In order to maintain road safety and effective traffic management, it is essential to recognize and classify traffic signs. With the rapid increment in the number of vehicles on the road, accurate and efficient speed sign identification systems are in high demand. This research presents a comprehensive ResNet model based on transfer learning for recognizing and classifying speed limit traffic signs with multilingual audio alerts. In India, the need for such a system arises from the country's diverse linguistic landscape, which requires effective communication of speed limit signs to drivers in their preferred language. We used nine-speed limit sign classes each from the German Traffic Sign Recognition Benchmark (GTSRB) and Indian Traffic Signs Prediction (85 classes) datasets. Our trained models achieved impressive test accuracies of 99.96 and 98.62% using ResNet50, among other state-of-the-art methods, including CNN and VGG. Recognizing drivers' proclivity to ignore speed limit signs, our initiative aims to improve road safety by informing drivers of speed limits by delivering audio alerts in their preferred Indian language.

Technological evolution with lighting speed is wrapping everything from the short of daily household works to global trade. It is the most exploding industry in the twentieth century. In this paper an idea is proposed how real estate businesses can automate housing society based on IoT and Networking architecture. To visually present proposed idea, it is simulated in Cisco Packet Tracer. All houses, power station, control center and bank in simulated environment are setup with IoT devices and connected using switches and routers. Using VLSM (Variable Length Subnet Mask) techniques all networks of connected devices are assigned IP address for unique identification. Through this simulation, an attempt has been made how networking can help IoT devices to make a housing society smarter and secure. In future, we are ambitious to expand this research by integrating machine learning concepts to make this network, work intelligently and can predict events and respond to them accordingly.

Request for proposals (RFP) documents are formal documents used by organizations to outline the requirements, scope of work, expectations and evaluation criteria of a project. Creation of response of these proposals require organizations to rewrite the entire proposal which is a time consuming process. The digitization of the response for such client proposal documents have numerous advantages that can significantly improve the efficiency and reduce the manual labour required for creating response to these proposals. Real-time access to vital data significantly cuts response time for similar projects, leading to substantial cost savings by automating processes and optimizing resource allocation. Digitizing documents enhances accessibility, enabling continuous engagement and global reach. Digital platforms offer strong analytical tools for informed decision-making. Automating these processes enhances organizational agility, efficiency, and competitiveness, facilitating quick decision-making, meeting deadlines, attracting top vendors, and optimizing resources. The common components framework makes use of fine tuned large language models to extract relevant business entities from dedicated sections of response for client proposal documents, standardize it using auto mapping techniques and add it to a vector database and a graph database making relevant connections according to a graph model. These databases can further be utilized for analytics and search operations. Both the graph and vector databases are leveraged to devise a customized learning to rank logic to provide relevant semantic search results. This hybrid approach increases the relevance of the search results considerably. The proposed pipeline handles the challenges of bulk processing of documents of varying formats and structures efficiently, by normalizing all data sources into a single format and addressing engineering issues of scalability, logging, error handling and cost optimization through optimal

This article addresses topics related to exploratory testing (ET) and its application methods. Typically, during ET, there is no requirement to follow a script, as it involves free navigation within the software. A challenge for users with limited experience in defect detection is the lack of an initial plan for conducting ET. The main objective of this article is to propose the use of initial plans for users with limited experience in conducting ET to aid in defect detection in the software. The proposed method consists of two phases: (i) analysis of applicability and identification of alternative approaches for initial plans alongside ET, and (ii) administration of a survey with professionals in the testing area to observe their perception of the use of initial plans alongside ET. It is expected that with the alternative initial plans mentioned in this article, the process of conducting ET will be facilitated, especially for users with limited testing experience.

Pre-formed Resistive Random Access Memory arrays are analyzed for the purpose of designing Physical Unclonable Functions to enhance the tamper resistance of Internet of Things devices. The evaluation includes subjecting these pre-formed arrays to repeated read operations and varying operating temperature ranges to assess their impacts on reliability. Additionally, a Ternary Addressable Public Key Infrastructure protocol is employed to generate 256-bit long keys, with error rates evaluated by comparing keys generated by the server database and client devices. To improve the bit error rate performance, fuzzy zones are implemented to mask unstable cells positioned too close to the binary threshold, and the furthermost cells from the threshold in a trit stream are selected to produce robust keys. This method accounts for inherent cycle-to-cycle variation and temperature drifts, ensuring high reproducibility. Experimental results demonstrate that the design achieves bit error rates as low as 10(-8) in 256-bit long keys, averaged over one million cycles.

Brain tumor detection is a critical component of modern health care, with early and accurate diagnosis significantly impacting patient outcomes. Brain tumors are often detected and diagnosed using imaging techniques including CT scans, radiography, and MRI. In this study, we investigate the effectiveness of various state-of-the-art deep learning models, including VGG16, AlexNet, and CNN as well as machine learning models, including RF, SVM, and KNN in the perspective of brain tumor detection. Datasets used for the study, namely Brain Tumor Image Segmentation Benchmark and glioma, are exploited to test them with respect to major parameters: accuracy, precision, and recall. VGG16 and AlexNet are effective in capturing complex image attributes and thus considered in this work for analyzing and classifying brain tumor images, and the Convolutional Neural Network algorithm is employed as a reference. The comparative analysis quantifies and exhibits the efficiency and limitations of these algorithms. VGG16 achieved remarkable results with a precision of 93.27%, recall of 93.72%, accuracy of 95.23%, and an F1-score of 94.22%.

Hospitals are carrying on their logistics digitalization and automation to face new challenges like the rise in disasters and pandemics and improve their services. However, no research shows managers the state of the art and practice of different technologies usage and outcomes to help them make decisions. This paper discusses and critically analyses the technics, policies, and approaches used with different technologies for hospital inventory and replenishment digitalization and automation. It presents these technologies usage outcomes to provide a summary of the state of the art and practice for this topic. Results show how much these outcomes contribute to the hospital sector requirements, related to the studied process, according to the reviewed works percentages. The results also show that the implemented technologies are not fully leveraged. Less than 30% of the reviewed works present significant outcomes. This work provides practitioners with interesting insights into how to fully leverage the implemented technologies.

The precise evaluation of time domain parameters is pivotal in unraveling the dynamic intricacies and performance metrics of control systems. The calculation of time domain specifications, viz, rising time, settling time, peak time, and peak overshoot etc. for an underdamped system differs from an overdamped system. While MATLAB's stepinfo function is a widely used tool for this purpose, its default formulation caters predominantly to underdamped scenarios, leading to inaccuracies in results for overdamped systems. This paper introduces an innovative algorithm designed to calculate time-domain specifications, taking into account both underdamped and overdamped cases. Notably, the proposed algorithm rectifies the inaccuracies observed in the rise time calculation for overdamped systems, a limitation present in the stepinfo function. By considering the simulation end output as the final value rather than a fixed value of 1(like stepinfo function), the algorithm addresses the flawed settling time calculations for both underdamped and overdamped systems. To check and compare the performance of the proposed algorithm, one overdamped system and two underdamped systems: one having some steady state error and another with no steady state error are considered. Comparative analysis between the proposed algorithm and the MATLAB stepinfo function demonstrates the superiority of the approach.

The rapid resurgence of automated vehicles poses on-road and in-traffic concerns over the sequence of time. We must assess different factors that may contribute to how humans may respond to automation in time and space. We consider the impact of long-term automation exposure on user behavioural modification and transfiguration. Arguably, a major source of difficulty is defining how long a period is enough to contemplate the potential impacts. Thus, the core objective of this paper is to promote an expert evidence-based culture of considering strategies and actual application practices. We consider what constitutes long-term to prolifically draw knowledge benchmarks for empirical evaluation strategies on behavioural adaptation and change processes. The aim is to outline requirements for long-term research standards, by engineering long-term research strategies. Moreover, derive prolific insights for future development of long-term data computation strategies using artificial intelligent mainframes for engineering quality research that predicts the behavioural system minds of users. Furthermore, considers their thinking and unthinking effects. Thus, N = 20 experts contributed their knowledge. The lessons learned are useful for considering research computing strategies.
