In developing countries, people suffer from heart disease (HD), and it is the leading cause of Lifestyle Disease. Obesity, increased pulmonary heart pressure, hypertension, and dyslipidemia are all symptoms of heart disease. Early detection of heart disease minimizes mortality risk and treatment expenses. In the traditional method, heart disease is predicted and analyzed through Data Mining techniques such as genetic, fuzzy, and optimization models. The main limitation of the existing clinical decision support system (CDSS) is its low HD prediction accuracy. This proposed model developed CDSS for HD prediction using enhanced ensemble classifiers, which help physicians in diagnosing heart disease at an earlier stage, with higher accuracy and reduce treatment costs. The advantage of this suggested system is building many ensemble models and then selecting the best-performing model among them based on efficiency, which is a prominent technique for predicting the heart disease.

Numerous missions have been launched to explore various planets. Enhancing these rovers' mobility is imperative to broaden the exploration scope. Our study group has been investigating a vibration-based movement method for planetary exploration rovers. After imparting vibration, the ground compacts and becomes hard. On the other hand, the ground becomes soft, and the ground particles behave like fluids while vibrating. In these proposed movement mechanisms, the condition of the ground, altered by vibration, is crucial. In this study, we used the discrete element method (DEM) to simulate the bearing capacity of the ground when vibrations are applied for optimizing the design of the vibration-based movement mechanisms. This study simulated an experiment in which a rod was dragged on the ground while vibrating from the rod to the ground. The bearing capacity was measured when the rod was dragged on the ground. The simulated results were compared with the experimental results.

Context: Benford's Law describes the distribution of atypical patterns of numbers. It focuses on the occurrence of the first digit in a natural population of numbers. When these numbers are divided into nine categories based on their first digit, the largest category consists of numbers that start with 1, followed by those starting with 2, and so on. Objective: Each neuron in a neural network (NN) holds a mathematical value, often referred to as a weight, which is updated according to certain parameters. This study explores the Degree of Benford's Law Existence (DBLE) within Convolutional Neural networks (CNNs). Additionally, the experiment investigates the correlation between the DBLE and NN's accuracy. Methods: ACNNis subjected to testing 15 times using various datasets and hyperparameters. The DBLE is calculated for each CNN variation, and the correlation between the CNN's performance and DBLE is examined. To further explore the presence of Benford's Law in CNN models, nine transfer learning models are also tested for. Results: The experiment suggests (1) Benford's Law is observed in the weights of neural networks, and in most cases, the DBLE increases as the training progresses. (2) It is observed that models with significant differences in performance tend to demonstrate relatively high divergence in DBLE.

This paper refers to the use of the Driving Scenario Designer App tool of Matlab, in a virtual simulation environment of autonomous driving systems applied to the city of Macas, Morona Santiago Province, Ecuador. The objective of this research is to develop scenario simulations to obtain information about the object detection of an automatic driving system for cars at the intersections of Av. 29 de mayo and Gavino Rivadeneira in the city of Macas. The results obtained from the three scenarios proposed, whose arrangement of sensors is based on the Waymo One electric car whose configuration is based on three types of camera, radar and ultrasonic sensors, obtained the best detection results.

Wireless Body Area Network (WBAN) usage in healthcare has increased, making network reliability a critical issue. In a WBAN network, this study addresses safe and accurate access to trustworthy nodes while maintaining user privacy. Three key goals are to design a safe and accurate technique for accessing authentication networks and construct skill authentication networks. Examine their influence on users' medical information and provide user-type-based security. Control Modules for WBAN networks. This study proposes a unique trust node security and privacy method to achieve these goals. Using modern cryptographic protocols and privacy protection approaches, the proposed solution improves trusted node acquisition accuracy and user privacy. In addition, the article examines knowledge trust networks and their influence on medical data. It evaluates and validates trustworthy nodes' processing of sensitive medical information to protect user data. The suggested technique uses user-characteristic-based secure access management to access WBAN networks. This module restricts network access to approved users with certain characteristics, boosting security and preventing unauthorized access. This study allows the suggested strategy to be implemented in a simulated WBAN setting, going beyond theoretical frameworks. The results demonstrate how a method for obtaining a secure trust node, establishing competent trust nodes, and implementing robust access control mechanisms emphasizes the importance of balancing accuracy and user privacy cultivation and advances safer healthcare systems in an era of interconnected medical devices.

The purpose of this paper is to predict the dynamics of microprocessor characteristics. This paper investigates models and algorithms for processing microprocessor performance data through the apparatus of almost periodic functions. The fluctuations and trend components of the corresponding time series are analyzed. A short-term forecast of the dynamics of the development of processor technology is constructed. Preliminary trend exclusion on the basis of the theory of proportions is performed for further analysis of time series fluctuations. The values of almost-periods are determined using the shift function. On the basis of the obtained almost-period value, a development cell is constructed. The relevance of this development lies in the fact that the speed performance of a computer depends, first of all, on the CPU installed in it. An infinite increase in speed is hardly possible, due to physical limitations. Limitations are presented both on linear sizes of assembly interfaces and on physical sizes of elements participating in functioning, as well as consequences of phenomena connected with the effects of demolition of quantum laws in the standard physical world. #CSOC1120.

In last few years, considerable improvements have been made in digital image acquisition and processing, improving image quality and results. However, hyperspectral imaging techniques evolved to gain more valuable information from images that integrate digital spectroscopy and imaging to generate information in special and spectral dimensions. HSI is a powerful tool for image analysis in potential application areas, including remote sensing, agriculture, horticulture, food quality assessment, medical imaging, forensic science, etc. Artificial intelligence technologies are used as an important tool in many research areas. As a result, image analysis and classification studies are carried out on HSI with various ML techniques. Lately, deep learning with convolutional neural networks has emerged as an important tool for dealing with hyperspectral images' high dimensionality. In this paper, we review work done on different hyperspectral imaging applications using convolutional neural networks, which shows that deep learning using convolutional neural networks can be a powerful tool for hyperspectral image analysis and classification.

This paper proposes a study on the autonomous driving of the boarding junction/departure mission, which is one of the representative facilities of an airport. To achieve this goal, route planning and moving technology are necessary to enable quick movement to the destination point. In order to achieve the goal, we propose a technology that accurately recognizes the target point of the aircraft door to be docked. To this end, we apply a technology that can recognize the aircraft door more accurately and quickly, using the YOLO algorithm, and minimize the difference in input image data according to various environments and times. Finally, we introduce a technique for linking the calculated target position with the controller.
