This research study focuses on strategy execution in real estate development organisations in Saudi Arabia. The successful execution of a strategy is crucial for organisations to achieve their strategic objectives. However, many organisations face challenges in effectively executing their strategies. The research aimed to fill the literature gap by examining strategy execution failures in the real estate development sector in Saudi Arabia. The findings of the study revealed that there are nine common strategy execution hurdles applicable to real estate development organisations in Saudi Arabia. These hurdles were classified into three categories: planning-related hurdles, execution-related hurdles, and enabler-related hurdles. The study highlighted the importance of implementing the Balanced Scorecard Management System to overcome these hurdles. The original contribution of this research is the identification of the nine strategy execution hurdles that are applicable to industries and geographies worldwide, including real estate development organisations in Saudi Arabia. The identified hurdles provide valuable insights for organisations seeking to improve their strategy execution processes. The study employed a quantitative research approach using surveys. A total of 20 real estate development organisations out of 123 were selected as participants, and survey data were collected from 184 participants using expert sampling and snowball sampling. The collected data were analysed using descriptive and inferential analysis with the assistance of the online statistics calculator ***.

The emergence of educational robots has revolutionized the manner in which students access education, leading to a surge in the popularity of educational robots. The process of selecting the right robot hardware for educational purposes holds great importance, as it can significantly impact the learning experience and subsequent outcomes. Due to the continuously growing market of educational robots, several critical factors must be carefully considered to effectively choose the most suitable robotic kit for a specific educational activity. Our study has two primary objectives: Firstly, it aims to identify crucial criteria for selecting an educational robot by conducting a thorough review of existing literature. Secondly, our goal is to offer a comprehensive guideline that meticulously outlines seven steps for choosing the most suitable robot. In addition, we provide guidance on the practical application of our policy through the use of a case study.

The presence of prehospital personnel within the emergency system office is essential to ensure an efficient and coordinated response to emergency situations. Their training, experience and communication skills play a crucial role in assessing emergencies, allocating resources, and making informed decisions, helping to save lives and provide appropriate care to those in need. The objective of this work is to determine the need for prehospital personnel within the SISECU911office through the design of the operator profile tomitigate the emergency. The methodology has a quantitative descriptive approach, with a convenience sample of 20 Canar Canton Firefighters, the collection instrument is through a questionnaire on the importance of a paramedic, Excel tabulation to determine the frequency of responses that tend to the importance of prehospital personnel. As a result, it is observed that 81% mention that the paramedic in the office acts as a crucial link between the callers, the emergency services in the territory, and other support services, such as the police, fire brigades, among others. Your ability to communicate clearly and accurately is essential to ensure a coordinated response and appropriate care. In addition, a professional that the radio operator must comply with and that he must have to implement a priori in the SIS-ECU 911 is designed as a proposal. Additionally, a Professional is proposed that details the basic aspects that the radio operator must comply with to provide a service effectively.

In the landscape of Education 4.0, Serious Games have gained traction as an engaging learning tool, blending entertainment with pedagogy. However, developing serious games poses multidisciplinary challenges, requiring a delicate balance between learning objectives and entertainment. Existing literature highlights significant gaps in addressing these challenges, with many frameworks adopting narrow perspectives that overlook the holistic nature of serious game development. This paper aims to fill these gaps by introducing SeriousGXcraft, an innovative eXtensible Markup Language (XML)-based framework for the development (design, implementation and evaluation) of serious games. Born from a collaborative effort between technology and psycho-pedagogy experts, this framework overcomes the limitations of existing ones by leveraging the flexibility of XML and providing a comprehensive and integrated solution. It promotes multidisciplinary collaboration and ensures a harmonious balance between the playful and learning aspects of serious games. By harnessing the capabilities of XML schema, SeriousGXcraft empowers the development team to effectively browse and provide visual support for the complex facets of the serious game development process.

This article shows a method based on fractals and determinants to design the educational environment and the training quality of future engineering teachers. The determinants are represented by the internal and external determination of the development of the educational environment, with internal determinants being determined by external ones. The fractal of the educational environment is considered as a self-similar structure, the scale of which is consistently reduced. The components of these structures are the educational standards, educational programs, educational disciplines and training units. The invariant component is based on the principle of a harmonious combination of paradigms of innovation and health-saving. The development of the educational environment was conducted on the example of professional training of engineering teachers of the Ukrainian Engineering Pedagogics Academy (Kharkiv, Ukraine). The fractal invariant of the innovation paradigm is implemented based on the disciplines "Innovative technologies and pedagogical consulting in vocational education" and "Pedagogical design in innovative space". In order to implement the health-saving paradigm, the discipline "Health education" was introduced. The emphasis was placed on the need to attract specialists in the medical field for the development of this discipline. The proposed approach makes it possible to create an effective educational environment in engineering pedagogical education on the basis of fractals for the professional training of competent engineering teachers.

In recent years, Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) have gained widespread popularity as a means to provide flexible and accessible education to a diverse range of learners. However, MOOCs face a significant challenge in the form of the laborious and time-consuming task of grading, particularly for coding assignments. Prior research has shown the potential of language models in several natural language processing tasks, including code generation and commenting. However, their utility in grading coding exercises within learning environments like MOOCs remains an area that requires further exploration. Additionally, the effectiveness of such models in less-common languages, such as Greek, has not been thoroughly investigated. This study aims to evaluate the efficacy of Large Language Models (LLMs), particularly GPT-3.5 and GPT-4, in automatically grading code submissions in a Greek MOOC setting, focusing on an introductory Python course.

Computer programming courses are an essential aspect of STEM education that comes with many challenges. Students struggle to master the fundamentals of programming, which results in low pass rates and engagement. The usage of gamification in programming courses has been recognized as a potential technique that could increase student engagement as well as impact learning in a positive way. Therefore, this paper proposes a web portal game that aims to help pre-college students learn the python programming language and prevent those challenges from occurring. The proposed game will be designed and structured to give school students an enhancing experience to learn programming on their own educational journey while generate a deep understanding of main programming principles using diverse problems with enthusiasm and motivation. To keep the student immersed in the game, a rewarding system and a players' scoreboard are developed. This will increase students' motivation and competition among their peers.

The shortage of seafarers in the maritime industry persists until fully autonomous maritime transportation is achieved. To address this challenge, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of knowledge delivery in maritime education and training (MET) is crucial. Currently, MET relies on expensive scale maritime ship-bridge simulators to provide immersive training experiences for apprentices. While effective, these simulators come with high costs and safety concerns. Lower-cost alternatives are needed, and virtual-reality simulators (VRS) are considered viable options. This study investigates the usability of VRS in MET through qualitative experiments involving bachelor students in nautical science and experienced seafarers. The suitability of VRS is evaluated in comparison to traditional scale maritime ship-bridge simulators. By exploring the potential of VRS, this research aims to address the need for cost-effective solutions in MET, particularly in less developed countries and institutions with limited resources.

Based on the project "Engineering Excellence for the Mobility Value Chain" (EE4M), this paper addresses the increasing need for training, re-, and upskilling of engineers in manufacturing enterprises in the mobility value chain. Recently, the European mobility value chain is influenced by a multitude of hyper-dynamic factors, like changing consumer behavior, disruptive technologies, etc., which leads to the fact that a continuous realignment of engineering education is indispensable. The focus is placed on operations management (OM) which is changing due to the two policy-driven and pre-dominant drivers "Industry 4.0" and "Sustainability". The implementation of smart and sustainable concepts in OM in the mobility value chain entails both a transformation of production processes and a change in the working and learning processes of the employees. Companies are increasingly required to design, manage, and integrate learning processes and learning environments to provide a lifelong learning ecosystem and to prepare employees for changes in work and tasks. Moreover, educational institutions are challenged to successfully address those demands. Therefore, this paper introduces the European research project EE4M which focuses on the professional development of smart and sustainability competences of engineers in the mobility value chain through innovative educational modules supported by a transnational platform between the main drivers of the European mobility value chain. The innovation of the project can be explained by the fact that OM serves as the basis for empirically based realignment of engineering education to create requirement-orientated competence profiles.

This paper investigates the consumption behaviour of college students in the Internet era, focusing on the multifaceted influences of digital engagement on their purchasing decisions. Through a comprehensive analysis of the ease of accessing information, the pervasive influence of social media, the utilization of e-commerce platforms, exposure to online advertising, and the personalization of online offers, this study seeks to elucidate the complexities of contemporary consumption patterns among college students (Liu and Loang, 2023). The conceptual framework employed integrates these independent variables, highlighting the mediating role of perceived value of online purchases and the moderating influence of digital literacy. By examining the interplay between these factors, this research contributes to a deeper understanding of the evolving nature of college students' consumption behaviour in the digital age. Ultimately, insights garnered from this study can inform strategies aimed at optimizing consumption experiences and promoting responsible consumption habits among college students.
