At present, the FC NIC (the Fiber Channel Network Interface Card) is mostly based on traditional I/O bus, such as PCI. and is viewed as peripheral equipment, the communication data is copied between the NIC and the computer memory when communicating. Then, its communication delay is long, and its communication performance is limited by the corresponding I / O bus. So, in this paper, the Direct Memory Communication method, abbreviated as DMC, is forwarded to apply in the high-speed fiber switch network. The FC NIC based on DMC, noted as FC-DMC NIC, has the same slot as the memory, and is inserted into one memory slot, the memory on FC-DMC NIC is considered as the computer ordinary memory, and reserved as Communication Precinct. When user sends data, he uses the method of writing memory to place the data into communication space, and when user receives data, he uses the method of reading memory to get the data from communication space. So, the user can accomplished the direct point-to-point communications between two computers through accessing memory. The communications speed of FC-DMC NIC isn't limited by I/O bus, and the data copy between the memory and the NIC is omitted. Experiments show that DMC is right and FC-DMC NIC has better communication performance.

Objective: To evaluate the influence of respiration on the radiation dose distribution in radiotherapy with matlab simulation and film dosimetry. Methods: Radiation of 50MU was delivered in a square, round, ellipse, dumb bell, or female shaped field to the films within a moving or static Respiration Motion Phantom respectively, the dose distributions for the two motion status were measured and compared. In order to further verify the impact of amplitude of respiration movement, the matlab simulation with movement amplitude of 0 cm, 0.5 cm, 1.0 cm, 1.5 cm, 2.0 cm, and 2.5cm were done respectively. The dose distributions in different status were measured and compared with film dosimetry. Iso-dose line comparison, NAT (Normalized Agreement Tests) and 7 comparison were used for the comparison of dose distributions. F, was used as an index to evaluate the differences of the areas that surrounded by iso-dose lines in different situations (F-S90, F-S50, F-S25 delegates the ratio of the areas that surrounded by 90%, 50%, 25% isodose line in different situation respectively). Results: (I) For round field, the matlab simulation showed that S-90 decreased as the increase of the movement. S-90 was almost 0 when the amplitude became to half of the diameter of the field. S-25 varied inversely. (2) The experiment showed that in horizontal movement situation compared with in static situation, the F-S90 became smaller and the F-S25 became larger. The more the displacement became larger, the more the F-S90 and the F-S25 deviate remarkable. In vertical movement situation, F, changed significantly in square field and dumb bell shaped field while changed a little in the others. (3) 7 and NAT comparison: In the horizontal movement situation, compared with in the static phantom, the P-gamma was <60% and the P-NAT was <75% in every radiation field. Nowadays, embedded systems are central to modern life, mainly due to the scientific and technological advances of the last decades that started a new reality in which the embedded systems market has been growing steadily, along with a monthly or even weekly emergence of new products with different applications across several domains. This embedded system ubiquity was the drive for the following question "Why should we focus on embedded systems design?" that was answered in [1, 2] with the following points: (1) high and fast penetration in products and services due to the integration of networking, operating system and database capabilities, (2) very strategic field economically and (3) a new and relatively undefined subject in academic environment. Other adjacent questions have been raised such as "Why is the design of embedded systems special?". The answer for this last question is based mainly on several problems raised by the new technologies, such as the need for more human resources in specialized areas and high learning curve for system designers. As pointed in [1] these problems can prevent many companies from adopting these new technologies or force them not to respond timely in mastering these technological and market challenges. In this paper, it is described how staff at ESRG-UMinho(1) and ISE-AIT(2) faced the embedded systems challenges at several levels. It starts to describe the development of the educational context for the new technologies and show how our Integrated Master Curriculum in Industrial Electronics and Computer Engineering has been adapted to satisfy the needs of the major university customers, the industry.

Its structure and working mechanism were described. The values of four main components were analyzed which were DC power supply, reactor L, sub-module's power switch and capacitor C, and corresponding affecting factors were discussed.
