Big Data (BD) is participating in the current computing revolutions. Industries and organizations are utilizing their insights for Business Intelligence (BI). BD and Artificial Intelligence are one of the fundamental pillars of Industrial Revolution (IR) 4.0. IR 4.0 demands real time BD analytic for prediction and classification. Due to complex characteristics of BD (5 V's), BD analytics is considered a difficult task in offline mood. However, in real time or online mood, BD analytic become more challenging and requires Online Classification Models. In real time mood, the nature of input streams (input data) and target classes (output class) are dependent and non-identically distributed, which cause deterioration in OCM. Therefore, it is necessary to identify and mitigate the causes of this deterioration in OCM and improve OCM performance in RTBDE. This study investigates some fundamental causes of deterioration of Online Classification Models and discusses some possible mitigation approaches. This study also presents some experimental results to show the deterioration in OCM due to real time big data environment. In the future, this study will propose a method to mitigate deterioration in Online Classification Models.

An adaptive multilocator for online recognition and tracking of moving objects is considered. The vision system is based on the fast real time sub image localization module aimed to recognize patterns in order to track the motion of the selected object. In order to reduce mistakes concerned with the identity, the system is able to recognize several similar objects simultaneously. Nevertheless, the operator can point out an object on the screen to correct the tracking process. An adaptation of the actual patterns according to the lastly localized objects in the area of interest is performed in each step of the real time process. The aim of the paper is to present an effective adaptation and correction procedure based on constant primary patterns defined by the operator and varying secondary patterns defined by the automatic adaptation.

The article is devoted to determining the possibility of adding high-pressure polyethylene to the asphalt concrete, its optimal quantity in the mixture and the effect on the coating properties. When using a thermoplastic polyethylene in the mixture of the asphalt concrete compositions fillers the environmental impact is minimized and their physical and mechanical properties are improved while reducing the share of natural sources. The solution of these two determined tasks meaning providing the best quality properties of asphalt concrete using mass polymer solid household waste was the purpose of this work. The composition of hot dense fine-grained asphalt concrete type B grade II according to the national Russian Standard 9128-2009, manufactured in the research laboratory "Far East" was adopted as the source composition. The optimum concentration of polyethylene additive in asphalt concrete composition equal to 1% by weight of mineral materials was determined. The research results of physical and mechanical properties of standard and modified asphalt concrete were described, tests for rutting resistance when rolling the loaded wheel on the coating were carried out. Conclusions and decisions, indicating the improvement of asphalt concrete endurance with the addition of 1% polyethylene by weight of mineral fillers are made.

A multi-criteria method is proposed for determining the fault tolerance of information system components. Information system components act as alternatives. Alternatives are described by a set of criteria. Each criteria has its own direction of optimization and a unit of measurement. To obtain comparable scales of criteria values, normalization was done. The estimation of additional coefficients is made. The criteria weights are determined on the basis of expert estimates.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming the 21st century service industries. With increased availability of virtual channels, new approaches to resource management are required for effective service delivery. A notable example is Amazon, which is reshaping itself with AI-based technologies, relying on robot service delivery systems, either through faster inventory checks or product delivery that reached unprecedented speed. This study provides an overview of the existing theory concerning the next generation of AI technologies that are revolutionizing the service delivery systems (SDS). To this end, we have systematically reviewed the literature to identify and synthesize the existing body of knowledge and update academics and practitioners regarding the latest AI developments on the SDS's. This article argues that AI technologies are driving the service industry and have had promising results in reducing the service lead time while is being more cost-effective and error-free. Future studies should contribute to strengthen the theoretical production, while AI is being continuously reinforced with new empirical evidence.

In the future, telecommunication must be able to provide ubiquitous and adequate wireless network resources to meet the needs of various applications of mMTC (Massive Machine-Type Communication). Specification of NBIoT (Narrow Band Internet of Things), as such, demands to increase the capacity for a larger number of connections with reasonable performance in operation. To face the development trend and to tackle the technological issues, in the implementation of NB-IoT eNB, it is feasible to utilize an acceleration function of our designed SG-DMA (Scatter-Gather Direct Memory Access) controller implemented in FPGA (Field Programmable Gate Array) to offload processing effort of multi-channel scheduling and enhance operation performance encapsulating a larger number of TBs in a short period. Detecting complexes in protein interaction networks is one of the most important topics of current computational biology research due to its prominent role in predicting functions of yet uncharacterized proteins and in diseases diagnosis. Evolutionary Algorithms (EAs) have been adopted recently to identify significant protein complexes. Conductance, expansion, normalized cut, modularity, and internal density are some well-known examples of complex detection models. In spite of the improvements and the robustness of predictive functions introduced by complex detection models based on EA and regardless of the general topological properties of protein interaction networks, inherent biological data of protein complexes has not, or rarely exploited and incorporated inside the methods as a specific heuristic operator. The aim of this operator is to guide the search process towards discovering hyper-connected and biologically related complexes by allowing a more effective exploration of the state space of possible solutions. Thus, the main contribution of this study is to develop a heuristic biological operator based on Gene Ontology (GO) annotations where it can serve as a local-common optimization approach. In the experiments, the performance of eight EA-based complex detection models has analyzed when applied on the yeast protein networks that are publicly available. The results give a clear argument for the positive effect of the proposed heuristic biological operator to considerably enhance the reliability of the current state-of-the-art optimization models.
