AI services have been widely used by consumers, and trust is a key factor impact them to continuously use AI services. However, due to the intelligent feature, trust in AI service is different from other trust. So, we explore how do users trust AI services and willingly continue to use them. In this paper, we have two studies: in Study 1, we encode user comments of AI service products according to grounded theory, and identify the multilevel dimensions of AI service trust antecedent (AISTA);in Study 2, we use empirical data collected through a survey to develop and test an AI service trust mechanism model based on Study 1. The results indicate that anthropomorphism, perceived intelligence-interactivity, service adaptation and coolness influence affect-based and cognition-based trust to different degrees, thus promoting the continuous use behavior of AI services. This paper extends the research scope of trust literature and contributes to the practice of AI product design.

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has gained widespread adoption in corporate organizations, streamlining work processes while also introducing additional maintenance tasks. Effective governance of RPA can be achieved through the reusability of RPA components. However, refactoring RPA processes poses challenges when dealing with larger development teams, outsourcing, and staff turnover. This research aims to explore the possibility of identifying similarities in RPA processes for refactoring. To address this issue, we have developed Similarity Discovering Techniques for RPA (SiDiTeR). SiDiTeR utilizes source code or process logs from RPA automations to search for similar or identical parts within RPA processes. The techniques introduced are specifically tailored to the RPA domain. We have expanded the potential matches by introducing a dictionary feature which helps identify different activities that produce the same output, and this has led to improved results in the RPA domain. Through our analysis, we have discovered 655 matches across 156 processes, with the longest match spanning 163 occurrences in 15 processes. Process similarity within the RPA domain proves to be a viable solution for mitigating the maintenance burden associated with RPA. This underscores the significance of process similarity in the RPA domain.

In this study, we aim to generalize the Nash equilibrium and efficiency established in conflict resolutions among decision-makers with permissibility in their preferences for possible outcomes on the framework of GMCR(Graph Model for Conflict Resolution). Obtaining sufficient information on preferences, especially in emergent crises, can often be daunting in real-world conflicts. However, identifying "unacceptable situations" is comparatively less challenging. Our proposed approach dichotomizes preferences into binary categories of "permissible" and "impermissible," exhibiting a particular aptness for decision-making in situations with limited or focused information that seek to prevent severe crises, particularly during the emergent phase or convergence point of conflicts. We provide propositions on the equilibrium and efficiency of permissibility analysis, introducing a novel approach using coarse decision theory. Overall, our study contributes significantly to improving the convenience and effectiveness of real-world conflict analysis.

Digital Sovereignty as a strategic concept encompasses equity and sustainability. We explore affordances in Open Source projects that have been initiated to achieve more Digital Sovereignty. Open Source has the potential to be central for Digital Sovereignty. Our primary data set include online interviews with project teams and literature in the context of Digital Sovereignty from 2013 to 2024. By evaluating the project outputs based on affordance theory, we identify digital and economical offerings. The analysis of the impact of these offerings on the projects forms the basis for formulating measures to improve sustainable actions through Digital Sovereignty. With this work we provide a better understanding of IT-enabled organizational change and the types of affordances that are required in Digital Sovereignty transformations.

Digital ecosystems and platforms require a business model, which is a model of how a business creates, delivers, and captures value. We argue that the business model should be a networked business model, as ecosystems and platforms are connected networks of organizations and consumers. Furthermore, we emphasize that a business model should be a conceptual model that is expressed using a (semi) formal language. This is not only needed in order to create an unambiguous and shared understanding of the ecosystem at hand;it is also a prerequisite for software-assisted analysis and for the use of other design techniques, e.g. for business process engineering, and ICT architecture design. We explain these two requirements concerning business modelling using a series of industry strength cases.

We consider current Design and Engineering Methodology for Organizations (DEMO) Action Rules Specification to be unnecessarily complex and ambiguous. Even while using a "structured English" syntax similar to the one used in Semantics of business Vocabulary and business Rules (SBVR), such specifications are: incomplete while not containing enough ontological information to derive a functional implementation;and complex by containing mostly unneeded specifications. We propose a new meta-model for DEMO's Action Model in the form of an Extended Backus-Naur Form (EBNF) syntax which is being implemented in a prototype that directly executes DEMO models as an information and Workflow System. This prototype includes an action engine that runs DEMO transactions and the enclosed actions specified in our approach. We are currently integrating Blockly in our solution to allow syntactically correct visual programming of our proposed new Action Rule language that includes constructs to evaluate logical conditions, update the state of internal or external information systems, obtain input and provide output (formatted with a 'What You See Is What You Get' (WYSIWYG) template editor) to users, among others.

This study aims to explain how does the Indonesian government's response to the COVID-19 pandemic in terms of food security through Twitter. This type of research is qualitative, using a literature study approach. Finding in this study, the food security agency dominates the response content on Twitter compared to the logistics affairs agency. This answers that the food security agency has a fairly broad scope of duties compared to the logistics affairs agency which only focuses on rice. As well as in the narration on the Twitter accounts of the two institutions that focus on the issue of food security conditions in the Indonesia public. Therefore, if you look at their duties and responsibilities, the two institutions have succeeded in responding to the state of Indonesia's food security during the COVID-19 pandemic via Twitter. However, there are several notes that must be paid attention to by the two institutions that the response content regarding agricultural conditions is quite minimal.

Diversity and inclusion are fundamental principles within the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). While the BPM discipline has grown to tackle more contemporary issues, diversity and inclusion remain understudied. This problem statement paper aims to trigger the BPM community to think about developing more inclusive BPM. This paper first introduced a definition of inclusive BPM. Then, areas for further studies on developing inclusive BPM are proposed with several examples in the context of Indonesia.

business processes are typically represented with graphical models. This can make engaging with them a challenge for people with visual disabilities. It is unclear whether existing tools are used by and meet the requirements of those users. In general, little research has focused on making business process models more accessible. Based on this observation, this study explores how blind and low-vision users currently understand and model business processes. Utilising a Grounded Theory methodology, we analyse qualitative data obtained from interviews at German educational institutions where business process modelling is taught to blind and low-vision students. The empirical results give insights into process modelling tools used in practice, their limitations, and how collaborative process modelling can become more inclusive. We find that textual, tactile but also visual models are in use. While there are common challenges, blind and low-vision users have individual preferences and strengths and, therefore, require a diversity of approaches beyond visual modelling to understand and create business process models.

Digital marketing is the main marketing method and development trend of enterprises in the era of digital economy. The study of digital marketing is of great significance to the practice of digital economy in China. This paper takes the digital marketing papers published by CNKI database from 2012 to 2022 as the research object, analyzes the authors, publishing institutions and keywords, shows the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics and research hotspots of digital marketing research in China, and tracks the most cutting-edge research issues by the CiteSpace tool to draw a visual knowledge graph. The development momentum of digital marketing in China is good, but it needs to be strengthened the cooperative relationship between authors and institutions. The research hot topic is mainly the strategy research in different fields, which needs to be further deepened. The focus of future research is mainly on community, intelligence, diversification and virtual reality.
