Ice-shedding will cause the violent oscillation of the lines, and makes the conductors jumping up and down. The jumping of the conductors reduces the phase-to-phase clearance, even leads to interphase flashover and structural destructivition. Aiming at the difficulties in measuring the vibration problem caused by ice-shedding of conductors, A sensing meathod on binocular vision theory is presented. The restriction between conductors in 3D space and image in camera are used to get the measurement model, which is based on binocular vision theory. The measurement mathematical model of conductor is soluted by standard length binocular visual system calibration meathod, then, the 3D information of conductor is recoveried. In the measurement experiment, the binocular vision measurement system is established. The experiment results indicate that the measuring system is both simple in structure and convenied for the vibration measurement of ice-shedding conductor.

E-commercial logistics has come to be an inevitable trend in the development of modern logistics and it has been pushing forward the development of national economy. It has shortened the trading span of commodities, sped it up and lowered the cost of trading. However, its recent development saw some problems, which has constrained the development of E-business. How to reconcile E-business and logistics is crucial and worth exploring in the new-born logistics in China. This paper began with the birth and growth of logistics to elaborate its significance in E-business and analyzed the bottlenecks in the development of E-commercial logistics with some countermeasures at last.

There is some bad thing in the teaching of course of communication theory experiment. This article describes the reform of communication theory experiment from the experimental content, teaching method and the way, and designed and comprehensive experiment. The Sanhaowu river,as the only one landscape water in the main campus of Tongji university,has a significant influence on the whole ecological environment of this *** correlation between water quality parameters and hyper-spectral reflectance was studied with models established for each parameter and applied in the Sanhaowu *** R2 values of the model equations for dissolved oxygen(DO) and Chemical Oxygen Demand(COD)were 0.9379 and 0.6770,respectively,showing strong positive *** models then were applied to retrieve water quality based on hyper-spectrum *** results are satisfying but other may not reach the expecting *** researches are needed to motify the models.

In the large-scale supply chain network,the supply capacity of core enterprise is not only affected by itself,but also by the supply capacity of *** it is of vital importance for the core enterprise to make vendorselection in the supply chain to achieve maximum supply capacity for the entire supply chain *** order to solve difficult calculation effectively,we adopt nested hybrid genetic algorithm with computer software to optimize this *** calculation result indicates that this method draws the right vendorselection and figure out the maximum supplying capacity for the network.
