Blockchain technology has emerged as a promising solution for enhancing the security and integrity of various applications, including identity management systems. This research paper presents the design and implementation of an Identity Management System (IMS) using the Solidity programming language and the Ethereum blockchain platform. The IMS allows users to register and manage their identities in a secure and decentralized manner. The system employs a struct-based data structure to store user identity information, including name, email, age, and verification status. The functionalities of registering an identity, verifying an identity, and retrieving identity information are implemented as smart contracts on the Ethereum blockchain. The paper discusses the advantages of using blockchain technology for identity management, such as immutability, transparency, and enhanced security. It also explores the potential applications of the IMS in sectors like finance, healthcare, and e-commerce. The research findings demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of blockchain-based identity management systems in mitigating identity fraud and unauthorized access. Future research directions and challenges for scaling and interoperability are also discussed, highlighting the need for standardization and integration with existing identity frameworks. The IMS serves as a foundation for further research and development in the field of blockchain-based identity management, paving the way for more secure and user-centric digital identities in the era of decentralized systems.

In recent years, significant advances in digital health made possible to provide more personalized and timely care, and health systems to become more efficient. With this study, we propose a multiparameter device, at a prototypal level, which represents a convenient and efficient solution in order to accurately monitor health and collect vital data: it is able to return blood pressure values, heart rate, blood oxygen saturation levels and body temperature, relying only on two different sensors, multi-wavelength photoplethysmography (PPG) and thermal camera, combined with AI algorithms. The performances are promising, with an average relative error of less than 5% for heart rate and blood saturation, and a Mean Absolute Error of 5.08 +/- 8.83 mmHg and 4.37 +/- 7.08 mmHg for systolic and diastolic pressure respectively. The MLX90640 thermal camera accurately measured patients body temperature in a non-invasive and continuous manner, with a maximum absolute error equal to 0.2 degrees C.

A network of commonplace physical things with electronic parts, such as sensors, processors, and wireless communication modules is referred to as the "Internet of Things" (IoT). They can communicate with one another and various other systems and devices via these components and the internet. It's important to note that the IoT lacks internal security. No organization is in charge of handling the enormous amount of data created by IoT devices since distributed ledger technology, which is a component of blockchain, is decentralized. Decentralization improves privacy and security. By making it extremely difficult for unauthorized users to alter current data record. Blockchain technology is used to safely store IoT data. Secure machine-to-machine transactions are made possible by the IoT and blockchain, boosting security and transparency for all parties involved. IoT devices can interact with private blockchain networks to guarantee the accuracy of transaction records by utilizing the features such as immutability and data encryption. This paper examines the business strategy that can aid in preventing the manipulation of sensitive data.

Wind turbines are affected by a variety of factors during operation, such as extreme weather conditions, power abandonment strategies and sensor failures. The wind speed and power data recorded by wind power SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) equipment contains a large number of anomalous scattered points with different causes and uneven distribution. Traditional data cleaning methods are not fully effective in dealing with these anomalous data. In order to clean the anomalous data, especially the stacked anomalous data, a combination of kernel density estimation method and DBSCAN (Density-based spatial clustering of applications with noise) algorithm is used in this paper. Through this method, we successfully removed the stacked anomaly data, making the cleaned data more suitable for WTG (wind turbine generator) data modelling. This provides a reliable data base for further research on the operation law of wind turbines, improvement of wind energy utilization and optimization of wind farm strategies.

The modern society is in a perpetual state of flux, and the demand for nourishment is rising at an exponential rate. To meet the demands of people and growing cities, daily fresh food delivery networks have to be enhanced. Food delivery systems must be firmly integrated in areas based on their individual location-based or preference-based characteristics since the fast-paced world has little time to spare even when it comes to dining. Local restaurants and other manufacturers should contact these systems and services to broaden their influence and reach out to communities and potential customers. Customers want customization options in how their purchases are completed, and they want to be able to finish their purchases or refund them swiftly and effectively. The goal of this study was to assess and evaluate the performance of Bangalore's food distribution network. The data included 388 distinct persons, with their order location given by pin code, latitude and longitude, followed by the medium of order (mobile app, walk-in, call, etc.) and their meal choices. It also considers a sustainable fresh food distribution network, client purchasing patterns, and their preferences for ordering food online. The research also presents a numerical analysis of the mentioned food network when mapped as a bipartite graph using the centrality measures and information of nodes travelling through them, through measures such as degree centrality, betweenness centrality and clustering tendency with the Girvan-Neumann algorithm.

In this work we studied the device performance of a piezoelectric nanogenerator based on a green, lead-free BZT-BCT thin film. This research interest is situated within the broader framework of the internet of Things (IoT) addressing the challenge of the development of self-powered devices which has sparked significant attention. The implementation of nanogenerator, such as Piezoelectric Nanogenerators (PENGs), is a prominent focus also in the biomedical field regarding implantable devices which must be constructed with non-toxic materials. To this end, we choose to study the possibility to implement a PENG based on lead-free material such as perovskitic Barium Zirconate Titanate- Barium Calcium Titanate commonly known as BZT-BCT whose ferroelectric and piezoelectric properties have been fully characterized in a previous experimental work. In this simulation work, we studied the device performance by means of an equivalent electromechanical model integrated in a more complex circuit. The equivalent circuit has been simulated using LTSPICE software. The results demonstrate that the produced output power is a function of the load. A parametric analysis has been carried out by changing the value of the load from 1 k Omega to 100 k Omega and by imposing a Force of 1.4 mN. The maximum obtained value of the produced power dependent on the load and is equal to 19 mu W in the case of 100 k Omega. The results obtained by LTSPICE validated the use of a such material as a possible candidate for energy harvesting devices.

This work investigates a method to suppress the gate capacitance C-g as well as the ambipolar conduction I-amb of the Gate-Overlap Tunnel FETs (GOTFETs) while simultaneously improving their performance with appropriately engineered drain doping concentration and gate-overlap/underlap on the source/drain regions. We have optimized the device by studying the impact of material parameters, device structure, and dimensions on the performance in terms of the on current.I-on, off current I-off, I-on:I(of)f ratio, inverse sub-threshold slope. SS, gate-to-drain (C-gd), and gate-to-source (.Cgs) capacitances. The proposed device performs better than the other TFETs reported earlier and the standard MOSFETs at the same technology node. The proposed Complementary GOTFET (CGOT) devices effectively *** (similar to 1 fF/mu m) *** (similar to 0.1 pA/mu m) without compromising the high. Ion (similar to 1 mA/mu m), low Ioff (similar to 0.1 pA/mu m), and low. SS (similar to 26.79 mV/dec). We have used physics-based compact analytical models to support physical explanations. We have validated all the results reported in this work using extensive numerical simulations carried out with a precalibrated simulation setup. Finally, an investigation on the scaling trends reveals that the 7 nm CGOT devices outperform equally sized 7 nm industry-standard FinFETs.

The combined load frequency control (CLFC) and automatic voltage regulation (AVR) (CLFC-AVR) analysis is performed in this paper to regulate the frequency and terminal voltage. The CLFC-AVR investigation is performed on the multi-area multi-fuel system and carried the analysis for the perturbation in step load (SLP) of 10% in area 1. The fractional order proportional-integral-derivative (FOPID) controller based on the optimization of the water cycle algorithm (WCA) is enforced, and its performance is compared with other regulators in the literature to exhibit its dominance. However, the effect of AVR on the dynamic behavior of the generation units in the LFC loop is showcased in this work. Further, a high-voltage direct current (HVDC) line is enacted as the tie-line instead of the alternating current line to improve the system's performance.

Even with the rapid advancement of technology, using a television still requires a physical remote control. Apart from occasionally losing sight of the television remote control, we also sometimes run out of batteries. The goal is to discover an effective way of controlling television and develop 3D hand gesture-based smart television control using Gated Recurrent Unit (GRU). The results of the research show that hand gesture recognition-based interface technology is capable of performing the majority of smart TV operations. It is a comfortable and delightful experience for consumers. The existing research features static image gesture recognition with predefined models for training in addition to the existing research the proposed model features sample video dataset, Custom design with Gated Recurrent Unit. The suggested model is trained using five hand gestures. The camera positioned on the TV continually records the motions. Each gesture is associated with a certain command. The proposed model has achieved an accuracy of about 94% in recognizing the gestures.
