wellbeing of the users of the public space of the area under scrutiny. Yet, relatively little is known about how residents can use the colours of their neighbourhood to strengthen their own sense of place particularly when the area is under pressure from the tourism industry. This paper will address this research topic and present, in an initial phase, the methodology, some collected data and conclusions of a case study in Mouraria, a historical Lisbon neighbourhood.

In this experiment, static visual acuity and dynamic visual acuity were tested with standard visual acuity charts and vision testing software for three groups of people in different age groups under different lighting conditions. The results showed that the dynamic visual acuity and static visual acuity had a certain correlation with each other and the dynamic vision was always lower than static vision. Static vision and dynamic vision were gradually decreased with increasing of the age. As the brightness of the screen increased, the individual's vision acuity increased. The moving speed of visual icons had great effect on the visual acuity.

The evolution of technology, and mainly the evolution of the Internet, has improved the way business is done. Nowadays, most services are offered through a website or through an app, as it is much more convenient and suitable for the customer. This business transformation made it possible to get a faster and cheaper service, and companies had to adapt to the change, in order to fulfill customers' requirements. In this context, this paper relates to this digital transformation, focusing on a case study about Netflix, a former DVD rental company and currently an online streaming leader. We aimed to understand Netflix's behavior alongside this digital wave. Thus, we performed a survey, which had 74 answers, mainly from Portugal, but also from Spain, Belgium, Italy, Turkey, Georgia and Malaysia. Of the people who answered the survey, 90.1% were stream consumers, but only 59.1% had premium TV channels. From those 90.1%, 58.3% also said that they watched streams between two and four times per week, but the majority of premium TV channel subscribers (63.8%) replied that they watch TV less than twice in a week. We see a trend in which the traditional TV industry is in decline and streaming as a service has increased in popularity. Consumer habits are changing, and people are getting used to the digitalization era. Netflix is also confirmed in our survey as the market leader of the entertainment distribution business, as stated in the literature, and the biggest strength of this platform is its content.

The aim of the study is to investigate the effect of a specific training on muscle fatigue by means of the analysis of the amplitude and spectral parameters of surface electromyography. This report is a second part of our first paper on muscle fatigue in high performance pilots. One experienced jet pilot was enrolled for this study. sEMG activity of the neck and shoulder muscles was recorded before and soon after a flight on European Fighter Aircraft. Afterwards, the pilot followed a specific neck and shoulder muscles training and he was recorded before and soon after a flight. Muscle activity was recorded bilaterally from Sternocleidomastoid, Upper and Middle Trapezius muscles. The temporal changes of amplitude and frequency of the sEMG signals were calculated on root mean square values, median frequency of the power spectrum and on spectral full width at half maximum. The main finding of this study is that training strengthened the muscles of both the dominant and non-dominant side, as through the fatigue indexes we observed less fatigue after flight after the training. It is possible to conclude that it would be important to incorporate neck and shoulder specific training in the list of operational duties. Moreover, by studying sEMG fatigue parameters, it is possible to obtain more detailed information about neck stress in order to deeper understand some of the causative factors for neck pain, so it would be possible to provide recommendations and tools to increase and improve the career longevity of jet pilots.
