When analyzing the current situation of bicycle lanes in the city of Cuenca, it can be observed that within the competent institutions, there are plans and projects managed to improve mobility through non-motorized vehicles. In addition, there is a vision to continue creating bicycle lanes, although the information has not been widely disseminated to the public. One of the reasons behind this situation is the lack of updated information and its inefficient structure for end users. The objective of this research was to develop the mobile application Cuencabike for the promotion of bicycle tourism in the city of Cuenca, Ecuador. In the methodology used, the visual cartographic analysis stands out as the most applicable method of the research employing maps. As a result, a technological proposal is obtained that allows tourists and inhabitants of the city to obtain detailed information about the bicycle paths and points related to the tourist sites of the city. Through a development with the IONIC framework and the Google Maps MyMaps tool, the CuencaBike application was generated, which integrates information on all current routes and those being planned. Each of the routes generated has points of tourist interest, as well as sections where you can view the information of the different mechanics, parking, and public bike dispensers that facilitates users to have all this information organized and updated.

Datasets are crucial for data-driven decision-making in businesses and organizations, allowing for the optimization of processes and the identification of improvement opportunities. They are foundational for training machine learning models to recognize patterns and make predictions, encompassing various forms of data from simple text and numbers to complex images and graphs. Furthermore, datasets are vital for educating future data scientists and machine learning engineers, offering hands-on experience that enhances analytical skills and practical knowledge. However, a gap in university curricula regarding dataset creation skills is noted, which is essential for ensuring the quality of datasets and the robustness of decision processes. This paper proposes to address this educational gap by developing methodologies for teaching dataset creation within university settings, mindful of the distinct skill levels of students compared to professionals.

This study explores the impact of hospital accessibility on life expectancy in the healthcare industry, taking Jordan as a case example and addressing the challenge of integrating spatial business intelligence and business data analytics into healthcare analysis. Thus, the study measures the effect and relationship between healthcare infrastructure and health outcomes. The study employed spatial Business intelligence architecture tools as its core methodology and the use of Java scripts as an accompanying programming tool, revealing a direct, strong and rigorous statistical correlation between the number of hospitals and life expectancy and an inverse correlation between hospital proximity and life expectancy. These insights highlight the significance of comprehensive healthcare facilities in improving life expectancy and encouraging the strategic incorporation of spatial analytics in health policy and planning in Jordan.

In today's technologically driven society, artificial intelligence (AI) permeates every aspect of our lives, from mobile voice assistants and self-driving cars to sophisticated diagnostic tools in healthcare. Despite AI's rapid evolution and its potential to transcend human intelligence, its deployment is not without challenges, especially when migrating legacy systems to AI. This paper introduces the Advanced Application Pre-migration (AAP) Approach, a novel pre-migration framework designed to assist enterprises in evaluating their readiness for AI migration. The AAP Approach employs a mathematical model to analyze existing applications, facilitating informed decision-making by calculating an Application Assessment Point (AAPP) and an AAP Confidence Level (ACL). These metrics provide a quantitative basis for assessing the impact and feasibility of AI migration, thereby enabling organizations to navigate the complexities of transitioning from traditional to intelligent systems. We discuss the significance of AI in modern contexts, the necessity for ethical considerations, and the implications of AI integration across various sectors. The proposed methodology aims to mitigate risks, optimize resource allocation, and ensure that the transition to AI complements human capabilities rather than supplants them. By establishing a structured pre-migration assessment process, the AAP Approach contributes to the strategic planning and successful implementation of AI technologies in legacy systems.

Research on optimizing the last-mile delivery system mostly encompasses a single delivery model. The model is conceived as follows: goods from warehouses located on the outskirts of cities are delivered by commercial delivery vehicles to micro-depots located on the outskirts of city centers or historical cores, from where distribution is carried out either by smaller delivery vehicles or environmentally friendly vehicles, such as small electric vans and/or electric cargo bicycles/tricycles. In the process of selecting the optimal model, various criteria are considered. The aim of the paper is to provide an overview of research in the field of last-mile delivery modeling, with guidelines for future research. The focus is on researching hybrid delivery network models in urban areas, and identifying additional elements that can contribute to greater efficiency in the last-mile delivery system, alongside reviewing existing network optimization criteria. The paper is structured so that the introductory section outlines the purpose of the research. A review of existing research with a critical analysis constitutes the central part of the paper. In conclusion, guidelines for future research in the optimization of hybrid last-mile distribution networks are provided.

The current study aims to identify the factors influencing the integration of robotics activities into STEM education. In addition, teachers' sense of competence, relatedness, and autonomy regarding the integration of robotics activities in STEM classes after they participated in robotics training was examined. Sixteen middle school teachers were interviewed and answered a questionnaire to examine their perceived influential factors and their relationship to teachers' reported self-determination in integrating robotics activities. The findings identify three main factors that influence the integration of robotics activities into STEM education: attitudes and affect (e.g., teachers' sense of interest in robotics), support (e.g., principal support), and learning conditions (e.g., robotic kits and the number of students in the class). These factors are related to the needs defined by Self-Determination Theory: relatedness, autonomy, and competence. The support factor is related to the sense of relatedness, which is associated with social contacts and the development of friendships within the robotics community. In addition, the support factor is related to the sense of autonomy, which is the extent to which the teachers receive autonomy from their principal to implement robotics activities. The attitudes and affect factor is related to a sense of competence and self-efficacy to implement these activities. Satisfying these needs may encourage teachers to adopt robotics activities into their lessons.

Peculiarities of students' independent work arrangement during mixed classes are considered. The relevance of the research is not in doubt, because in the conditions of the pandemic, higher educational institutions were forced to switch to a blended learning environment, which led to the need to find effective methods of ensuring the quality training of future specialists. At the same time, blended learning has proven to be effective in maximizing the individual educational needs of students. Taking into account modern perspectives, blended learning requires the search for effective means and methods that enable the formation of professional competences in future professionals. The purpose of the research is to develop ways to improve the independent work of students of technical universities in the conditions of two-way education. The object of the research is the study of the educational process in higher educational institutions of a mixed format. The subject of the research is scientific substantiation of the model of organizing students' independent work in conditions of mixed learning and increasing its effectiveness. In the study, the authors used the following methods: theoretical (theoretical analysis of scientific sources and regulatory documentation) and empirical (survey, testing, pedagogical experiment). The study of a number of scientific and methodical sources on the topic of the research and the conducted questionnaire made it possible to identify the main shortcomings of the organization of independent work in institutions of higher education in mixed classes (lack of proper methodological skills of teachers;lack of developed algorithms), ineffective organization of independent work of students in modern conditions, insufficient motivation of some students to study new material). Additional education of schoolchildren is a mechanism for ensuring continuity between general and higher education, meeting the educational needs of gifted children, and, in general, providing an innovative economy with a "creative class". It can be organized my means of the so-called Quantorium, which is a kind of institution of additional education for schoolchildren that has a great potential for the implementation of the ideas of STEM education and its popularization. In the modern world, it is important to provide early professional education of schoolchildren and the development of schoolchildren's readiness to receive professional education. The research purpose is to create a model for the development of engineering thinking of a Quantorium student in a digital educational environment, which is part of the university complex. The object of the research is the development of engineering thinking of schoolchildren in the conditions of additional education. The subject of the research is the potential of using digital laboratories in the development of the engineering thinking of students. The research is based at the regional school technology park, which is part of the university complex of Kuban State Technological University - an engineering university located in Krasnodar, Russia. Based on modern models of a competitive personality, as well as model ideas about early professional education, the authors of this article have developed primary models for the development of engineering thinking in schoolchildren in the digital educational environment of the Quantorium.

This study aims to examine the impact of locus of control, lifestyle, financial literacy, and financial attitudes on the financial management behavior of university students. The population used was university students in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The study included a sample of 281 respondents who were picked using a non-probability selection methodology called purposive sampling. The analysis tool employed was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) utilizing the SmartPLS3 software. The investigation revealed that locus of control, lifestyle, financial literacy, and financial attitudes substantially impact university students' financial management behavior.

The aim of this study is to aid and encourage autistic children to learn the Arabic alphabet with supervision of their mentors and instructors. This is done by creating a mobile AR application, LearnIT, which shows the Arabic alphabet letter visualized as an overlaid augmented object whose name begins with the letter on the given flashcards. LearnIT provides animations and sound effects related to the 3D objects in an attempt to boost the children's enthusiasm for learning and memorizing the alphabet as proven in many studies that using animations in education is one of the most powerful instructional tool for teaching individuals with special needs. The evaluation metrics that will be used to test the effectiveness of LearnIT in the study are computational assessment and engagement questionnaire. The computational assessment will be done by matching the correct letter that corresponds with a visualized 3d object and its related word. While the other evaluation tool targets the child's caregiver by providing a questionnaire that assess the child's level of engagement and experience while using LearnIT.
