This paper looks at how to integrate black-box testing automation into Kubernetes on multitenancy infrastructure, to enhance software quality and efficiency. Among the primary goals are to examine black-box testing automation methodologies, measure the impact of security test reuse, evaluate containerization and deployment using Kubernetes, and study issues in dynamic YAML artifact file creation. The study also looks at the importance of test automation in aligning with modern software development methodologies and the importance of multitenancy infrastructure in black-box testing automation. The key findings of this study highlight the necessity of black-box testing in ensuring that software meets user needs, with a special emphasis on Kubernetes-based multitenant infrastructures. Additionally, it highlights the challenges of creating and managing a multitenant environment, highlighting the importance of consistent security across all tenant spaces. The study contributes to a thorough understanding of black-box testing automation by providing insights into its use in modern DevOps methods, integrating tools like Terraform SDK and ArgoCD, and demonstrating the potential of self-service platforms in facilitating infrastructure management. This study should lay the foundation for future research and practical applications to improve software quality through improved testing and deployment approaches.

The "Location-Based QR Attendance Application" has the potential to completely transform how educational institutions handle attendance. Using the flexible Flutter framework, this application streamlines the process of keeping track of attendance. Teachers can record attendance in a secure and accurate manner by creating QR codes that are connected to their GPS locations. By using their mobile devices to scan the QR code, students can use the system to verify their position and ensure attendance only when they are inside the specified geographic area. This improves data integrity and accountability. The app offers instructors a feature-rich dashboard for managing attendance records. By allowing data export as Excel sheets for simple sharing, it simplifies administrative tasks and lessens the workload for administrators and educators. Viewing their attendance history and quickly learning whether their submission was approved or denied are helpful features for students. They now have more visibility into and control over their attendance records thanks to this. The "Location-Based QR Attendance Application" enhances education by merging technology, efficiency, and transparency. It improves attendance management, reduces administrative work, and empowers students for better engagement, elevating education quality.

This research introduces a Mission Planner, a route optimization system for agricultural robots. The primary goal is to enhance weed management efficiency using laser technology in narrow-row crops like wheat and barley and wide-row crops like beets and maize. The Mission Planner relies on graph-based approaches and incorporates a range of algorithms to generate efficient and secure routes. It employs three key algorithms: (i) Dijkstra algorithm for identifying the most optimal farm route, (ii) Visibility Road-Map Planner (VRMP) to select paths in cultivated fields where visibility is limited, and (iii) an enhanced version of the Hamiltonian path for determining the optimal route between crop lines. This Mission Planner stands out for its versatility and adaptability, owing to its emphasis on graphs and the diverse algorithms it employs for various tasks. This adaptability allows it to provide multiple functions, making it applicable beyond a specific role. Furthermore, its ability to adjust to different agricultural robot sizes and specifications is a significant advantage, as it enables tailored programming to meet safety and movement requirements specific to each robot. These research results affirm the effectiveness of the implemented strategies, demonstrating that a robot can confidently and effectively traverse the entire farm while performing weed management tasks, specifically laser-based weed management.

This work presents an overview of autonomous earth-shaping and aggregate-forming tasks, which we address with a heterogeneous team of Unmanned Ground Vehicles equipped with shovels. Firstly, we introduce Sheperd, a Hardware In the Loop development tool integrated with ROS and physical engines like Gazebo and FlexHopper. We further address the problem of computational cost in these kinds of simulators, providing preliminary results to replace them with a probabilistic model for aggregate motion. We proceed by addressing the following major challenges: localizing the team of robots and mapping the aggregates, as well as efficient motion planning strategies. We address UGV localization and material mapping, utilizing vision-based UAV-UGV collaboration and optimization techniques for robustness. Then, we discuss motion planning, providing solutions to shape on-site material exclusively using pushing actions rather than more standard pick-and-place solutions.

In the realm of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML), the scarcity of robust and diverse datasets often poses a significant challenge, prompting the need for effective data generation methods. This paper presents an evaluation of tabular data generation techniques on the DaFne platform, centered around a predictive maintenance case study for bridges. The DaFne platform offers a variety of tabular data generation functionalities, including rule-based creation, data fusion (with weather data), and data reproduction. We investigate the utility of these functionalities across different machine learning models for the prediction of bridge conditions. Our analysis includes a descriptive statistical comparison of real and synthetic data. Additionally, we explore the utility of original, weather, and synthetic datasets. We do this through the lens of ML models like MLR, XGBoost, CNN, and GRU, performing a predictive maintenance algorithm on these datasets. Our results indicate that while the inclusion of weather data did not significantly enhance predictive performance, the synthetic dataset shows satisfactory quality. However, the synthetic data's performance is lower than the original data in predictive maintenance tasks, with differences observed in models heavily reliant on sequential data. This research underscores the potential of the DaFne platform in generating high-quality synthetic data. It also highlights areas for future improvement and offers valuable insights for advancing data generation and analysis techniques in predictive maintenance and other AI applications.

Explain the apparent contradiction and technological education gap that exists and moves away in opposite directions: embedded technologies, synchronous media, an e-learning solutions as an emerging trend was the main goal, far away from past and present face-to-face teaching, similar to middle-aged monologue. It was possible to reflect also, on a years-long rewind observation, on the way teachers teach and students learn in STEM degree courses, after a year of confinement, in two Portuguese Higher Education Institutions, due to COVID-19 Pandemic restrictions. The first perception challenge to use was Charles Peirce's scientific approach as well as PBL and Learnability, always regarding science, technique and the evolution of knowledge, which gives consistency to the literature review. The qualitative methodology used in the case study analyses and discusses: why prospective research is unusual and not used very often in terms of scientific publications. Why not use students' perceptions to be the technologies for all starting points, to create a potential curriculum unit or course, both for teachers' training and students' learning? The case study findings reflect students' concerns about old-fashioned curricula and smart technologies as well as less evolution that blocked the potentialities of Learnability growth and a semiotic way of life to promote personal and professional development. The conclusion is still an open question as it is a risk to create a proposal for technological semiosis, in terms of prospective scientific research. Does it work? It is impossible to know yet, but it is urgent to do something!

An important advancement in the history of deep learning, which has revolutionized computer vision, is the use of deep residual networks, or ResNets. An extensive overview of ResNets, including their creation, guiding principles, various architectural configurations, and image recognition applications, is given in this review article. We review the underlying theory, clarify the motivations for residual learning, and present empirical evidence of their remarkable effectiveness. We also go over significant advancements, problems that are currently being solved, and possible future paths in the field of deep residual learning for picture identification. In this work, we clarify the fundamentals of Deep Residual Network show they produce their outstanding results and why, when used successfully, they offer a major improvement over existing methods.

Swarm intelligence algorithms are recognised for their effectiveness in solving complex optimisation problems. However, scalability can be a significant challenge, especially for large problem instances. This study focuses on examining the time performance of swarm intelligence algorithms when used with parallel computing on both central processing units (CPUs) and graphics processing units (GPUs). The investigation focuses on algorithms designed for range search in Euclidean space. The research optimizes these algorithms for GPU execution and assesses their effectiveness in handling large-scale instances. The inquiry also explores swarm-inspired solutions tailored for GPU implementation, with an emphasis on enhancing efficiency in video rendering and computer simulations. The research findings show potential for advancing the field by addressing challenges related to large-scale optimization through innovative GPU-accelerated swarm intelligence solutions.

Prediction and Interpretability Analysis of RC Column Yield Displacement Based on Bayesian Optimization Ensemble Learning 1

Aiming at the problems of high cost and large error of traditional RC column yield displacement calculation methods, an ensemble learning algorithm is adopted to predict the yield displacement of RC columns. Firstly, 160 sets of RC columns yield displacement proposed pseudo-static testing data are collected, the data are Z-score standardized and Spearman correlation analysis is applied to analyze the features affecting the influence of yield displacement (including, eta, lambda, H, and b, etc.). Then establish RF (Random Forest), AdaBoost (Adaptive Boosting), GBRT (Gradient Boosting Regression Tree), XGBoost (Extreme Gradient Boosting), and CatBoost five yielding displacement prediction models and Bayesian optimize of the hyperparameters of the models. Finally, the evaluation metrics of each prediction model are compared and analyzed with the theoretical formulation of yield displacement, and the ensemble learning prediction models of yield displacement are explained using Shapley additive explanations (SHAP). The comparative results are R-2, RMSE, and MAE of the best ensemble learning prediction model are 0.98, 2.05, and 1.51 respectively, which are better than the theoretical formulae, indicating that the ensemble learning prediction model has a better fitting ability with higher accuracy. Explainable results are the larger SHAP values for column length, shear span ratio, longitudinal reinforcement yield strength, hoop reinforcement yield strength and axial compression ratio, indicating that these features have a greater influence on the ensemble learning prediction model for yield displacement. The proposed model provides a practical tool for seismic design and assessment of RC columns.

Gone are the days when farmers must put up all their efforts with fewer resources and lack of knowledge. Nowadays, many extensive innovations have been made to improve the agricultural yield with the help of technology. But with the increasing world population rate, existing farming techniques, standard farming procedures, there is a need for technological sound solutions with the aim of sustainability as the farmers spent about 70% of farming time in monitoring and understanding the crop and farm related conditions instead of involving in the actual farming work (Navulur et al. in Int J Elect Comp Eng (IJECE) [1]). And to fulfill these needs, communication and sensor technologies using IoT offers proper technical solutions which provide a wireless monitoring system with the help of which the farmers can monitor and control happenings in their field. This study explains major applications of smart agriculture, main apparatus and tools and issues and challenges in smart agriculture and proposed an IoT-based agricultural system with better approach which can be useful in the future to study about the review on IoT-based smart agricultural systems.
