Today is topical the automation of the production part of the search strategy. It is required to study the internal organization of information, which is presented not in a semantic way, but from the position of structuring information. Mathematic formulas reflecting the internal organization of information that affects the effectiveness of the choice of the method for solving the problem become actual. Modern quality indicators do not use the parameters of information structuring. But the structured information can forms the stable links and relationships between the procedural knowledge of the subject area used in modern computer systems to support scientific research, to organize effective selection of the most appropriate method for solving the current applied problem. The following scientific idea is proposed. A structured subject area has an optimal scope for making any right decision. Structured information can't be superfluous or incomplete, since it takes into account all ideal cases.

This document is in the required format. Internet of things (IoT) became buzzword everywhere in the market. It is designed with embedded things and Internet. These systems are used to interact with every other devices or services or human being on a large platform in the world. This type of architecture creates the scope in ease of using the improved applications and makes increases reliability and effectiveness of sustainable devices. Nowadays, the applications of IoT in everywhere in the society such as home, office, environment, and power grid automations, which replaces human being. The Internet of Things is the integrated global network, which allows connecting everything to everyone. Internet of things spreads from smart Cities to smart connected homes to wearables to health-care. Based on IoT there are various security and tracking devices, which are used for tracking and monitoring personal things. But not many of those devices serve flexibility for the users. "IOT smart luggage monitor alarm" is the device based on IoT, it is a portable device connected to the user's smart phone through Bluetooth connectivity. The device is composed of Arduino, BLE(HC-05) and Piezo speaker (Buzzer), GSM Module(SIM-800L), GPS Module. When the Bluetooth connection between the user mobile and the device is established, then it means that the luggage is safe and it is with the user. when the Bluetooth connection between the device and the user's mobile is lost then the user is given an audio alert from the buzzer of the device and also by an SMS sent to the user mobile along with GPS location of the luggage which is connected to the device, and also provides a continuous tracking of the luggage and sends the location in some time intervals. The location is tracked till the device is connected to the user's mobile. Comparatively based on the existing solutions it is portable, feasible and easy to install.

Environmental Sustainable Development (ESD) is the future of construction, following the necessity to preserve the environment in order to serve present needs and the future generation as well. This research investigates the reluctance of South African Construction Industry (SACI) designers in delivering ESD solution. The study will impact SACI to accelerate incorporation and compliance of ESD solution into its construction development delivery. A desktop research approach was employed by reviewing existing literatures to identify the wrong perceptions of SACI designers regarding ESD delivery. The major myth that surrounds reluctance to ESD as inferred is increase in building costs. This myth is due to misunderstanding of the ESD concept, lack of experience in ESD delivery, reluctance to construction technological change of ESD, lack of awareness of the benefits of ESD, and client's reluctance to engage in ESD. Diffusing the myth and it underlying factors will involve enacting ESD supporting policies, intensified by awareness of its benefits and importance.

The purpose of the study is to develop theoretical provisions and applied recommendations for assessing and improving the financial security of banks. To achieve this objective, the following tasks are fulfilled in the research: a) it is proposed to distinguish such components of the bank's financial security by functional approach as: "security of deposit transactions", "security of credit transactions", "security of cash transactions", "security of investment transactions", "security of currency transactions";b) a scientific and methodological approach is proposed for estimating the level of the bank's financial security by functional components, which is based on the calculation of an integral index with further ranking and grouping of banks by their financial security level;c) a set of measures to increase the level of banks' financial security by each functional component is formed. The study results are based on the use of the following methods: economic and statistical (calculation of the integral index of the bank's financial security level), the method of hierarchy analysis and an expert survey (determination of the importance of financial security indicators), the normalization principle (bringing indicators that are different by type to information unidirectionality and dimension), the method of ranking and grouping of banks by the level of financial security, logical generalization and a systematic approach (formation of measures to increase the level of financial security). The proposed scientific and methodological approach to assessing the level of the bank's financial security is tested on the example of Ukrainian banks;the calculations are made according to the official statistics of the National Bank of Ukraine as of 01.09.2019.

Current electricity transmission and distribution networks can classified as conventional electricity networks because they have not been able to provide excellent services and present real-time data. Improving additive manufacturing (AM) products is important since these technologies still have some limitations that restrict production. These limitations are associated with the size of the build envelope, the materials available and the possibility of multi-material fabrication. For this particular case, there are two different strategies: (i) one, is to build fittings that can act as mechanical connections for different parts, or (ii), to embed the parts as external components in the AM build process of the fittings. This paper presents exploratory research to quickly improve AM ceramic products by AM polymeric fittings in the two strategies presented. The overall aim is to describe a methodology that can optimize products using AM material extrusion technology and that can be used for the production of hybrid products.

The problems of mission planning for UAVs fleets are subject of intensive research. Their roots go back to the well-known extensions of VRP addressing the routing and scheduling of UAVs to deliver goods from a depot to customer locations. Rising expectations following the new outdoor applications besides seamless flow routing constraints forces to consider other aspects such as the weather forecast and energy consumption. In that context, this research concerns a declarative framework enabling to state a model aimed at the analysis of the relationships between the structure of a given UAVs driven supply network and its behavior resulting in a sequence of submissions following a required delivery. Because of the Diophantine character of the considered model the main question concerns its solvability. The provided illustrative example shows an approach leading to sufficient conditions guaranteeing solutions existence and as a consequence providing requirements for a solvable class of UAV driven mission planning problems.

Online antisocial behavior is a social problem and a public health threat. A manifestation of such behavior may be fun for a perpetrator, however, can drive a victim into depression, self-confinement, low self-esteem, anxiety, anger, and suicidal ideation. Online platforms such as Twitter and Facebook can sometimes become breeding grounds for such behavior. These platforms may have measures in place to deter online antisocial behavior, however, such behavior still prevails. Most of the measures rely on users reporting to platforms for intervention. In this paper, we advocate a more proactive approach based on natural language processing and machine learning that can enable online platforms to actively look for signs of antisocial behavior and intervene before it gets out of control. By actively searching for such behavior, social media sites can possibly prevent dire situations that can lead to someone committing suicide.

In this paper the issue of labeling noise is considered. Data labeling is the integral stage of the most part of the machine learning projects, so the problem spotlighted in the paper is quite topical. According to the labeling noise source classification, a new approach is proposed, affecting both of the labeling noise sources. The first component of the approach is based on the distributed ledger technologies principles, including the automatic consensus between the experts. The second component includes the devices dependability improvement by means of fog- and edge-computing usage. Also some models are developed to estimate the approach and selected results of the simulation are presented and discussed.
