This project represents an innovative solution for real-time communication using ESP32 microcontrollers, creating a versatile and accessible chat application. The core functionality revolves around two primary components: the Serial Bluetooth Terminal and the ESP-NOW protocol. Users interact with the system via the Serial Bluetooth Terminal, where they can type and send messages. When a user sends a message through the Serial Bluetooth Terminal on their ESP32 device, the application utilizes the power of ESP-NOW to efficiently transmit this data to the peer ESP32 device. ESP-NOW ensures robust, low-latency communication, making it an ideal choice for device-to-device data exchange. Upon receiving the message, the second ESP32 promptly forwards it to the Serial Bluetooth Terminal of the recipient's application. This allows the second user to view and respond to the message in real time, creating a seamless chat experience. The system's architecture takes full advantage of ESP32's wireless communication capabilities, making it a cost-effective and versatile solution for remote communication scenarios. The use of process-based, dynamic risk assessment approaches is of great importance for global disasters and epidemics. An overview of the suggested integrated approach for risk analysis and assessment has been given in this study. The combined Pythagorean Fuzzy VIKOR, based on Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Function-al Resonance Analysis method (FRAM), presents a novel, more potent, and adaptable methodology. Pythagorean Fuzzy VIKOR provides a multi-criteria decision-making method that considers intrinsic uncertainties, while the FRAM-FMEA integration delivers a full understanding of complex system interconnections and probable failure mechanisms. To determine and assess the processes and risks involved in combating the Covid-19 virus in healthcare facilities, a case study was conducted. Three decision makers in healthcare institutions oversee determining and evaluating every step involved in fighting the epidemic, as well as any risks associated with it. Decisions are made by teams of public health, triage, and microbiological departments. This method provides optimization to understand the degree of risk and the prioritization of hazards. The fact that healthcare facilities are using this integrated method demonstrates how successful it was in detecting intricate risk factors and supporting informed decision-making. This integrated approach goes beyond traditional linear models and offers a holistic view that helps stakeholders prioritize risks and take action while gaining a better knowledge of systemic flaws. This research paves the way for more flexible and quiet approaches to risk management considering the evolving worldwide threats.

Studies on the UV index (UVI) are becoming increasingly important worldwide due to the constant deterioration to which the habitat of modern man is subject. For this reason, humans get exposed to UV radiation. Solar energy is necessary for the life of living beings. However, it has also generated alterations in the ozone layer, causing the direct entry of UV rays to the earth's surface, thus generating skin diseases in humans. This research describes how information technologies (IT) help the optimal management of this problem through the development of a mobile application, which allows for the identification of the level of UV ray indices;thus, the user obtains a recommendation based on the classification proposed by the World Health Organization. This research will review the development process of the mobile application (App), as well as the connection parameters provided by the Weather Underground server, which allowed the construction of the API for the recovery of data obtained from the readings of the Meteorological Unit of the Technological University of Morelia (UM-UTM). Finally, it is important to interpret these data to help predict the circumstances that generate high levels of the UVI and propose recommendations that may benefit the user of the App. Thus helping in the care of the incidences of environmental pollutants, as well as the relevance of adopting adequate protection measures with which the human being is unfamiliar.

In recent years, fuel cells have been widely used because of their efficiency, cleanliness and economy. The structural and physical parameters of the battery stack change depending on the applied assembly loads, so the bipolar plates (BPP) and membrane electrodes (MEA) require high surface quality and positioning accuracy, which is one of the prerequisites for the proper operation of the stack. This article proposes a VR-based BPP classification and clustering learning platform on the 5G cloud server. The platform realizes virtual and real data sharing and continuously updates algorithm parameters through the 5G connection. In virtual learning platform, students can learn all the image information and label bipolar plates with less warping and more similarity based on the convolutional neural network and clustering algorithms. Learning Factory can make intelligent algorithms learning with the help of VR devices come true. In other manufacturing scenarios, students can train machine models and tune relevant parameters to achieve the classification and clustering of other products.

This study presents the development and deployment of a smart contract for issuing academic certificates on the Sepolia network. The smart contract, built using the Solidity language and the ERC721 standard, enables secure and decentralized certification, ensuring the integrity and immutability of academic records. The deployment process was facilitated by the use of the Alchemy development tool, allowing for seamless interaction with the blockchain network. The successful deployment was confirmed through the acquisition of the contract address and the verification of transaction details on Etherscan. Unit tests were conducted to ensure the functionality and reliability of the smart contract, validating its ability to mint and verify academic certificates. The results demonstrated the potential of blockchain technology in transforming traditional certification systems by providing transparency, tamper-proof records, and enhanced security. This study contributes to the growing field of blockchain applications in the academic sector, highlighting the importance of decentralized solutions for efficient and trustworthy certification processes.

This paper focuses on improving the Dual-Hahn moments to boost the efficiency and accuracy in tasks such as compressing and classifying high-quality 3D and 2D images. The proposed method, which uses the Deep Neural Network algorithm to classify images based on Dual-Hahn moments as features in first layer, seeks to precisely characterize the image by representing it as a vector called the descriptor vector of moments. This vector is subsequently utilized to reconstruct the image for each order. The simulation and analysis of the results illustrate the superior quality and efficiency of the proposed DHM-DNN method for image compression, and classification, as well as its exceptional accuracy in both noisy and noise-free images.

The emergence of new industrialized countries has been fueled by their efforts in the knowledge economy and the promotion of innovation, enabling them to compete with the major industrialized countries. Thus, innovation has become vital for economies to compete and survive. This article contributes to a preliminary understanding of innovation behaviour in Moroccan firms by analyzing entrepreneurial, organizational and sectoral dynamics. In consideration of this, an empirical study was conducted on a sample of 192 firms, involving analysis of variance (ANOVA) and comparison ofmeans. The results expose that all variables have a significant effect on the innovative behaviour of regional firms, except for the entrepreneur's experience, which does not affect the firm's innovative capacity. The results have allowed us to draw up a regional sector profile highlighting the key innovative regional industries. Defining the factors that impact innovation at the regional level is considered an important step in supporting regional operators to propose programs for boosting regional industrial competitiveness.

To date, investigations into extracting photovoltaic (PV) model parameters remain a prominent and enduring area of scholarly research. The literature provides several methodologies demonstrating substantial precision, complexity, and practical relevance divergence. This investigation introduces a metaheuristic strategy for retrieving the five parameters of the Single Diode Equivalent Model (SDM) applicable to photovoltaic modules characterized by varying cell sizes, quantities, and different PV technologies (including crystalline silicon and poly-crystalline). This study has provided practical recommendations for designing innovative parameter extraction methodologies based on photovoltaic models, which are relevant for enhancing the efficiency of performance, control, detection, and diagnosis approaches for PV anomalies.

Using federated learning to collaborate with other parties is becoming common when conducting machine learning on high-value data. In our work, we try to expand the possibilities of existing federated models to apply them to multitask problems. Previously we presented FedMTBoost, which used boosting to enhance predictive performance in a small drug-target interaction problem. This paper investigates the algorithm's performance on a larger scale using a cross-domain benchmark data set. The original motivation for boosting was to weigh the data adaptively;thus, the multitask transfer can happen on different tasks in different iterations. However, our results suggest that improvement is mostly present in federated scenarios, leading us to believe that the data and model weights can improve the federated transfer by adapting the models to the clients' data. Furthermore, the boosting algorithms generally outperform traditional baselines when fewer data are available, either in tasks or samples. In this paper, we examine these findings in multiple experiments and try to explain the improvements achieved.
