Most managers agree to that the staff's selection is the most difficult and important *** couldn't the traditional selection method effectively predict future job performance of the candidates? Why are the recruitment decisions which emphasizing the high academic qualification and experiences often being challenged by the reality of "high marks,high ability but low-performance" ? The decision-making model is proposed in this paper as the *** the empirical analysis of the real practice data of one IT enterprise,we confirm that the rationality of the recruitment result can be improved and the high loss ratio of R&D staffs can be curbed from the "source" by the use of the *** also proved that the scientific and reasonable evaluation model can help to inspect the candidates from multi-directional manners rather than focusing only on technical level and ability by the use of the fitful assessment tools so that it helps to improve the efficiency of the recruitment work.

This paper describes an improved strong tracking filter(ISTF). In this improved algorithm, it ensures the symmetry of forecast error covariance. In addition, an equation of the time-varying fading factor is derived from the orthogonality principle conditions of strong tracking filter. Through iteration, the calculation of time-varying fading factor away from the dependence on prior knowledge. A simulation under the two-dimensional space model system of moving objects is presented. The ecological environment of Tibet located in Qinghai-Tibetan plateau has great ecological meanings for global climate ***,RS and GPS are applied to constructing Tibetan landuse database in this *** ecological index(EI) is defined to evaluate the regional ecosystem *** results show that:(1) the unutilized area and grasslands are the primary landuse of Tibet;(2) the Tibetan eco-environmental status is relatively good with EI of86.85;(3) the eco-environmental status of Lhoka is best with EI of *** next are Chamdo,Xigaze,*** of Nagri and Nagchu are inferior with EI of 62.46 and 56.16;(4) there are six counties with excellent EI,which is8.22 percent of 73 *** are 51 counties with fine EI,which is 69.86 percent of 73 counties,and 16 counties of general EI,which is 21.92 percent of73 counties;(5) the ecological index(EI) can not embody the natural fragility *** more indexes should be considered in the EI calculation equations to reflect the ecological environment more accurately.

In this study, three different statistical clustering methods: a hierarchical, k-means and an artificial neural network(Self-Organizing Maps, SOM) technique were applied to analyze the achievements of the college entrance examination. A comparison of the methods for correction analysis was attempted. The research results indicate that distance function has an important effect on the correction among the courses, and that the performance of SOM was similar to the cluster result obtained by other two clustering algorithms. The empirical results also show that there is a better correction between Chinese, Science basis and Selective course.

Response to the MMAS's characteristic of solving Static combinatorial optimization, we was studying the update rule of pheromone of solving Static combinatorial optimization problems. The new rules will run on the total information, avoiding the MMAS operation to calculate the total information and check whether the pheromone cross-border operation in each iteration step. The experimental results on the traveling salesman problem show that using this technology can significantly speed up the MMAS algorithm to reduce consumption of time.

In some radio frequency identification(RFID) applications, the tag may change owner during the course of its lifetime. In the conference RFIDsec 2008, Song proposed an RFID tag ownership transfer protocol. In this paper, we point out that the protocol can not satisfy the security requirement of Old Owner Privacy, i.e., the new owner can track the previous communication between the old owner and the tag. Based on a recently proposed efficient secure mutual authentication protocol [5], we present an efficient tag ownership transfer protocol, and the analysis show the protocol can reach the security requirement of privacy, authentication, old owner privacy and new owner privacy.
