The proliferation of online consumer reviews has led to more people choosing where to eat based on these reviews, especially when they visit an unfamiliar place. While previous research has mainly focused on attributes specific to restaurant reviews and takes aspects such as food quality, service, ambience, and price into consideration, this study aims to identify new attributes by analyzing restaurant reviews and examining the influence of these attributes on star ratings of a restaurant to figure out the factors influencing travelers' preferences for a particular restaurant. In order to achieve this research goal, this study analyzed Chinese tourists' online reviews on Korean restaurants on ***, the largest Chinese travel website. The text mining method, including the LDA topic model and R statistical software, will be used to analyze the review text in depth. This study will academically contribute to the existing literature on the field of the hospitality and tourism industry and practically provide ideas to restaurant owners on how to attract foreign customers by managing critical attributes in online reviews.

In this paper, a gain scheduled PID force feedback controller of a manipulator is designed and implemented for the robotized sewing of fabrics, using a commercial sewing machine. The proposed manipulator controller should keep a constant tension of the fabric, to achieve high quality of cloths seams, as the length of the fabric is shortened along the sewing process. For the controller design, a non-linear model of the fabric is considered, varying with the actual length between the grasping and sewing points. The model is based on a simplified Kelvin-Voigt model with non-linear spring and damper coefficients, which also depend on the type and the length of the fabric and are estimated experimentally. The Model-based PID tuning process from Simulink is used, for tuning and scheduling the gains of the PID controller corresponding to fabric's different actual lengths. The determined sets of gains are used for controlling online an Adept Cobra s800 robot to manipulate a woven piece of fabric during the sewing process, where the proposed approach is tested. The proposed force control approach maintains a stable tensional force on the fabric and therefore the quality of the seam and hence of the cloth could be enhanced. Finally, it is compared with a PID controller with constant gains.

One of the biggest, most competitive and quicker shifting markets is the smartphone industry. Evaluating significant opportunities and being sustainable in the market is entirely up to a firm's innovation strategy. In this article, we perform an in-depth analysis by available means to study trends and tendencies relative to Apple and Xiaomi, two completely different companies with completely different approaches. We tested the clients' needs and perceptions, in an attempt to see if they are part of the enterprises' strategy (in a survey, with 193 responses). Indeed, customers are interested in powerful cameras, good storage capacity and a good duration of the battery of their smartphones. The market is evaluated above 1.5 billion units sold per year and demonstrates high demand for every new model to be different, more powerful, more capable of fulfilling our lifestyle. Apple uses an incremental innovation sales strategy, based on the billions of euros used in secret research and development. On the other hand, Xiaomi performs open innovation, taking customers' needs and ideas to the world. What is the best approach? Will it be enough to stay on top? An analysis using Google Trends shows how Nokia has faded away over time, how Apple had a spike of interest concerning its latest iPhone 11 launch;while Xiaomi is ever more popular, especially in Portugal.

These years, with the great development of electronic technology and the rise of the digital revolution, the advanced media of network multimedia, which integrates sound and picture animation, is being applied to college English teaching by more and more colleges and universities. Traditional education can meet the needs of information, digital and networked society anymore. A transformation that necessarily involves teaching content, teaching methods, teaching methods and teaching structure is taking place. Under the background of the limitations of thinking, material and technical conditions in China's current education system, the use of online multimedia English teaching will inevitably encounter many problems. For example, it is difficult for students to adapt and accept the method of learning English through network multimedia. The ability to fully utilize and accept multimedia networks is not available;unchanging courseware cannot adapt to different levels of students to learn independently according to their own abilities;formative assessment and summative assessment cannot be effectively combined;teaching management is arranged in class, The scores of records, credits, attendance registration, etc. are unchanged or there are no corresponding reasonable changes. In view of the problems existing in the current transition from college English to network multimedia mode, this paper analyzes the causes of these problems and puts forward the countermeasures to solve college English teaching problem under the condition of network multimedia.

In this paper, we propose an approach for single image super-resolution (SISR) using generative adversarial network (GAN). The SISR has been an attractive research topic over the last two decades and it refers to the reconstruction of a high resolution (HR) image from a single low resolution (LR) observation. Recently, SISR using convolutional neural networks (CNNs) obtained remarkable performance in terms of peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR) and structural similarity (SSIM) metrics. Despite this, these methods suffer with a serious drawback in terms of visualization quality of the SR images;the results look overly-smoothed. This is due to the loss function in those methods has a pixel level difference which increases the values of PSNR and SSIM metrics;however the visualization quality is degraded. The GAN has a capability to generate visually appealable solutions. It can also recover the high-frequency texture details due to the discrimination process involved in GAN. Here, we propose improved single image super-resolution using GAN (ISRGAN) with the concept of densely connected deep convolutional networks for image super-resolution. Our proposed method consists two networks: ISRNet and ISRGAN. The ISRNet is trained using MSE based loss function to achieve higher PSNR and SSIM values and ISRGAN is trained by using a combination of VGG based perceptual loss and adversarial loss in order to improve the perceptual quality of the SR images. This training step forces the SR results more towards the natural image manifold. The efficiency of the proposed method is verified by conducting experiments on the different benchmark testing datasets and it shows that the proposed method of ISRGAN outperforms in terms of perception when compared to the other state-of-the-art GAN based SISR techniques.

The "One Belt, One Road" strategy is an important opportunity for Chinese companies to carry out internationalization. This paper selects the panel data of 98 Belt and Road countries along the route in 2013-2017, uses the OLS hybrid regression method to study the impact of corporate internationalization level on corporate performance, and analyzes the adjustment effect of R&D investment to the relationship between internationalization level and corporate performance. The results show that: (1) The relationship between internationalization level and corporate performance is S-type related;(2) R&D investment has a positive adjustment effect on the relationship between internationalization level and enterprise performance. The introduction of R&D investment instead of the past industry and location advantages has broadened the research perspective. According to the conclusions, several suggestions for the Chinese company were proposed: (1) Enterprises should learn from foreign experience, identify the positioning of the company in the market and try to avoid excessive internationalization. (2) Enterprises should increase investment in research to improve product competitiveness.

This paper presents a preliminary study for the characterization of Burr hole craniotomy procedures, in order to define the specifications for the design of a tele-operated craniotomy robot. Surgeon's gestures are recorded through a motion capture system during the execution of several craniotomy tasks, allowing to characterize the drilling tool range movements. Moreover, a tele-operated platform is used to record the interaction forces produced between the drilling tool and the human skull during the procedure, obtaining an order of magnitude of the force feedback a dedicated tele-operated craniotomy system would need to provide during a craniotomy procedure.

Many studies highlight the importance of systems thinking and abstract thinking among engineers, especially as part of the Industry 4.0 framework. The study described in this paper characterized the relation between systems thinking and abstract thinking among high school students carrying out projects that combine hardware and software. Thirty-six Israeli 12th graders majoring in electronics participated in this study. The students filled out an anonymous Likert-like questionnaire used for evaluating their self-reported systems thinking and abstract thinking skills. Additionally, the students took a multiple-choice test examining systems thinking and abstract thinking. The findings indicate a significant moderate positive correlation between the two abilities, both in the questionnaire and the test. This correlation may have both theoretical and educational implications.

As we know that the world is been surrounded by the internet and interconnected to it and the different things or we can say the edge devices which helps us to connect to network and communicate to the different alternatives with the surroundings. In this paper we would be discussing about the different algorithms and their and disadvantages and how the advanced standard algorithm is been applied we has an great effect on cryptography and the different process carried out in the encryption and decryption process. In this paper the encryption and the decryption would be given in 128 bit format in hexadecimal, binary or any other format and the key expansion for getting the cipher text. in cryptography their are three classification for the expansion of the key which can be symmetric, asymmetric and the hash function in this paper we have discussed and the symmetric key is been given for both encryption and decryption *** we know that we are using the 128 bit length which has 10 rounds and the initial round includes the state and the different transformation in the cryptograpy process which is the symmetric key expansion in which the same key is been applied to both encryption and decryption in binary, hexadecimal, etc. As it is lossless operation many applications can be derived using this algorithm as we are using symmetric key block cipher. We are limiting our paper with the 128 bit length of data in verilog language. For encryption and decryption the proposed paper describes the cryptograpy which would be having the fixed size. In this algorithm where we are using the symmetric key block cipher where the key would be given same with respect to encryption. Many applications it can be used as it is lossless operation. We limit our focus on 12b8 bit AES encryption and decryption where coded in VHDL coding. The proposed paper describes the private key cryptosystems which has a key with fixed size.

Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) is a topic of increasing relevance across virtually all sectors of our society, with the potential for significant impact on corporations and more broadly on our economy and our society. In spite of the value of human capital, Human Resources in general and D&I in particular are dominated by qualitative approaches. We introduce an agent-based simulation that can quantify the impact of D&I on corporate performance. We show that the simulation provides a compelling explanation of the impact of hiring and promotion biases on corporate gender balance, and it replicates the patterns of gender imbalance found in various industry sectors. These results suggest that agent-based simulations are a promising approach to managing the complexity of D&I in corporate settings.
