Dyslexia or Reading disorder is one of the most common learning disabilities which has a significant impact on the whole life of people who have dyslexia, for instance on the student's educational outcomes and grades. Therapeutic intervention Specific Learning Disorders (SLD) usually takes more time alongside day-to-day educational activities at school. Many of these people, because of the difficulty and coercion they spend on extra time to carry out the types of activities that are usually involved, as well as the high costs these interventions impose on their families, makes them less likely to be motivated and have a low level of confidence. If a reading disorder can be practiced correctly, it can be resolved. So using gamification could potentially increase the motivation of the dyslexic students. The purpose of the project is using gamification on gamified interventions for the reading disorder for children ages 6 to 8 in the mobile platform. In this way, applying gamification techniques would increase motivation, participation, and desire of the individual to continue the process of cognitive rehabilitation.

This article aims to propose a method of qualitative analysis and risk management in software development project environments, using a combination of RFMEA and System Dynamics. Therefore, it was possible to analyze the main risks in software development projects from the literature review. Based on those risks, a survey was applied with experts of one of the projects of the Brazilian Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC) to estimate the probability of occurrence, impact, and detection of each risk. Through RFMEA, it was possible to identify and prioritize the project's risks, and with systems Dynamics, to evaluate the causal relationships among them. This is a case study and qualitative research carried out with the validation of ten risks in a total of 23, establishing the strategies and recommended actions for each one of them.

Project-based learning (PBL) is a modern learning methods, in which the various projects are successfully applied in different courses in the educational programs of different disciplines. The engineering programs, such as Mechanical Engineering and Energy Technology Processes Control requires not only the theoretical knowledge, but also the teamwork skills to solve the real engineering tasks. Learning methods are needed to be incorporated in student-centered team-based learning pedagogy such as project-based, case-based, inquiry-based and problem-based scenarios. The used approach in this education program is project-based learning. In this paper the advantages and problems of using the PBL method for teaching the special disciplines or courses was discussed based on got experience and students feedback.

The actual paper introduces a new magnetic measurement in MELOTHERPY based on the magnetic sensor MI-CB-1DH (developed by Aichi Micro intelligent Corporation) having in view development of new Medical IoT device. Master students on Melotherpy from "Transilvania" University of Brasov - Romania, work in the Creativity Laboratory to develop new methods able to monitor (if possible) contactless the effect of music on human health. They interact with the professors - we discuss here about "affective education" - and try to learn: electronics, graphical programing, IoT development, and integrate the developed devices together with the classical measuring systems in activities of Melotherapy monitoring.

This chapter is devoted to the automation of administrative processes of the Referees' Committee of the Polish Football Association with the use of applications written in the C# programming language and describes the localization of these processes, application development, their implementation and its results. The first chapters describe the institutions which processes were being automated. The main part is the processes location and automation with the description of development of three desktop applications which reduce the workload of the administrative employee of the Referees' Committee. The last sections present the implementation of the application into a business process and present the result of measurements that indicate the profitability of automation. This work emphasizes the importance of automation in the professional area and thus encourages the continuation of works towards automation.

Digitalization is driving changes in the architecture, engineering, construction and real estate (AEC+ RE) industry and a central feature of this digital transformation is Building Information Modelling (BIM) which refers to the integrated digital representation of all building-related information. A BIM-enabled Learning Environment (BLE) aimed at creating an experiential learning space and offering opportunities for immersive and integrated learning on the basis of real project data has been conceptualised in earlier research. This research addresses the need to design educational interventions using the BLE. On the basis of document analysis and lecturer observation, the current and proposed approaches to teaching project risk management are described and compared in terms of their activities, learning objectives, feedback and assessment strategies and contextual factors. The new approach is intended to leverage BIM in order to engage students in a learning activity that closely corresponds to industry project reality and ways of working. It also presents challenges in terms of ensuring adequate acquisition of theoretical knowledge and finding sufficient time for students to grasp the complexities of a realistic, industry project environment.

In many previous works, researchers have proposed Residue-based arithmetic components for the two classical moduli sets (2(p), 2(p) - 1, 2(p) + 1), and (2(p), 2(p) - 1, 2(p-1) - 1), where p is a positive integer. These components included reverse converters, sign identifiers, and scalers. In this paper, we are widening the umbrella of these two sets to be (2(k), 2(p)- 1, 2(p) + 1), and (2(k), 2(p) - 1, 2(p-1)- 1), where k is a positive integers such that 0 < k <= 2p. The classical moduli sets are special cases of these expanded sets when p = k. This paper introduces multiplicative inverses for these expanded moduli sets. The introduced multiplicative inverses will ease the process of designing residue-based arithmetic components. This paper also proposes general frameworks for designing reverse converters, sign identifiers, comparators, and scalers. Additionally, this work expands the options available for a designer willing to design a RNS processor based on these enhanced moduli sets.

The article discusses the methodology for the development of intellectual competence of biotechnology students in the process of learning a foreign language, and organizational and methodological learning environment that provide a comprehensive, holistic development of intellectual skills in the context of a competence-based approach to modern professional-oriented education of technical university students enrolled in the field of biotechnology. The article focuses on the analysis of the concept of intellectual competence, the components and levels of competence development, considered from linguistic and methodological points of view. As a result of the research, the role of development of cognitive processes (knowledge, understanding, application, analysis, evaluation, synthesis) in a hierarchical sequence from simple to complex as target components of educational activities in the development of the future biotechnologist's intellectual competence has been revealed.

The aim of this study is to create an interface which, through the simulation of human movements, transforms a typical sedentary activity as video games in physical activity and as a result make some improvement on their motor skills, which are necessary for people's everyday life. Initially, a detailed description of the necessary theoretical concepts, namely natural user interfaces, serious games and exergames, is displayed. Then, after comparing the available technologies to create NUIs, researchers created a prototype of the interface Finally after the implementation of the interface an evaluation activity was conducted. The results were encouraging concerning the ease of use, the enjoyment and the usefulness of the game. This article ends with suggestions for future research.

As mobile robots become more popular, more remote laboratories (RL) using mobile robots are being developed for online education. However, in most current RL for mobile robots, the control which users have over the robot is limited by the pre-programmed controlled algorithms. This limitation creates a gap in the learning experience of the students. This paper proposes an implementation of a fully programmable remote laboratory for mobile robots into a web application. In the RL user-interface, students are able to implement and execute their C++ source code and see the results in real-time through a live feed webcam. The AJAX technology is used to transfer data between the web application and web server, making it possible to execute the code. This application is designed to provide students with interactive tools and a contextual learning scene, making this research of significant relevance to online engineering education by providing students with direct programming experience on remote laboratory website.
