Objective: To observe the effects of traditional Chinese drug Yiqiyangjing on the postoperative immune function in breast cancer patients. Method: 136 breast cancer patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group received a decoction of traditional Chinese medicine Yiqiyangjing since the 7th preoperative day and the 3rd postoperative day, while the control group received no additional traditional Chinese drug to the basic therapy same as the treatment group. Each immune index was determined on the 7th preoperative day as well as the 1st, 7th and 14th postoperative days respectively. Results: On the 14th postoperative day, immunoglobulin IgA, IgG and IgM of the treatment group were all significantly higher than those of the control group;CD4, CD4/CD8 and IL-2 were also significantly rebounded after 14-day treatment of traditional Chinese drug (P<0.05);and TNF-alpha was significantly increased after the surgery, and recovered to the preoperative level in the treatment group while remained at a high level in the control group after the 14th postoperative day. Conclusion: The traditional Chinese drug is beneficial to the postoperative recovery of humoral immune function and cellular immune function in breast cancer patients.

In this paper, author examines the use of on-off keying (OOK) and pulse-position modulation (PPM) and differential pulse-position modulation (DPPM) for visual light positioning systems, presents expressions for the error probability and synchronization failure probability and power spectral density of OOK. PPM and DPPM, gives structure design to realize PPM and DPPM based on existing OOK systems. Finally, it is shown that for a given bandwidth, the performance of 2M-DPPM is better than the performance of M-PPM, while the system structure of DPPM is simpler.

Utilization plan of shunting locomotive is a complicated system engineering that is influenced by multitudinous factors, such as the time of arriving and departing trains, number of trains and so on. The optimization model was established using stratified sequence theory, and algorithms were proposed to this problem. And optimization goal of shunting locomotive operation was reached by adjusting the passenger carriage of the earliest possible placed-in and the latest possible taken-out time for garage. Meanwhile, tight connecting time and the shortest idle running distances of shunting locomotive were also taken into consideration to meet the requirements of the practical operation where delayed trains and extra trains can depart on time. Finally, a case study is carried out to verify the validity and applicability of this model and its algorithm, from the test results, it is shown that the operation scheme of shunting locomotives is not only balance, but also efficient.

A VDMOS cell structure based on semiconductor physics and relevant states were designed. The process parameters of the high-voltage VDMOS have been calculated and ajusted. Using the optimal device' dimensions, the doping concentration was ananlyzed systematically. Additionally, a simulating model of VDMOS was compiled based on SENTAURUS PROCESS. According to this model simulation, an optimized device parameters' design was further determined. Finnally, the device drain-source breakdown voltage has satisfied a standard value of 1200V. Whereas its threshold voltage is 3.9V. which is in the prerequisite range of 3 similar to 5V.

Future cooperative traffic management systems will make use of on-board intelligence and of communication among vehicles and traffic infrastructure. In this demonstration, we present a simulation-based approach of applying multi-agent systems modeling and coordination for dynamic traffic management in urban areas. Traffic participants, modeled as agents, act according to their local goals and preferences under the more global constraints of traffic management. Towards this end, our approach employs decentral coordination and cooperation techniques. We demonstrate (i) a group coordination mechanism allowing groups of vehicles to select their common speed based on a chosen route;and (ii) a group-oriented automated driving method enabling vehicle agents to co-ordinate their speed and lane choices. The demonstration uses the AIMSUN traffic simulation system which has been enhanced to support agent-based simulation.

This method takes two-dimension discrete wavelet transform (2D-DWT) to do pretreatment, and extracts coefficients of correlation as eigen-coefficients, and then uses LS-SVM to search humanoid in certain area. In order to acquire satisfying knowledge quickly in current Web and semantic Web, it is very important to find an effective method to present Web resource. We proposed a concept of Ontological Knowledge Node (OKN) as the core of semantic search model and give a design schema to organize knowledge representation from domain perspective. OKN is a kind of Web resource representation method, which consists of a 6-tuple set and can represent the intension and extension of ontologies as well as the relationship between ontologies. This method was explained in detail from the perspective of granular computing. In order to show advantages of the OKN, a Semantic Search Engine was established, which combines the OKN with Nutch to search campus resources. OKN was proved to work well on semantic search.
