5G promises much faster Internet transmission rates at minimum latencies with indoor and outdoor coverage;5G potentially could replace traditional Wi-Fi for network connectivity and Bluetooth technology for geolocation with a seamless radio coverage and network backbone that will accelerate new services such as the Internet of Things (IoT). New infrastructure applications will depend on 5G as a mobile Internet service provider therefore eliminating the need to deploy additional private network infrastructure or mobile networks to connect devices;however, this will increase cybersecurity risks as radio networks and mobile access channels will be shared between independent services. To address this issue, this paper presents a digital channel authentication method based on the Blockchain Random Neural Network to increase Cybersecurity against rogue 5G nodes;in addition, the proposed solution is applied to Physical Infrastructure: an intelligent Building. The validation results demonstrate that the addition of the Blockchain Neural Network provides a cybersecure channel access control algorithm that identifies 5G rogue nodes where 5G node identities are kept cryptographic and decentralized.

A recycling folded cascode amplifier comprising a local common-mode feedback technique with NMOS, working in a triode region is presented. The proposed amplifier shows enhanced performance as compared to the recycling folded cascode amplifier and OTA based on the local common-mode feedback structure with increased gain, GBW without additional power dissipation. The proposed amplifier performance is verified by the LTspice simulator tool with TSMC 180 nm CMOS process parameters. Performance of this amplifier when compared with CFRFC amplifier shows 202.9% GBW, 15.1 dB dc gain improvement with 30 pF load. The proposed amplifier has low fabrication cost and less verification time.

This project is to study the relationship between blood circulation and muscle movement and to understand the metabolic function between cells. To help the middle-age and elderly improve blood circulation, prevent Vascular lesion and promote blood sugar control. This study uses resistance movements to help middle-aged and elderly people to increase their muscle fibers, improve blood circulation and metabolism, and assist in the blood sugar control. Then it can improve body function, reduce the cause of chronic disease formation, and prevent chronic diseases. The ultimate goal of this project is to design an interaction sport advice aids in lower limbs sport. Mainly to train muscles to achieve the effect of converting blood sugar into muscles become energy, thereby achieving glycemic control. In addition, muscle movement promotes blood circulation throughout the body, burns excess calories, and prevents atherosclerosis caused by endothelial cell dysfunction.

The paper analyzes the ways in which knowledge management contributes to the success of today's companies and leads to an increase in their effectiveness and ability to remain competitive, and furthermore, the tools and practices that they use for their knowledge management process with the role of providing a framework for their knowledge management, which is based on a proposed knowledge management life cycle, inspired by the Agile System Development Life cycle. For this, in the paper, the current life cycle models used in knowledge management have been analyzed, along with the particularities and necessities of agile companies, and based on this, a life cycle model for the knowledge management of agile companies has been proposed, and furthermore, the possibility of integrating quality management tools within each stage of the life cycle has been analyzed, and a set of quality tools has been proposed in the context of the life cycle model.

This paper aims to explore the interactive design methods for children's companion robots by applying cognitive psychology theories. First of all, the researchers conduct an investigation, which analysis from the perspective of cognitive psychology. In combination with the users' aesthetic requirements, habits and physiological laws, the user demands in product design are reasonably analyzed. Then use cognitive psychology to observe the using process of children. Design information is obtained by investigating perception, thinking and operational process of users. Finally, combined with the user model of design object groups, a targeted interaction mode is developed and verified by the product design practice. The article transforms the traditional design thinking of "machine-oriented" into "people-oriented", which has guiding significance for the future interactive design of other robot products.

International Society for Engineering Pedagogy (IGIP) uses Global English as the working language of its conferences and publications. The analysis of ICL/IGIP 2017 Conference Presentations showed that English is a foreign language for more than 80 per cent of its participants. This fact causes certain problems for using and understanding Engineering Pedagogy terminology. To solve these problems IGIP launched a project aimed at compiling a multilingual Engineering Pedagogy glossary. "IGIP Multilingual Glossary" consists of the English core - basic Engineering Pedagogy terms and their definitions followed by translations into the target languages of the countries participating in IGIP activities as its National Sections. The paper describes the structure of the Glossary, the word entry, the Chapters of the main Subject Part, the problems that occurred during the work, and the ways of their solutions. The IGIP Working Group "Languages and Humanities in Engineering Education" is responsible for this project. The electronic version of the Glossary will be uploaded to IGIP site and it will give the opportunity to add new terms as soon as they appear in the professional communication.

Identification methods for the dynamic systems are considered with respect to electric drives. It is shown that electric drives are complex electromechanical systems, the mechanical part of which is multimass and contains elements with elastic connections. The features of these systems that require considering the gaps in gear units when solving modeling and identification problems;elasticity arising in the shafts;stiffness change of elastic elements in couplings. It is noted that the identification problem of electric drives is a subproblem of managing the state of electromechanical systems. The basis of methods and algorithms for its solution is a set is information about the performance limits of the electric drive. It is shown that identification of the controlled parameters of the electric drive requires using statistical methods based on the expansion of the pulse transient functions to a series of the orthonormal Laguerre transformed system of functions. The method has been proposed in order to assess the condition of the electric drive during operation. This method involves setting the performance limits as a set of boundary points. A distinctive feature of the method is the high identification accuracy.

This paper tries to propose a new concept that combines the concepts of knowledge management and religiosity. A new concept called Islamic Vanguard Spirit (IVS) is the result of the synthesis of knowledge management, manifest needs theory, social capital, and Islamic value. This new concept is based on the phenomenon of individualist salespeople and the neglect of religious values in sales activities that ultimately have an impact on sales performance that is not optimal. This concept promotes team collaboration as a lever of sales performance. The resources possessed by each individual are integrated into a team strength that complements and strengthens through knowledge sharing and knowledge donating activities. Through the spirit of doing the best, continuous improvement, asking others and helping others as IVS dimensions are expected to be able to increase selling performance. Testing the validity of each dimension is needed, which can then be empirically tested by adding several variables such as customer-oriented team, team-oriented leadership and adaptive selling capability.

The infinite variety of image subjects, the dependence of analysis algorithms and decision rules on the shooting conditions and image quality lead to the need to configure and retrain the computer vision system for almost every next series of images. The paper proposes the principles of organization and high-level language for description of strategies of content-based analysis of aerospace images. The decision maker specifies the strategy for processing and analyzing the image as a sequence of points of selection of actions or subtasks. In general, each action can be performed by different software modules, which require their own data structures, restrictions and rules. Accordingly, the results of the action will vary. The solver, which is controlled by the given strategy, selects variants of actions, data and constraints for each subtask, builds a decision tree, and monitors the progress of the decision. Examples of object detection strategies and results of their work on urban area aerial images characterized by a very high spatial resolution are given. Applied semantic models of actions and resources make the process of structuring and describing more visual and, at the same time, machine-readable. The process of describing the image analysis strategy is transferred from the level of specifying instructions/commands to the level of planning works and resources.
