This paper points out that using the finite element software of a production enterprise of conjugate pass system has carried on the simulation of rolling process, in view of the rolled piece in the process of rolling bending, torsion and other issues, through the way of quantitative analysis and deformation analysis to find out the causes of these problems, the roller in rolling process based on sharing under the premise of groove parameters optimization design, and the groove of the optimized finite element simulation, the results showed that after the adjustment groove is better than the original value of the parameters, can satisfy the requirement of the actual production technical innovation.

This paper aims to develop a framework of digital infrastructure supervision to optimize fraud prevention in village government, Indonesia. Village is the smallest area in the country of Indonesia. The village government carries out the tasks of village management which is assisted by the facilitator and the village supervisor to account for village funds. Digital infrastructure supervision is used to detect and reduce the opportunity of fraud. The infrastructure of village government supervisors includes Regional Inspectorate, village community empowerment agency, village representative agency, village assistant, and digital supervision system. These infrastructures become a benchmark to increase accountability and transparency of village fund management. Future research will include validating the proposed framework using an empirical data.

Daylight climate studies of the regions is the important process for the basics of theory and design practice of daylight prediction and assessment. As a result, they will give suggested codes, standards and guidelines to achieve the building energy efficiency. An important indicator of the daylight climate is cumulative diffuse horizontal illuminance, since this factor reflects the potential of the daylight climate in the regions and is the stabilized light source. The horizontal illuminance has a closer connection with the solar radiation and are determined by the luminous efficiency under the open sky from solar radiation data. In addition, horizontal illumination levels also heavily dependent on cloudiness statistics of the regions. The purpose of this study is confirmation of the model calculation of luminous efficacy to determine the daylight climate for Hanoi, Vietnam. To achieve this goal, a comparative analysis of luminous efficacy models based on calculated and measured solar radiation data and horizontal illuminance was conducted. Careful consideration of daylight climate data allows us to clarify the daylight-climatic factors and move to the territorial standards of daylight at the modern level. Based on the study, a general review of other climatic factors, such as statistics of solar radiation and cloud cover, was considered. The results of this study have shown that daylight climate in Hanoi characterized by a high level of horizontal illuminance, which causes a high thermal load into buildings. This problem should be developed in future studies of daylight assessment to achieve energy efficacy.

A methodology has been suggested for assessing the economic efficiency of making decisions on the selection of a technology for constructing plane reinforced concrete frames manufactured without pre-stressing reinforcement. The approach is based on execution of the optimum synthesis of a structure for each of the process options in question. The optimisation is carried out using a metaheuristic scheme of evolutionary modelling. A task has been set to minimise the planned manufacturing cost of a reinforced-concrete frame while taking into consideration the peculiarities of the processes for cast-in-situ, prefabricated, and composite structures. The regulatory limitations in terms of strength, stiffness, and crack resistance of the framework are taken into consideration. Concrete and reinforcing steel classes, cross-section values of columns and cross bars, as well as the amount and diameters of reinforcement bars vary on discrete sets. The search is performed using a genetic algorithm stipulating functioning of the main and elite populations. In the main population, individuals are subjected to single-point crossover, mixed mutation execution procedures, and selection based on the criterion of minimum cost. The elite population is used for storage of efficient genetic material and replacement of inoperative individuals of the main population. When calculating the stress strain behaviour of the structure variants, the factors taken into consideration are the physically non-linear behaviour of concrete and reinforcement, and the possibility of formation of transverse cracks in concrete. The operability of the suggested methodology is illustrated via the example of selecting a method of constructing a double-span reinforced concrete frame.

In the practice of data analysis some problems for manysided researches are caused by the methodological variety of specific algorithms, often leading to laborious interpretations and time-consuming studies. This paper presents the concept of methodically unified procedures, based on kernel estimators, for three fundamental tasks: outlier detection, clustering, and classification. Their clear interpretation facilitates the applications and potential individual modifications. The investigated procedures are distribution-free, enabling analysis and exploration of data with any distributions, also when elements are grouped in several separated parts. The results obtained depend not only on the values of particular attributes, but above all on the complex relationships between them.

This study investigated diversity leadership from the perspective of university students by consideration whether they hold Thai or other attitudes with empathising to different attitudes, understanding benefits from diversity, and recognising actions in the context of inequality decrease. The goal in this research is to contribute the result to research in the field of diversity study and for development students and international program in Thai University. For the aim and goal, the data is gathered during May 2019 from 100 students in the international program of International College at King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) in Thailand. The students have been studying for Bachelor Degree, their ages are between 18-23 years old, and the gender divisions are 50 male and 50 female students. The analysis methods include measuring attitudes/behaviors about diversities by using scaling questions based on exploratory research for further analyses with Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) for reliability by SPSS and Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) for validity by AMOS.

The article discusses the possibility of increasing the carrying capacity of a railway line in terms of positive dynamics of coal export and its loading on rail transport, including the Pacific ports direction. There is a limit of train handling capacity on operating domain of Far Eastern Railroad on all directions to ports. It's needs to research all possible options to accelerate of advance of a moving traffic by rail. Lack of reserve of train handling capacity on domestic railways combined with violation of the system of the transport complex has led to the fact that the industry cannot reach the previous rate of development. The article is devoted to the possibility of the admission of the connected trains on double-tracks of the Far East railroad at their constant driving, and during of summer track works. The main actions for increase in throughput and carrying ability are determined by priority.

This paper presents a mobile robot to detect indoor smoldering fires. The robot uses a custom multisensory system able to measure a set of environmental parameters including CO, CO2, NO2, O3 and airborne particles. The paper proposes a sensory fusion method to detect fires with this system and evaluates that method in realistic environments. The obtained results show that the proposed method is able to detect fires which are undetected by a commercial system and that it is able to discriminate between burning materials.

In this paper three algorithms are presented to generate automatically bases of null spaces (kernels) for symbolic matrices resulting from some tasks of robotics. Orthogonal (orthonormal) bases of kernels can be derived if required. Additionally, a switching procedure is described to continuously transfer from a currently used basis, which becomes ill-conditioned, to another, well-conditioned basis. The algorithms are illustrated on computing the Jacobian matrix kernel of an exemplary 4DoF planar pendulum manipulator to point out their advantages and disadvantages.

At present, Epilepsy detection is a very time consuming process, and it requires constant clinical attention. In order to overcome this challenge, we have designed an epilepsy alert system, which takes the raw EEG signal, to monitor the blood pressure and the accelerometer application for human fall detection. The raw EEG signal is captured using a Brain Computer Interface module. This design is done using MATLAB GUI. The EEG raw signal is trained by using neural networks and a total of 500 epilepsy patient data is fed to train the network. Accuracy varies with different number of epochs. As the number of epochs increases, the accuracy will also be increased. Fuzzy system is designed to detect the epilepsy with three main parameters.
