Conversational agent-based psychotherapy is a novel field of research. Its importance has rapidly increased in recent years due to the heightened demand for psychotherapy treatment options and a related demand for cost-effective, scalable, and low-threshold solutions to provide mental health support to the general population. This methodological literature review investigates the current state of research on the effectiveness and acceptance of chatbot and voice assistant-based psychotherapy approaches by focusing on used measurement methods and achieved study outcomes. Following the updated PRISMA guidelines for reporting systematic reviews 1432 publications are identified and reduced to a result set of 22 publications based on a rigorous screening process. Overall, the current state of research suggests that conversational agents might be an effective treatment option for people with depression and anxiety and show good acceptance by users. As there is a high heterogeneity of study designs, and methodologies, and a lack of randomized controlled trials with conventional treatment control groups, more research in the field is needed.

Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) is the most prevalent childhood psychiatric condition that needs an assessment of inattention, hyperactivity, and impulsiveness symptoms. Particularly in young children, hyperactivity-impulsivity stands out as a primary concern. However, those behaviors may or may not be evidenced when a child is in a small room, one-on-one with a single adult. Therefore, Ambient Intelligence technology that supports data collection in a natural setting, paired with expert human decision-making can potentially improve the quality of assessments. In this paper, we conduct a literature review and analysis to align ADHD assessment criteria with potential sensor technologies to collect behavioral data, followed by design sessions that propose personas and scenarios to envision potential solutions.

In the digital age, news consumption has undergone a radical transformation, providing instant access to an overwhelming amount of information. However, this phenomenon is not without its challenges, and one of the most pressing problems is the rampant spread of fake news. The phenomenon of fake news not only undermines the integrity of the information flow, but also poses serious threats to society, affecting decision-making, public trust and democratic stability. In this context, this research presents the importance and relevance of fake news consumption, analysing its profound implications and reflecting on the measures needed to address this contemporary challenge. At a time when information has become a vital resource, understanding the threat of fake news becomes essential to safeguard the integrity of an informed society. The methodology is quantitative through a survey conducted via a Google form, between 23 May 2022 and 31 January 2023. A total of 263 participations were received. It is concluded that the social actors that generate the most disinformation are political leaders and people who spread fake news. In the predominant practices of news consumption, a daily dedication to learn about the reality of the country stands out. The most used social networks are WhatsApp and Instagram. The sources of information that generate trust come from the media and state information. In the fight against information, it is important to contrast messages on social networks with the news published in the media.

Time series data is employed for the representation of observations of many economic, social, and engineering phenomena. Casting Mary goal of studying time series is to predict the behavior of the series in the future, as forecasting has a large and effective role in many topics and various applications. The process forecasting the future determining the values of the time series is usually done using the general trend equation, which constitutes an artificial view of the time series, due to its distance from the natural form of the time series by a certain percentage, this work proposed to deal with the time series by its natural view;that is, dealing with the data as it is without any representation in mathematical formulas, and to achieve the prediction process, the paper provided an algorithm that called the feedback-matching algorithm, which can use the natural form of the data string to form the prediction procedure. Comparing the outcomes of the suggested algorithm with the outcomes of the most important methods used in this field, it was given that the results of this algorithm are close, and in some cases better than the results of the traditional methods.

The Russia-Ukraine war emphasised how digital technology and the information domain increasingly integrate into modern battlefields. The military strategy began using Robotic and Autonomous systems (RASs) to enhance tactical and strategic advantages over conventional weaponry and kinetic military action. Evolution in these circumstances increased dependence on cyberspace, algorithms, automation, and robots, creating new opportunities and challenges. Usingmilitary RASs in physical warfare can provide relevant operational advantages and open new vulnerabilities, increasing a system attack surface. This research examines military RAS cybersecurity threats, potential vulnerabilities affecting the attack surface, and the importance of responsible and precise technical innovation. It is concluded that technological innovation in these systems must comply with cyber and broad security by design principles, military needs, and the rules of war. Military and political leaders must make educated decisions to maximise gains and minimise risks from complex combat technologies, with the military leadership promoting the revision of doctrine to accommodate new technologies on the battlefield.

Quantum computing is one of the most important emerging computer technologies. In quantum computing, noise mitigation plays a very important role in practical and fault-tolerant quantum systems. Quantum computers promise unparalleled computational power, but they are very fragile in the face of various noise sources. In this paper we present a good overview of noise mitigation techniques and also mainly focus on optimization and efficiency of noise mitigation codes that are tailored for standard quantum gates. We go deeper into the concepts of design and application in quantum error correction and noise mitigation codes, which are specifically optimized for mitigating errors that are used to understand gate imperfections in quantum computers. This paper discusses noise mitigation methods and histograms for various reversible logical gates, such as Feynman, Hadamard, and others, using IBM Quantum Experience.

In today's digital world, cybercrime, cyberattacks, and data breaches pose significant challenges. Cryptography algorithms have been developed as a means to mitigate these risks. However, implementing complex algorithms like AES-128, RSA, SHA-256 is in demand, and requiring substantial memory and compilation time requires more equipment to perform algorithm. This paper introduces a logical approach to the integration of algorithms to develop a multi-algorithmic cryptoprocessor, which aims to address the issues related to memory consumption, compilation time, and hardware. The proposed single hardware platform for executing multicryptography algorithms is PSoC6. Through this work, we demonstrate a practical solution to optimize memory usage and reduce compilation time for executing multiple cryptography algorithms logically and efficiently on a single platform PSoC hardware, offering potential advancements in combating cyber threats.

Multipurpose water systems are used to deal with multiple objectives related to the usage of water for daily human activities. These activities are often conflicted which creates a challenging water management task. To provide reliable water resources management decision support tools for successful forecasting of hydraulic data (river flows and water levels) are essential. This research presents an approach for forecasting river water levels influenced by hydropower plant operations using artificial neural networks. This approach estimates hourly water level fluctuations at the control location using the water levels and hydropower plant discharge data as input. This tool can be used for fast assessment of different hydropower plant operation plans and help in choosing the optimal one. This water level forecasting procedure is applied and tested on the Iron Gate water system, placed on the Danube River, to deal with multiple objectives in water system management (hydropower production, flood protection, and inland navigation) and shows promising results.
