The production of printed circuit boards is one of the important areas of the electronics industry, as they are the main components of electronic devices and are used in many other industries. The demand for printed circuit boards is constantly increasing, but at the same time the requirements for reliability are also increasing because the quality of printed circuit boards has a significant impact on the fault tolerance and performance of end devices. However, printed circuit boards are prone to many defects, which can cost companies large losses, as a faulty board can lead to undesirable circuit behavior and defects in the final device, therefore, research is constantly being conducted to improve the quality of the production process. In our work, based on a benchmark method for PCB defect detection, we addressed the defect classification problem by investigating the feasibility of applying ensemble methods based on fuzzy fusion using Sugeno and Choquet integrals to combine the estimates of three pretrained deep learning models: ResNet50, DenseNet169, and InceptionV3.

The large use of computing technologies and the steady growth in the volume of multimedia streams creates interest in software methods and means of protecting information. The use of information security software does not require significant financial costs when compared with hardware cryptosystems. However, the use of only one method or means of information protection, for example, only encryption, today cannot always cope with data loss. Since, along with the development of methods and means of protecting information, the competence of hackers is also growing, it is possible to ensure reliable protection of information by using additional levels of protection. This article proposes to develop a software implementation of the process of multi-level protection of transmitted data over an insecure channel, which implements data encryption using a symmetric algorithm, then applies the developed Positional LSB steganography algorithm, which is based on a random selection of pixels.

Skin lesion segmentation is a critical task in computer-aided diagnosis systems for dermatological diseases. Accurate segmentation of skin lesions from medical images is essential for early detection, diagnosis, and treatment planning. In this paper, we propose a new model for skin lesion segmentation namely AC-MambaSeg, an enhanced model that has the hybrid CNN-Mamba backbone and integrates advanced components such as Convolutional Block Attention Module (CBAM), Attention Gate, and Selective Kernel Bottleneck. AC-MambaSeg leverages the VMamba framework for efficient feature extraction, while CBAM and SelectiveKernel Bottleneck enhance its ability to focus on informative regions and suppress background noise. We evaluate the performance of AC-MambaSeg on diverse datasets of skin lesion images including ISIC2018 and PH2;then compare it against existing segmentation methods. Our model shows promising potential for improving computer-aided diagnosis systems and facilitating early detection and treatment of dermatological diseases. The advancement of administrative approval digitalization has brought about several challenges during its implementation. This study focuses on the Economic and Technological Development Zone (ETDZ) as a case study to examine the digital reform of administrative approval. This study examines the digital reform of administrative approval in the Economic and Technological Development Zone (ETDZ). Through a comprehensive evaluation using questionnaires and internal evaluations, the research identifies current challenges in the digitalization process. Based on the findings, this paper proposes feasible solutions in three key areas. Firstly, it advocates for the digital and intelligent upgrading of government service centers. Secondly, the study emphasizes the importance of data sharing and business synergy. Lastly, the paper highlights the significance of admitting scenario-based personalized approval services to enhance user experience and satisfaction. The insights gained from this research contribute to optimizing administrative processes and advancing public service delivery in the context of digital transformation.

CF3I has excellent insulation performance, arc extinguishing performance, and low GWP characteristics. It is considered as a potential substitute for SF6 in GIS, GIL, circuit breakers, and other high-voltage equipment. In this paper, based on the conservation of charge, heat transfer and partial differential equations (PDE) of ion transport equations, a finite element numerical analysis platform was used to study the evolution of electric field intensity and ion concentration on the surface of the spacer of CF3I/CO2 gas mixture under DC superimposed lightning impulse voltage conditions. The change of the electric field distribution, ion concentration, charge density, and other parameters around the spacer were discussed after the lightning impulse voltage was superimposed, which provided the theoretical basis to the safety, standardization, and design of the future gas insulated systems. The results show that the electric field distribution under DC superimposed positive polarity lightning impulse voltage was the highest, and the positive ions showed an increasing trend while the negative ions showed the opposite trend.

Existing Trust & Safety policies predominantly focus on protecting content moderators' (CoMos) safety against severe content violations. Nevertheless, in reality, CoMos might encounter content across a broad severity spectrum while perceptions of content severity among CoMos are yet to be fully understood in relation to their well-being and job accuracy. The current study employs a sequential study design to qualitatively examine the views of 34 CoMos in the USA and the Philippines and of 166 professionals (i.e., mental health and learning experience staff, team leads) supporting CoMos on content severity and its perceived impact on CoMos well-being and job accuracy. Of note, consistent with ethical guidelines and wellness best practices, all CoMos received tiered wellness support services from TaskUs Inc. Collected data were thematically analyzed and two overarching themes emerged. Within the first theme, namely, 'perceived content categories', both CoMos and professionals, after considering the potential distress caused by various contents, broadly distinguished between 'moderate' and 'graphic' content, while they further attributed their own definitions to each of the two categories. Under theme two-'content impact on perceived stress- most study participants discussed how reviewing moderate content might have a more detrimental impact upon CoMos stress and job accuracy compared to reviewing graphic content in the lack of wellness support and care. This study is the first of its kind to give voice to both CoMos and support staff to discuss in depth their views on content moderation while also making participant-led recommendations for work policy and future research.

This study proposes implementing a comprehensive framework for digital infrastructure, designed for securing large Enterprise networks. This study aims to analyze the existing mechanisms for preventing emerging cyber-attacks by analyzing the patterns associated with potential cyber-attacks, leading insights for future behavior and detection of those attacks, with the use of customized open-source security tools and the development of a few new tools and self-developed scripts/code for centralized solution for infrastructure security needs. This research further proposes data analysis approaches and tools to evaluate datasets derived from Honeynets and from actual servers/machines, specifically focusing on attackers and malicious traffic from hosts. The ultimate goal is to provide additional critical information to IT and security administrators i.e.: motives behind attacks, communication methods, attack mechanism, the timing of system attacks, and the subsequent actions performed by attackers after compromising a system.

The aim of this research is to propose a model explaining project management success, and more specifically projects managed in hybrid mode, in which both agile and traditional methodologies are combined. Particular attention was given to factors related to human resources. This research will be based on a hypothetico-deductive reasoning mode that will enable the development of a theoretical explanatory model covering two empirical investigations. The first is an exploratory qualitative study of twenty project managers, conducted to contextualize the model. The second is a quantitative study of a confirmatory nature, covering a fairly wide range of project managers operating in different sectors of activity in Morocco. The data were analyzed in two parts: firstly, an exploratory factorial analysis using SPSS software (version 21.0), and secondly, a confirmatory factorial analysis using the structural equation method and SmartPLS 4.0 processing software. Results revealed that project success is strongly conditioned by factors driven by top management support. However, within the context of this research, it was found that the skill set of the project team, project manager skills and stakeholder knowledge management factors considered important in the literature, did not turn out to have an impact on project success.

Addressing the pressing need for efficient wind turbine monitoring in the sustainable energy sector, this paper begins with an extensive literature review focused on condition monitoring techniques specific to wind turbines. This foundational review uncovers significant gaps, particularly in managing diverse and voluminous data streams that are characteristic of wind turbine operations. The core objective of this research is to thoroughly analyze the unique characteristics of heterogeneous data environments in wind turbine monitoring, tackling challenges like data diversity, volume, and reliability, where their effectiveness in interpreting complex data is scrutinized. This analysis provides critical insights into the applicability of these models in practical monitoring situations. Further, the research broadens its scope to assess the implications of these findings within the Artificial Intelligence of Things (AIoT) domain. It highlights the potential of AI and IoT integration in revolutionizing wind turbine monitoring, leading to smarter, more resilient renewable energy systems. The study sets a foundation for future advancements in AIoT, especially in enhancing the efficiency and intelligence of renewable energy infrastructures. It paves the way for the development of more sophisticated AI-driven tools for energy management, envisioning a future where renewable energy systems are managed with greater efficiency and intelligence.

Amid the COVID1-19 pandemic, it became necessary to implement emergency remote teaching and learning. This paper outlines the process of transitioning a User Interface Programming course, which is a high-enrollment first-year subject, into an online learning format..Face-to-face lessons and conventional assessment methods were shifted to an online learning environment. When developing the programming course, the following elements were taken into account: organization and layout of the Learning Management System site, online learning tools and resources, and assessment. The in-depth description of the transitioning of the course into an online learning format can be helpful to educators in various fields in designing effective online learning environments. The paper also reports on the online learning experience of the students. The results showed that most students had a positive online learning experience. Notably, feedback from students showed a lot of variances in the students' opinions regarding their preference for online learning.
