A variety of specific instruments are used to test the corresponding parameters in the process of multi-parameter test. Function of traditional instrument is simple and it can only test a single type of parameter, therefore we require a variety of instruments. Basic data of different digital instruments bought by companies at different times has large differences in the standards of their structures and amount. Decentralized data storage management, data over redundancy and lack of networks result in worse isolation of information. But the multi parameter test result data of tests analysis and report form need to be integrated, this article uses LabVIEW tool bag LabSQL to realize the visit to Heterogeneous Database and data format transformation of different standards. Then order, event, for circulation and condition structure are used to generate the data preliminary conformity, finally proposed that LabVIEW and the Excel hybrid programming combined to generate the report form printing function. It satisfies requests of integration, uniformity and visit security on the data conformity.

For bank employees, it's more sensitive to organizational politics because of the special industry and work. The study investigates bank employees' perceptions of organizational politics and analyzes its effects on job performance by the questionnaire survey. The conclusions show that: two aspects of perceptions of organizational politics, self-serving behaviors and coworker relation, have significantly positive correlation with task performance. But pay and promotion policies has significantly negative correlation with both task performance and relationship performance.

This paper put forward a service-oriented business rules modeling language based on XML which named Unified Service-oriented Rules Describe Language. By the using of Unified Service-oriented Rules Describe Language, we put forward a new method of designing service-oriented business rules: firstly use Unified Service-oriented Rules Describe Language to design business rules. secondly exchange the Unified Service-oriented Rules Describe Language code into rule language which based on rule engine rely on a mapping table. Finally with this method we offer a business rules designer of Drools rule engine which offering a graphical editing interfaces.

Medical image registration is the key technology to the modern medical images and it is the basic issue of medical image fusion. A medical image registration method integrating features and multiscale information is proposed in the paper. Firstly, the edge feature images obtained by Canny operator are registered by Principal Axes method. Secondly, Harris corner detection method was used to extract the corners of the couple images. Then the corners of the couple images are registered by Iterative Closest Point Algorithm (ICP). Finally, the couple medical images were decomposed by wavelet transform, the mutual information is selected as similar measure, and only the low-frequency sub-images were selected as registration objects. Then, the registration process is begun from the coarse scale until the finest scale by Powell algorithm. Thus the medical images registration can be achieved through the above registration procedure. Experiment results show that this method not only can achieve a higher registration accuracy, but also can reduce the computational time greatly. The accurate registration results also can be achieved in the noisy environment.

Purposes: This research is investigated the students majoring in tennis how to confront the failure of tennis competition. Methods: Using the self-designed questionnaire to investigate the coping styles of the different groups of college students of Wuhan Institute. Results: The results are showed that: the high grade students, male college students and the students whose age older than 25 are more active to cope with competition failure. The style of coping style after the failure of competition are showed that: the students majoring in tennis of Physical Education tend to choose the more positive methods to deal with the failure. Conclusions: With the development of age, the coping styles on the failure of tennis competition are more active and positive. This is also a manifestation of mental maturity. But because of gender, culture and other factors, the male and female may choose different methods to deal with problems.

Motor Schema-based formation control system is chosen to be the main research direction. Five sub-behaviors called move-to-goal, avoid-obstacle, swirl, noise and keep-formation are introduced for the line formation control mission. Using Teambots simulation system, the line formation is simulated. Neighbor-referenced method for formation position determination has been adopted. Aiming at the line formation, single-neighbor-referenced and double-neighbor-referenced methods are used. The simulations experiments data indicate that double-neighbor-referenced method reduces the running time, improves performance and achieve stability.

Responses of Forest NDVI in Northeast China to Precipitation Change

Using the MODIS NDVI 2000-2009, the responses of forest vegetation to precipitation change in Northeast China were investigated. The results show that the NDVI in entire forest region had no significant change in the past ten years, but various regions had differences. NDVI of Xiao Xingan Mountain forest decreased, and in the north of research area NDVI increased obvious. There is more rainfall in forest region in the past ten years as contrary as the decreased precipitation in Northeast of China. The relation between forest and precipitation can be thought that the response is various in different regions because the strength of variation and different distribution characteristics of precipitation. In Liaoning coastal areas, there is significant positive correlation between forest NDVI and precipitation. Because of the obstruction of Korean peninsula on the moist circulation from the ocean, the precipitation in the forest region on the border Korean peninsula decreased to a certain extent. But those areas had less influences on forest vegetation resulted from peoples. The water content in soil came from the melted snow and rainfall can satisfy the need of vegetation growth. In this area, the rainfall of ten year mean is above 600mm. So the correlation coefficient shows negative. In Da/Xiao Xingan Mountain regions, the correlation coefficient between the coniferous forest NDVI and annual precipitation has no significance. The authors think that the low temperature and heavy snowfall lesson the influence of precipitation on forest vegetation.

Strong quenching of fluorescence was recently observed in pyridine solutions of 9,10-dicyanoanthracene chromophore. It was hypothesized that quenching may be attributed to the formation of bound charge transfer complexes in the excited states of the molecules. In this work, using time-dependent density functional calculations, we investigate the possibility of formation of bonded exciplex states between DCA and pyridine molecules. On the basis of theoretical calculations, it is proposed that a partial electron transfer occurs in the lowest excited state of the dicyanoanthracene-pyridine system which leads to the formation of bonded exciplex species and to quenching of fluorescence from dicyanoanthracene.
