Cyber security has been an important issue for control systems, however, there may be a shortage of security experts in the near future. Most of security engineering methods focus only at high-level such as architectures, and do not consider the availability of the control system. In addition, it is often difficult use them without security expertise. In this paper, the author proposed a novel method for solving this problem. The method automatically identifies vulnerabilities in a source code using a formal and static method (type-checking), and fixes them by installing security functions accordingly. Since this approach is entirely automated, it can be seamlessly used by regular engineers, i.e. without security expertise. The authors implemented the method and experimentally investigated its effectiveness on a simple example including the characteristics typical of communicating control systems.

We propose a reinforcement learning approach that combines an asynchronous actor-critic model with a recurrent model of visual attention. Instead of using the full visual information of the scene, the resulting model accumulates the foveal information of controlled glimpses and is thus able to reduce the complexity of the network. Using the designed model, an artificial agent is able to solve a challenging "mediated interaction" task. In these tasks, the desired effects cannot be created through direct interaction, but instead require the learner to discover how to exert suitable effects on the target object through involving a "tool". To learn the given mediated interaction task, the agent is "actively" searching for salient points within the environment by taking a limited number of fovea-like glimpses. It then uses the accumulated information to decide which action to take next.

Aiming at the nonlinear characteristics of the safety cost of prefabricated building, the nonlinear optimization theory is used to optimize the loss-reduction effect of the total cost of the system, and the safety cost optimization control model is established. The matlab optimization tool is combined with the example for empirical analysis and simulation. The results show that the cost of the optimized security risk control is lower than the average, which verifies the validity of the model.

In the chapter, there was made a conceptual chart of the Internet social environment platform. It was developed the following models: a data model, a service model, a navigation model, a presentation model, and a visual model. The Internet social environment platform's data was divided into four groups according to such categories: content, frequency of changes, distribution statues, and owner. In the chapter, the process of data transformation from a visual model till a data model was analyzed. It was also highlighted key nodes page of the users platform and made their detailed analysis. The basic principles of formation and preservation of nodes of these platforms are analyzed. A comparative analysis of the presence of key nodes of the most common virtual community's platforms has been made. The Internet social environment, which is most suitable for the analysis, is established.

The transportation system is an independent industry implying carriage of goods from a producer to a consumer using various types of transport. Requirements of owners of business production processes to transportation of freights and goods can be covered by both single and several types of transport, depending on market conditions, technological features of production and level of infrastructure development. In the Russian Federation, a large part of cargo traffic accounts for railway transport, which determines the concept of the development of railway industry based on the principles of consolidation with other subjects of the unitary transportation process and its integration into the international transportation system. The paper is aimed at searching for an alternative way of development and implementation of transport potential of railway industry, both in the country's freight segment and in the international freight transportation area. The authors developed and proposed a model of integrated transport services in all categories of freight traffic based on self-organization. Self-organization coordinates and interconnects investments, profits, potential and target function of Divisions of the integrated transport services. This model allows determining the value of optimal expenditure of funds and investments that are necessary for upgrading an integrated transport service being provided or purchased to the preferred state. The results of using the proposed model bring to the conclusion that solving strategic tasks of Russian economy on ensuring the reliability of unitary transportation and production process, on increase in competitiveness, can be accomplished by using integrated transport service model.

This paper presents a novel methodology to evaluate robotic system reliability and Remaining Useful Life (RUL) integrating FMECA (Failure Modes, Effects and Criticality Analysis), life data analysis and data-driven & model-based methods. Starting from the FMECA analysis, the methodology proposes to identify the main critical components of new parts or systems, using life data analysis. A database collects and shares data directly from the field on similar systems and applications. Data are stored and managed via a web-based interface, the user may obtain them in real time as needed, when a modification in the robot or production cells occurs. Information are captured through a set of appropriate sensors, selected and located studying historical life data. From this dataset, RUL of components may be estimated using data-driven methods and model-based approaches. Then, the RUL results are shared with ERP systems to optimize production resources and maintenance activities and with FMECA again, to improve new projects in a closed loop. A preliminary application of the methodology is proposed on an anthropomorphic robot integrated in a production cell. This research is a part of PROGRAMs: PROGnostics based Reliability Analysis for Maintenance Scheduling, H2020-FOF-09-2017-767287.

This paper presents an approach for company's reputation analysis using data mining techniques. It obtains knowledge from huge data written about these companies and available publicly on the internet. It is done by extracting data from social media, such as twitter, containing relevant company's mentions. Then, data is then injected into the first layer where it is classified into a positive and negative classes using machine learning, specifically artificial neural network. It takes tweets after preprocessing as an input, then outputs the sentiment of each tweet. The result will be the general reputation and perception of the company for a given timeframe. To further understand these results, the analyzed data is then transferred to a second layer of analysis where consumers to identify products, services, and announcements that lead to the positive of negative perception. Using Term Frequency (TF), this will result to ranked list of most mentioned words in each of the negative and positive classes. This will be valuable for companies to identify points of weakness and strength, advertisement impressions, and strategic decisions impact.

An epigraph is an engraved inscription from the past. Deciphering, recognizing and understanding the text in such epigraphical documents is mundane work for archaeologists. One of the major tasks in this is preprocessing the document and denoising it into segmentable form in an automated and fast manner. In this paper, we propose a pipelined solution which includes denoising techniques such as nested median filtering followed by a method of multiscale template matching to denoise noisy epigraphical documents. All epigraphs are usually in grayscale and they are converted to binary black and white images using otsu thresholding. Our template matching algorithm has been enhanced to create a mask of all the matched noise. A deep learning technique called Image Inpainting is then used in order to remove the noise and replace it with the respective background. Acomparative study is performed with the output of the proposed method with use of novel denoising methods such as Gaussian blur and wiener filters. Human perception can determine that the proposed algorithm provides more satisfactory results. Standard quality measures such as the Structural Similarity Index (SSIM) and Peak Signal-to-Noise Ratio (PSNR) are used to show that the integrity of the image with respect to the text remains intact.

This investigation presents a new mathematical model to solve the vehicle routing problem with backhauls and time windows (VRPBTW). In this problem, customers are divided into two subsets, for delivery and collection. Each vehicle leaves the warehouse to deliver merchandise to linehauls customers. Subsequently, it makes a collection of merchandise to backhauls customers and returns to the departure warehouse. In this proposal, the objective is to minimize the total distance, satisfying all restrictions. In addition, the number of vehicles to make the route is minimized. The model has been evaluated based on artificial data adapted from the literature, which includes demand for 10, 15, 20 and 30 nodes. The computational results contribute to validate the approach and scale the problem for future work.

In the use of automatic control and its optimization methods, this research discusses how Proportional Integral Derivative (PID) controller is used to provide a smooth auto-parking for an electrical autonomous car. Different tuning methods are shown, discussed, and applied to the system looking forward to enhancing its performance. Time domain specifications are used as a criterion of comparison between tuning methods in order to select the best tuning method to the system with a proper cost function. Results show that Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) method gives the best results according the criteria of comparison.
