The autonomous organizational system could be a significant opportunity or adversity;therefore, it is imperative that a conceptual framework of the key elements for managing this phenomenon be developed to assist organizational management to mitigate the hazards and realize the benefits. The study followed a conceptual research design to address the research problem, which was the lack of a conceptual framework for managing these systems. The conceptual research design facilitated the expansion of current autonomous organizational systems understanding and the generation of an original conceptual framework. The developed conceptual framework encompasses both technical elements and social (human) elements. The technical elements comprise information and communications technology (ICT) infrastructure, algorithms, data, systems integration, human-machine interface, evolution, transparency and trustworthiness, and the social (human) elements comprise organizational governance and oversight, organizational structure, level of autonomy/level of human intervention, accountability and legal liability and risk management. Such knowledge is important for all organizational management as artificial intelligence (AI) systems permeate all industries and evolve autonomous organizational systems, providing a guide for avoiding the many hazards and realizing the numerous benefits of these systems. For scientists, the study expands current understanding, develops original knowledge and establishes a basis for theory progression and further knowledge generation in the field of autonomous organizational systems.

The article discusses the significance of heritage buildings, emphasizing their role as cultural icons and essential components of national identity. The traditional photogrammetric methods have always been crucial in the protection, preservation, and valorization of various forms of cultural heritage, including architectural and archaeological sites. The specific focus of the study is on the application of an aerial unmanned photogrammetric platform for documenting the famous Goat's Bridge, recognized as a national monument in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The study employs a highly efficient visualization method for the creation of a three-dimensional model of the bridge. This involves the application of three-dimensional computer graphics and production of the physical models through 3D printing. Such an approach likely enhances the documentation and understanding of the Goat's Bridge, contributing to its preservation and broader appreciation as an important cultural heritage monument.

This paper presents the modeling, control, and simulation of a flapping wing aerial platform equipped with a perching-launching mechanism and a two-degree-of-freedom (DoF) robotic arm intended to conduct manipulation tasks in outdoor scenarios which provide linear support structures for perching, considering as representative application example the contact inspection on power lines. The operation can be divided in four phases: 1) gliding towards the line, 2) perching, 3) manipulation, and 4) launching for flying again. A model of the system is derived and particularized for each phase, relying on numerical methods for simulating the perching and launching phases, following the Lagrange formulation for the equivalent planar manipulator once perched. A state-dependant Riccati equation (SDRE) controller is implemented on the robotic arm to conduct the manipulation task, taking into account that the passive pitch rotation of the base introduces an underactuated dynamics when perched. The model of the system, implemented in Simscape, is validated in simulation.

Stable Diffusion is a captivating text-to-image model that generates images based on text input. However, a major challenge is that it is pretrained on a specific dataset, limiting its ability to generate images outside of the given data. In this paper, we propose to harness two models based on neural networks, Hypernetworks and DreamBooth, to allow the introduction of any image into Stable Diffusion, addressing versatility with minimal additional training data. This work targets AI applications such as augmenting next-generation multipurpose robots, enhancing human-robot collaboration, feeding intelligent tutoring systems, training autonomous cars, injecting subjects for photo personalization, producing high quality movie animations etc. It can contribute to AI in smart cities: facets such as smart living and smart mobility.

The landscape of higher education has changed significantly with the development of autonomous colleges. These institutions have become well-known for their cutting-edge methods of academic governance, curriculum design, and decision-making. Additional levels of autonomy from conventional regulatory frameworks give autonomous institutions the freedom to customize their educational programs to better meet the needs of their students and the requirements of the changing labor market. This method supports the development of skills, critical thinking, and a creative learning environment. Colleges that have autonomy must create and manage their own infrastructure, industrial partnerships, and research projects. Financial and administrative resources may be strained as a result, especially in newer or smaller organizations. Additionally, the greater accountability for decision-making and governance may result in administrative challenges and potential conflicts. To make sure that autonomy does not result in inefficiencies or a degradation of academic quality, it becomes crucial to construct a strong framework for efficient governance and resource allocation. In higher education institutions, scheduling internships, skill labs, open electives, departmental electives, and honor courses presents a variety of issues. A strong quality assurance system, curriculum collaboration, teacher development, student engagement techniques, and effective resource allocation must all be used to address these issues. For these academic components to significantly impact students' learning experiences, careful planning and a proactive mindset are required. This paper presents several methods to address the challenges that have emerged as a result of several factors such as internships, skill development laboratories, open electives, and honor courses.

This study created and validated a robust Mathematical Phobia Scale to assess students' mathematical abilities and enhance their academic and career development. Using descriptive research, 760 students were randomly selected for data collection, and the data were analyzed using IBM's SPSS software. The results revealed excellent internal consistency and high split-half reliability, confirmed by the Guttman method and Spearman-Brown prophecy formula. The scale demonstrated strong face, content, construct, and criterion validity. In summary, the Mathematical Phobia Scale is a reliable and valid tool for evaluating students' mathematical phobia, offering significant potential to support their academic and career progress. #CSOC1120

Music, a rich form of auditory expression, encompasses a diverse array of sounds, broadly classified into two main categories: Harmonics and Percussions. Harmonic sounds, distinguished by their distinct pitches, give rise to melodies and chords, while Percussive sounds, produced by instruments like drums and snares, introduce sudden pitch changes. Real-world music compositions often combine these two classes, creating challenges in processing and analysis. This research's primary goal is to develop and compare effective algorithms for separating audio, into two distinct components, the isolating harmonic component and the percussive component. Exploiting the localization properties of these sound classes, with percussive sounds in time and harmonic sounds in frequency, it aims to achieve precise separation. This separation finds practical use in music remixing, key signature detection, instrument transcription, chord identification, and rhythmic analysis. The paper delves into theoretical foundations, implementation details, and comprehensive spectrogram analyses to demonstrate the approach's effectiveness.

This study focusses on the influence of TikTok on Portuguese millennials' footwear consumer behaviour. Recent data shows that there are over 3.5 millions of users in Portugal (almost half of the country's total socialmedia users), but little research has been done so far to understand how the platform impacts users and their consumer behaviour, specifically regarding the footwear industry. This investigation emphasizes how different strategies in Marketing (content marketing, influencer marketing, word-of-mouth, virality) are perceived by the consumers and to what extent it influences their purchase intentions. A mixed methodology was implemented, including a quantitatively analysis of an online survey with 142 valid participants, and then a qualitative analysis of two focus groups, to complement the information. The results concluded that TikTok is very influential with Portuguese millennials' footwear consumption.

This study presents a novel methodology combining Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) to aid consumers in selecting the most suitable air fryer. The decision-making process in choosing kitchen appliances like air fryers is often complex, involving multiple criteria that can be challenging to assess and prioritize. Our approach utilizes Fuzzy AHP to determine the weights of various criteria based on consumer preferences, ensuring a more accurate reflection of their importance. These criteria encompass factors such as price, capacity, energy efficiency, user-friendly features, and brand reputation, which are critical in influencing consumer decisions. The integration of Fuzzy AHP with TOPSIS addresses the subjective and uncertain nature of consumer choices, providing a structured and quantifiable method to evaluate and rank air fryers. This methodology not only captures the qualitative aspects of consumer preferences but also offers a comparative analysis of the products in the market. The result is a comprehensive decision-making tool that guides consumers through a balanced evaluation of the options, leading to an informed and satisfactory purchase. By combining these two advanced decision-making techniques, the study aims to significantly contribute to consumer behavior research and decision support systems, offering a pragmatic solution for navigating complex market offerings and identifying an air fryer that aligns with specific needs and preferences.
