Onto logics are one of the most used representation to model the domain knowledge. An ontology consists of a set of concepts connected by semantic relations. Manual ontology building and evolving are difficult and complex tasks. This paper presents DYNAMO, a software based on a Multi-Agent System (MAS) that automates these tasks. Terms and concepts of a given domain are agentified. These agents cooperate to determine their place in the MAS (that is the ontology) thanks to (i) lexical relations between terms, (ii) some adaptive mechanisms enabling addition, removing or moving of new terms, concepts and relations in the ontology as well as (iii) feedbacks from the ontologist about the propositions given by the MAS. This paper presents the architecture of DYNAMO, its mechanisms for ontology evolution and its evaluations.

To advocate the development of new robust and reliable controllers, it has been defined a benchmark problem, where robust controllers are required for controlling a 6-Degree of Freedom (6-DOF) nonlinear F16 aircraft in auto-landing phase undergoing actuator failures. This paper attempt to provide a solution by developing a robust Neural Network (Neuro) aided H-2 controller. Simulation results show that the fault tolerant performance of the proposed Neuro-aided H-2 controller is better than H-2 controller under actuator failure condition, both the number of hidden neurons and the time of on-line learning are small enough to be used in engineer problems.

In this paper a comparative performance analysis is carried out among three different clutter removal algorithms such as Max - mean, Max - median, Mid - point filters. New algorithms for these three filters with guard window, to reduce the bias, due to the target are proposed in this paper. These new algorithms are compared for different scenario. It leads to the important conclusion about the selection of the filter having the best performance in a given scenario. The algorithms are compared to remove Speckle noise, Poisson noise and Gaussian noise. Experimental result shows that the proposed algorithms with guard window are more efficient than the existing techniques.

Three-dimensional turbulent viscous flow analyses for a Francis turbine runner are performed by solving Reynolds averaged Navier-Stokes equations closed with the realizable k-epsilon turbulence model. The discretization is carried out by the finite element method based FVM on a patched block-structured grid system. The boundary conditions for the turbulent properties are treated with a particular attention. In a new research view, CFX-TASCflow software are used to calculate the 3D unsteady turbulent flow in a model Francis turbine runner and to simulate the 3D turbulent flow field in it. The results at the design operating condition are presented in this paper. They show that the flow field structures and the characteristics of swirling flow and its developing process in the Francis turbine can be well predicted. It can be concluded that the results are able to provide important guidance for the hydraulic design of a Francis turbine or its optimization.

In the last few decades we have witnessed the emergence of grid computing as an innovative extension to distributed computing technology, for computing resource sharing among participants in a virtualized collection of organizations. Grid computing entails new challenges as the adaptation of heterogeneous resources unlike homogeneous resources cluster in distributed systems. It is important to maintain proportional fairness in the grid scheduling in order to achieve balanced scheduling. In this paper we propose the importance of genetic algorithm to design schedulers that minimizes the waiting time and maximizes the resource utilization and provides fairness in the grid environment. The resource types and their efficiency are considered in order to maximize their utilization. This paper proposes a solution to maximize the throughput while considering multiple job requests during the scheduling process. The idea of fault tolerance in the crash fault environment will also be implemented based on precautionary method and real time restoration.
