Botanical Garden (B.G) is becoming a multi-purpose garden in contrast to traditional gardens or parks. However, it's almost absent in whole Middle East countries so far. The landscape study for this project is a necessary need at the moment to create, improve and recreate botanical gardens in Kurdistan. Hawler Botanical Garden (H.B.G), with various landscape designs involves samples of almost all known gardens of the world. However, Kurdish garden will be forwarded for the first time and scientifically will be studied. Kurdish gardens will be the guide line for any progress in this aspect. Any way throughout the present project natural Kurdistan gardens will be considered in contrast to other gardens of other parts of the world. One must refer to that, the goal of Hawler Botanical garden will be to establish a Kurdistan flora, Kurdish Garden, Kurdish national herbarium and seed bank all of which are not exist so far.

In light of the pace of development of the global world, the acceleration of social life, the hard to predict direction of social change, the question arises about the quality of the transformations in the world of work and the process of constructing careers understood as investing in the career "portfolio". A contemporary study of career requires us to take into account the multi-contextual occurring changes in the world of work, which create new requirement for the employees. Career development is a life-long process of a comprehensive nature. In the process of constructing a career emphasis is put on the subjects' work on themselves, their permanent participation in life projects and multi-layered processes as well as the acquisition of experience and the capacity for self-awareness. This view is a background for thinking about career as a "property" of an individual, along with their individual career choices. This peculiar shift of an individual's orientation from external conditions to internal conditions prompts us to consider career in connection with an individual seen as a pro-development and proactive subject, who possesses an individual career and a sense of success in its construction. Success in a career is the result of integration of two processes: career planning and career directing and management. In this sense, it is understood as the subject's achievement of the objectives of their career. The distinguishing feature of proactive and pro-development planning, directing and management of a career is the awareness of being a causative agent that performs actions in a desired direction and influences the surrounding reality, thereby initiating changes. There is no doubt that active coping in a reality subject to permanent change requires people to adapt to the constantly changing context of creation of individual careers, and the new way of thinking about career means entering a path of permanent constructing of a career in the world of "boundaryle

In the coming decades, a new round of scientific and technological revolution is expected in the world. A person will be surrounded by artificial intellectual systems based on knowledge - cognitive systems. The existing education system is focused on giving knowledge about previous generations of intelligent systems - IoT, CPS, and should be transformed. The required amount of knowledge can no longer be transferred to a trained specialist within the framework of existing teaching technologies. Therefore, skills of using, extracting and transforming knowledge become the basis of promising technologies of continuous self-education. To determine a direction of studying cognitive control systems, a model of a structure of such system is proposed, based on control levels. Each level of this model corresponds to procedures for transforming forms of knowledge that need to be studied by a future engineer. To favour the development of students' self-education skills, it is suggested to sharply increase the amount of research assignments in the practice of teaching almost all technical curricula studied at universities. Examples of such tasks in physics, electrical engineering and other disciplines are given. Some of these examples are about "black box" objects;another need the application of a non-standard approach to ADC. Besides, a way of using ternary logic and logical inference to assess the quality of knowledge obtained by the cognitive control system is considered.

In this paper we describe an agent-based model of civil violence with network influence effects. We considered two different networks, 'family' and 'news', as a simplified representation of multiple-context influences, to study their individual and joint impact on the size and timing of violence bursts, the perceived legitimacy, and the system's long term behaviour. It was found that network influences do not change either the system's long term behaviour or the periodicity of the rebellion peaks, but increase the size of violence bursts, particularly for the case of strong 'news impact'. For certain combinations of network influences, initial legitimacy, and legitimacy feedback formulation, the solutions showed a very complicated behaviour with unpredictable alternations between long periods of calm and turmoil.

The article presents the assessment of thermal protective properties for the enclosing structures of the particular historical residential building, considering the overall thermal balance of the building. Actual thermal resistance of the building was estimated taking into account the thermal resistance of all enclosing structures. In order to carry out the research and necessary calculations, external and internal environmental conditions were analyzed. The research exposes the calculations of transmission heat losses, heat losses occurring due to ventilation and air infiltration. Taking into account heat supply, solar heat input and all thermal losses, the annual heat consumption of the building was estimated. Proceeding from the results of the research the authors offer particular measures in order to improve energy efficiency of the building. Proceeding from the results of the research the authors prove the reasonability of creating a glass dome over the courtyard space in order to improve energy efficiency of the whole building.

Factors that affect sleep, compression of the body as one of the factors that affect sleep. Therefore, this study is to explore the head and neck parts of the surface pressure, sleep posture change and the interaction between the pillow and shoulder pressure changes in the degree of impact on sleep quality. The demand for understanding the functional relationship between changes in traffic safety level and human-related factors has increased remarkably due to a steady increase in population and traffic volume. Motor vehicle crashes can cause a serious impact on the victims, families, and the community resulting in instability of family and large socio-economic costs to society and healthcare service. Statistical studies of drivers' behavior as a function of some of the human characteristics, in particular, have become increasingly important for establishing an evidence-based framework through which transportation and healthcare authorities can develop innovative solutions to mitigate serious consequences of risky driving. This paper uses a real-world dataset to analyze the relationship between the human characteristics and both the behavior and risk-level. In addition to that, this paper conducts several analytical studies to investigate the extent to which the risky driving behavior may affect the severity of the crash and human injury.

This study explored the knowledge of informal auto-mechanics welders on personal protective equipment (PPE) usage, and their levels of occupational hazards awareness associated with the welding activity. Guided by OSHA's 2014 Hazards Assessment Checklist, and interviews, data was collected from three auto-mechanic shops engaged in welding activities in Volta Region of Ghana. Based on the analysis, it is established that the informal automechanic welders generally lack knowledge on significant PPE requirement associated with the welding activities. they also lack awareness of occupational hazards associated with physical elements of the welding activities, even though they showed semblance of awareness in relation to others that are chemical-oriented. It is concluded that though the informal auto-mechanics engaged in welding activities have the requisite expertise and skills to perform their tasks, their knowledge of PPE usage and their awareness levels of occupational hazards associated with the welding activities seemed to be generally constrained.

The paper is focused on the research of the influence of a large cement plant on the atmospheric particulate matter of Spassk-Dalny town by laser granulometry methods. Atmospheric particulates were studied in the snow cover collected during snowfall in January 2015. The sampling points were located near plants, along major streets, as well as in the residential area. It is shown that the atmosphere of this town is notably polluted with particles under 10 Am (PM10). In 8 sample points out of 12 we found hazardous to health microscale particles in significant quantities - from 16.8 to 27.8%. Large particles sized above 400 mu m prevail in residential areas of the town amounting to 69.7%. We can conclude that the atmosphere of Spassk-Dalny suffers from the negative influence of a large source of microscale pollution. It is evidenced by the presence in almost all areas of particles under 10 Am in size which may be hazardous for human health and the environment.
