In the present day, employers are discussing difficulties with educated people. The web system posts positions in the authority and recommends various career categories based on skills and qualifications. Those who meet the qualifications for jobs at different organizations or income institutions around the globe are paid more and are promoted over time. Thus, learning about a web-based job suggestion system is crucial in real life. It is necessary to have a crucial dataset with both textual and numerical information in order to classify people who are suggested for jobs and who are not. In this work, we employed a hybrid Kaggle dataset to forecast the job recommendation system through the application of machine learning-based versions of the genetic algorithm. With the help of 11 characteristics and 1000 records overall in the used dataset, a genetic algorithm can identify the top applicants for a job suggestion. The parameters of the fitness function enabled the model to generate the most accurate results. The core components of the suggested system were natural selection approaches, crossover, and mutation tasks. In light of our primary objective is to produce people who are highly qualified for the position and have the highest fitness value. In this work, we proposed a job recommendation system that categorizes candidates into those who are and are not qualified for the position using a genetic algorithm. The model with the best fitness percentage accuracy generates the best schedules.

Facial recognition technology has gained significant attention in recent years for its potential in improving criminal detection and enhancing security systems. This paper compares and contrasts different facial recognition technologies which are being implemented in video datasets for criminal detection. Law enforcement organizations are vigilantly monitoring facial recognition technologies as an approach to finding and apprehending criminals. The objective is to evaluate and compare how different deep learning techniques perform in real criminal detecting circumstances. A comprehensive video dataset that includes footage from law enforcement archives and surveillance camera footage is curated. To ensure a representative sample for the study, the dataset consists of a group of people with an assortment of physical attributes and notoriety. Each facial recognition technology is used and refined through transfer learning on the curated video dataset. To examine the performance of the systems, accuracy, precision, and error rate are employed as performance assessment variables. The comparative analysis highlights both the advantages and disadvantages of each approach. VGGFace, FaceNet, OpenFace, and DeepFace models are being assessed where the VGGFace model depicted the highest accuracy. The findings offer valuable insights into the performance and applications of various facial recognition systems. The findings expand facial recognition technology and demonstrate the value of law enforcement tools in strengthening public safety.

Identifying and providing assistance to young researchers in the early stages of their careers is crucial to foster their development and promote the advancement of scientific knowledge within their specific fields. Within this document, we introduce a machine learning-driven approach designed to pinpoint ECRs within extensive bibliographic datasets. Our suggested framework capitalizes on the set of features selected in a dataset, encompassing details like publication history, citations, academic associations, and collaborative author networks. In our models, we make use of the comprehensive and varied AMiner Author dataset. By employing a novel approach, we have achieved a notable level of accuracy in distinguishing ECRs, effectively separating them from established researchers, with "h-index" distributions as a key discriminator.

This paper presents a methodology for combining programming and mathematics to optimize elevator wait times. Based on simulated user data generated according to the canonical three-peak model of elevator traffic, we first develop a naive model from an intuitive understanding of the logic behind elevators. We take into consideration a comprehensive list of features including capacity, acceleration, and maximum wait time thresholds to adequately model realistic circumstances. Using the same evaluation framework, we proceed to develop a Deep Q Learning model in an attempt to match a naive algorithmic approach for elevator control. Throughout the majority of the paper, we work under a Markov Decision Process (MDP) schema, but later explore how the assumption fails to characterize the highly stochastic overall Elevator Group Control System (EGCS).

With growing and advancing technology, people have access to the Internet easily which leads to the availability of news online and can reach from one part of the world to another. Internet is the ideal environment for the growth and dissemination of malevolent and fake news. Fake news detection has become a serious problem in the recent era. Due to this, it has become important to detect whether a floating news is fake or real as it may have a serious negative impact on individuals and society. In this study, we use WELFake and Real and Fake News Classification Dataset from the Kaggle Repository for fake news classification using five machine learning algorithms: Naive Bayes (NB) classifier, decision tree (DT), random forest (RF), support vector machine (SVM), and K-nearest neighbor (KNN). Five metrics are used: accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and AUC for comparing the model's performances. We notice that the best-performing models are DT and RF yielding an accuracy of 93.92% and 91.18% respectively.

Estimation of solar radiation data is very crucial for optimizing solar power. This can be achieved only if the solar radiation is estimated with high accuracy. Meteorological stations that measure solar radiationmay not be available at the location of interest for researchers. This is due to the costs of the necessary measuring devices. Solar radiation estimation models are then a good alternative. In this paper, we propose a new optimization method for solar radiation clear-sky models based in clearness index KT. The aim of our method is to improve the clear-sky models performance especially for cloudy days. In the present work, a clear sky *** model is used to estimate the 10 min-global solar radiation on an inclined plane in the Tahifet site located in the south of Algeria. Results showed a significant improvement of the performance of *** model after optimization.

This article presents the innovative electromechanical design and analysis of a solar-powered robotic assistive system for reaching and grasping assistance of weak and disabled people. The design consisted of an innovative gripping mechanism at the top (upper end) of the assistive device. The bottom (lower end) of the device consisted of a haptic knob (potentiometer), a solar panel, and the Arduino-based control board. The opening and closing of the gripper were actuated by a servomotor, which was controlled by the user via the potentiometer. The device was lightweight to make it user-friendly and ergonomic. It was designed to be solar-powered to make it usable in remote areas lacking electricity as well as to make it cost-effective. The device was sufficiently long but lightweight so it would be feasible to grasp objects from a comparatively distant location. The design was analyzed for its static characteristics in a simulation study based on a CAD model. Then, a proof-of-concept prototype was built and experimentally tested. The simulation results showed satisfactory static characteristics in terms of stress and strain tolerances of the design for normal load maneuvering. The experimental test results proved the effectiveness of the functionality of the novel gripping mechanism actuated by the servomotor and controlled haptically via the potentiometer as well as the suitability and user-friendliness of the device for its intended application. The design was innovative, and the preliminary results were very promising. The proposed assistive device can be very useful to augment the performance of weak and disabled people in reaching and grasping numerous household objects in their daily activities, and thus reduce their burdens and improve their quality of life (QoL).

This paper aims to synthesize the primary metaphorical barriers representing the difficulties women face in advancing their careers over time: glass ceiling, glass cliff, labyrinth, leaky pipeline and queen bee. It also seeks to assess the validity of these metaphors in relation to actual realities. The methodology involves analyzing, synthesizing, and compiling various articles and studies on the topic. This analysis revealed that over time, these barriers evolve, adapting to the present yet continuing to exist. Some barriers are more pertinent than others, as evidenced by critiques of the justifications for their definitions. This paper underscores the need for actions to combat gender inequality, specially within the auditing profession, not only within organizations but also at the societal level.

We can say technological security is in constant change. Security is constantly changing by the industry, because it is necessary to improve the integrity of technological security. These changes in technology come with new methods, processes, and technologies which lead to the need to be ahead in the new trends. The AAAA (Authentication, Authorization, Administration, Audit) is a topic of great relevance in organizations, it is a matter for everyone. This paper attempts to evaluate the variation presented in the Access Management after implementing digital security plans. The evaluation is visualized as an accompaniment for the improvement of the effectiveness in future decisions-making processes. The result of this analysis aims to find new improvement opportunities, due to the positive impact to growth in this field. Detecting bed-exit events, monitoring sleeping positions, and identifying potential falls can help ensure proper care for patients, elderly or individuals with disabilities, allowing caregivers or medical personnel to intervene promptly. This work presents a system for detecting such events employing two low-cost and low-resolution Infrared Array Grid-EYE sensors. The primary sensor, mounted on the ceiling, detects bed-exit events and identifies proper and critical sleeping positions using a neural network trained and validated on a dataset of 3000 images. The secondary sensor, positioned perpendicularly on a vertical wall, differentiates between proper bed-exit events and falls through a second neural network. The system achieved a success rate of up to 82% on a testing dataset with a total of 180 images under different conditions, demonstrating its potential for enhancing safety and well-being in smart living and healthcare settings.
