With the development of digital technology, the mode of lifestyle and the economic pattern have undergone tremendous changes. The rapid updating and iteration of digital technology has increased the frequency of innovation and enhanced the links between groups. Relying on the R&D cooperation of digital technology, a digital innovation network is formed, which makes the member have higher economic resilience, more stable development model, and can cope with the challenges of frequent shocks. Based on the 2008-2019 invention patent data of cities in the Yangtze River Delta from the INCOPAT database, this paper constructs a digital innovation network using social network analysis. The empirical analysis shows that digital innovation network has a significant positive impact on economic resilience, and cities with closer cooperation have higher economic resilience. In order to achieve the goal of high-quality development, we should open up channels for innovation cooperation, realize innovation cooperation and sharing, promote the economic resilience. Big cities should play the radiation role of "innovation center", small and medium-sized cities utilize the cost advantage, to build a closer and more reasonable digital innovation network.

As an important industry in China, the structural upgrading of the manufacturing industry is a key element in promoting China's economic development. In the process of upgrading, digital finance, as an effective supplement to the traditional financial system, can better serve the real economy and help the manufacturing industry achieve transformation and upgrading. This paper selects the relevant data of manufacturing and digital finance industry in 28 provinces in China from 2011 to 2019, and analyzes the development status of manufacturing and digital finance industry from the provincial and regional levels. Firstly, the manufacturing industry is divided according to the elements using the fuzzy C-mean clustering method;secondly, the manufacturing structure advanced index at the provincial and regional levels is constructed using the vector pinch angle measurement method;finally, the constructed manufacturing structure advanced index is used to establish an econometric model to empirically analyze the impact of digital finance on the structural advancement of the manufacturing industry in four regions, namely, East, Central, West and Northeast, by using the constructed digital finance index and the total digital finance indicators, the breadth of coverage, the depth of use, and the digitalization subindexes. East, Central, West, and Northeast, and empirically analyzed the impact of regional digital finance on the advanced manufacturing structure. The results of the study can help each region to identify the effect of digital finance according to the actual situation, and reasonably use digital finance tools.

The role of software product management is key for building, implementing and managing software products. However, although there is prominent research on software product management (SPM) there are few studies that explore how this role is rapidly changing due to digitalization and digital transformation of the software-intensive industry. In this paper, we study how key trends such as DevOps, data and artificial intelligence (AI), and the emergence of digital ecosystems are rapidly changing current SPM practices. Whereas earlier, product management was concerned with predicting the outcome of development efforts and prioritizing requirements based on these predictions, digital technologies require a shift towards experimental ways-of-working and hypotheses to be tested. To support this change, and to provide guidelines for future SPM practices, we first identify the key challenges that software-intensive embedded systems companies experience with regards to current SPM practices. Second, we present an empirically derived framework for strategic digital product management (SPM4AI) in which we outline what we believe are key practices for SPM in the age of AI.

The development of enterprises can not be separated from the support of the financial industry, SMEs financing process is difficult, financing difficulties are many SMEs in the reality of the problem faced in the operation, due to many SMEs own credit is low, it is difficult to finance loans from banks and other third-party institutions, resulting in SMEs because of the lack of funds can not be production and business operations, affecting the development of SMEs, and the core business can provide trade credit financing to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs. Consider a secondary supply chain consisting of well-funded suppliers and capital-constrained retailers, with the suppliers as the leaders of the stackelberg game and the retailers as the followers. When the retailer is capital constrained, the supplier can provide trade credit financing for it, and the introduction of blockchain technology can facilitate the increase of market demand to some extent. In this paper, we study the retailer's optimal decision-making and the impact of blockchain technology on the profits of both parties by simultaneously introducing option contracts and establishing two models of traditional financing and blockchain financing.

Central policy texts are crucial instruments utilized by the central government for communicating policy directions, guiding behavior, and administering societal affairs. Analyzing central policy texts helps the public to understand policies and attribute real-world issues. Prior studies draw conclusions mainly based on statistics of word frequency while lacking consideration of the semantics content of these texts. This study employs text mining techniques, specifically Whole Word Masking (WWM)-BERT, to analyze 348 central government documents from 2016 to 2018, which enables the extraction of latent semantic meanings from the policy texts. Aligned with signaling theory, our research investigates the roots of environmental policy implementation disparities, examining aspects such as intensity, clarity, and credibility/reliability of communication. The findings indicate that document signals, such as issuing department, wording intensity, and clarified regulatory targets of policy documents significantly enhance local governments' environmental regulation behaviors. Meanwhile, the absence of standardized benchmarks for ecological environmental administrative penalties may exert negative impact on the effectiveness of credible threats in shaping environmental regulation outcomes.

Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) refers to an agile development practice to express the fulfillment of a requirement often depicted in a user story. BDD is meant to facilitate the understanding of how to properly execute requirements among role-divergent stakeholders in a software project. In that way, the development team avoids an excessive focus on coding at the early requirements definition stage and can focus on truly capturing the features and behaviors that are expected by the end-users. In BDD, user-driven scenarios are written in structured natural language following a defined template. Notwithstanding, not much attention has been placed in the literature in terms of defining/studying the quality aspects of the written BDD scenarios;therefore, practitioners tend to use the technique in an ad-hoc manner. In this study, we explore the quality attributes assigned to a well-written BDD scenario. We refine an existing framework by establishing formal definitions for each of the scenarios' attributes, study their applicability through real BDD scenarios, and link them to the quality attributes appointed to user stories. We then develop and present an experimental Computer-Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tool that helps practitioners assess the quality of the BDD scenarios through the automated evaluation of a set of conforming quality attributes namely Uniqueness, Essentiality, Integrity, and Singularity. We further validate the framework and the tool by collecting two expert opinions.

The reaction of individuals to AI failures is a complex and controversial topic that remains widely debated. Existing research on this issue is fragmented and inconclusive, with multiple perspectives and conflicting findings. To further explore this issue, we conducted a study examining how customers respond to service failures committed by chatbots and human employees. We used an online vignette-based method to assess participants' emotional, cognitive, and behavioral intentions following such failures. A total of 307 people participated in this study and the results indicated that participants were more tolerant of chatbot failures. They exhibited fewer negative emotions and were more likely to forgive erring chatbots. These results were moderated by service failure type. This study provides a more comprehensive understanding of how people respond to AI errors in service context, offering a more nuanced perspective than previously available in the literature.

Methods are important in information system development (ISD), but skills and knowledge of the participants in the project matter as well. The paper focuses on projects in the business environment, and the part of ISD that bridges the gap between the social world of the business organisation and the formal world of software development. In the theoretical part, research is discussed from quite diverse disciplines. The common factor is that all theories are in some way related to the creating, presenting and developing of new structures that will change the social environment. A case is presented for an application and analysis of the theoretical concepts, paying special attention to the importance of managing differing worldviews and different kinds of knowledge in a project. The paper shows how a design process is a complex of multiple interdependent learning cycles (a concept from Soft Systems Methodology), where different knowledge domains and different kinds of knowledge are involved. Different kinds of artefacts are involved in the coordination between the different learning cycles. An important group of artefacts has a life cycle that start as an empty shell with a suggestive name, evolving in subsequent cycles into formally and fully specified IT concepts. In the transition from the social world of business to the formal world of IT, social skills and knowledge about human behaviour is crucial in information system development.

The increasing significance of social and environmental impact within the technology startup business sector has garnered attention. Previous research has explored impact investing and related themes in the startup context. However, despite the growing interest in this area, a noticeable gap exists in research addressing impact investing ecosystems (IIE) and ecosystem-related challenges and advantages specifically within the technology field. This study endeavors to fill this gap by examining organizations within the Finnish IIE, bridging the divide between current industry practices and academic research. This study employed an interview-based approach, featuring thirteen interviewees representing eleven participating organizations. These interviews followed a semi-structured format, with all interviewees holding roles closely linked to the technology startup context within the Finnish IIE. Utilizing the thematic synthesis approach, this research aims to elucidate the perceived challenges faced by technology startups operating within the IIE. The findings of this study underscore the diversity and multiplicity of challenges confronting startups within the IIE, spanning various functions and operations, as well as the existing financial structures. Furthermore, this study puts forth recommendations formitigating these perceived challenges and suggests potential avenues for future research within this domain.

The public sector is a significant consumer of ICT systems. In countries like Finland, where openness, objectivity, and fairness in public acquisitions are deemed essential, public ICT procurement is based on tenders initiated by public sector organizations. The tendering process is regulated by laws that aim to eliminate unfair advantages and provide all potential stakeholders with similar opportunities to participate. However, depending on the stakeholders' perspectives, they may interpret the tendering process differently, leading to tensions among them. In this paper, we examine Finland's public procurement of ICT systems using semi-structured interviews as our data collection method and analyze the results thematically. The interviewees include individuals familiar with tendering and acquisition processes in public organizations and those involved in delivering systems as vendors, representing two different perspectives on the tendering process. The results indicate that although there are significant differences in maturity among public sector organizations participating in procurement, several common themes emerged from nearly all the interviews. Furthermore, in light of contrasting views between public organizations and vendors, recurring tensions arise due to different interpretations of acquisition laws.
