The paper presents an IT network program developed specifically for visually impaired students. Innovative in its conception, this program contains all the learning required equipment, such as classroom (virtual), accessible learning materials, laboratory, and teachers trained to teach visually impaired students [1]. Additional teaching aids, like iNetSim, a universally accessible network simulator, created to allow vision-impaired and sighted students to complete Cisco Certified Network, and Microsoft HoloLens 2 (a new vision for computing, is used to transform abstract concepts into 3D experiences in the virtual classroom), which enables students to research and explore more deeply, see more clearly, and learn by doing [2]. Drones (unmanned aerial vehicles) are one of the newest trends for presenting tourism attractions using aerial photographs and videos. Drones can take high quality pictures and videos that can intensify the emotional response of a viewer by displaying a very special view and unusual perspective of various tourism destinations. Generating a film aimed at promoting tourism entails five stages: development, pre-production, production, post-production, and distribution. This paper explains how these five stages were used in the making of aerial drone films used to promote tourism in Ecuador and explores the potential use of drones in tourism in general. The results of the project were honored in two world events related to audiovisual production with drones. The film "Mindo, a Hidden Paradise" was awarded first prize in the Drone Focus Film Festival held in North Dakota, United States in 2018, and the film "Galapagos, the Enchanted Islands" won first prize in the same event in 2019 and second place in the Kharkiv International Festival of Arts and Tourism in 2019. These unique films brought worldwide attention to some of Ecuador's most beautiful and unique tourist destinations.

Through the analysis of user research methods and the combination of user research methods and the three-layer theory of emotional design, this paper proposes a new mental model construction method, namely the Hierarchical Elicitation Approach. Taking the information architecture design of the emergency monitoring platform as an example, this paper uses the Hierarchical Elicitation Approach to measure the performance rules of users' minds in the emergency monitoring platform, designs the construction experiments of the macro-mental model and meta-mental model of the system, and optimizes the design according to the experimental results. Moreover, Cogtool is used to analyze the effect of optimization design and verify the application value of the Hierarchical Elicitation Approach in the study of user's mind.

The social media happiness expression through the virtual reality analyzes Instagram photographic data to identify factors predictive of happiness from the Western and the Eastern cultures. The emotional expressions (photographs), hashtags (words), demographics (gender, age, and locations), and pose (head tilt, body turn, posture) were used as factors to detect an individual's various happiness expression. This research observed the patterns of the photographic dataset to discover the universal happiness expression today through social media, in particular Instagram. We integrated the computational methods from image processing and machine learning to obtain practical psychological indicators from photographic data. We observed one's perception of happiness was significantly influenced by the communication methods both photographic and hashtags data as well as their own culture through social media. This research centralized disparate archives of happiness expressions with photographic data from Instagram using a theoretical, artistic, and quantitative methods. The photographic data and written data are in the process of compiling into divergent visualization as a Virtual Reality, which will provide users the opportunity to identify the thought-provoking patterns and navigate the photographic data and written data at the extensive perspective from an individual perspective. This research addresses the representation of one's social media image with the pressure on the external viewpoint and creates an interactive platform of the direct comparison in diverse social and cultural contexts of happiness expression on social media.
