This research is an implementation of Aspect-Based Sentiment Anaysis (ABSA) using the Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers algorithm to analyze Halodoc application reviews. The reviews used in this study were extracted using the Google Play Scraper from the Google Play Store. Halodoc is a digital healthcare platform that provides health services through a mobile application and website. The platform enables users to connect with doctors and medical professionals online for medical consultations, health examinations, and prescriptions. In the ABSA implementation, aspects were identified. The aspects used in this study are Service Quality, which is divided into responsiveness, friendliness, clarity, ease of use, and security. The results of this research indicate that responsiveness has an accuracy of 86%, ease of use has an accuracy of 87%, friendliness has an accuracy of 83%, clarity has an accuracy of 95%, and security has an accuracy of 90%. The findings demonstrate BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) ability to classify user sentiments according to specific aspects quite effectively. This research contributes to understanding user sentiments towards the Halodoc application and can serve as a reference for further studies. However, the study has limitations that can be considered for future development, such as the quantity of tested data.

Inspired by the behavior of ephemeral insects, the Mayfly algorithm was developed, considering their short lifespan and mating patterns for continuous evolution. It represents a significant improvement over the particle swarm optimization algorithm, combining the intelligence observed in these insects with evolutionary algorithms. A modification to its parameters using type-1 fuzzy logic was proposed to improve convergence efficiency. Mayfly exhibits good exploitation but poor exploration;however, hybridizationwith fuzzy parameter adaptation, using parameters a1 and mu, enhances its performance. This deviation from local optima improves the algorithm's diversity, favoring exploration. Out of the 10 chosen benchmark functions, Mayfly outperforms the original in 6 of them. Future work includes optimizing the membership functions of the fuzzy adapter using a genetic algorithm and incorporating an adapter with type-2 fuzzy logic. Such adaptations could further enhance the algorithm's performance and exploration capabilities.

Nowadays, the process of sorting waste, which consists of the selection and grouping of solid and liquid waste generated in different human activities, has acquired great ecological and economic importance for the benefit of environmental conservation. In recent years, the use of technology to create solutions that generate environmental awareness in people has grown significantly. There are applications such as PadovaGoGreen, Save the Planets and Ant Forest, which are games to motivate users to recycle and take care of the planet's natural resources in a fun and creative way. However, they are only available and functional in the countries where they were developed and released. Also, their players experience trouble winning and advancing to the next levels. Hence, we carried out the development of the beta version of a video game, accessible and easy to use called "Cool Ways To Manage Waste" to promote and educate on the most appropriate practices for the correct management of waste and recycling, the game is focused on the scheme of a serious game. The game was evaluated by young users and we used Student's t-test for paired samples, making hypotheses comply right tailed test in order to check the significance of the performed process.

The range of applications of micropositioning systems is rapidly expanding in various fields such as manufacturing processes, medical diagnostics, scientific research and many others. As a result, the demand for high accuracy, reliability and high precision control of micropositioning systems is growing. The main problems requiring research in this area are the search for solutions related to vibrations, inertial effects, mechanical, thermal and assembly errors. This paper describes a micromanipulation solution consisting of drivers of 4-axis (X, Y, Z1, Z2) micropositioning system and determining errors of system (drives with stepper motors, ball screws and slider) from the movement distance. Experimental studies have been conducted on high accuracy micropositioning based on position data received in almost real time with low latency. The experiments included series of measurements the accuracy of the micropositioning system and analyzing the results. The system is control by a computer with user interface and generates commands of movement and send it to motion controller. The results obtained allow an assessment of the influence of the accumulated error, friction of the actuator and etc. The experimental results show that the positioning errors of the microrobot positioning drive are within acceptable limits and the high accuracy is sufficient for micromanipulation purpose.

Detection and avoidance of dynamic obstacles is an integral part of social robot navigation. Reliable human detection depends on camera identification, which can be achieved only using computationally expensive algorithms running on a Graphical Processing Unit (GPU). The process is time consuming, causing latency and it cannot be run on low-end systems. Human detection and tracking also requires lidar data fusion to ensure proper localization. In this work, we propose a detection strategy that allows the fusion system to run with lower camera frame rates, and hence decrease latency and computational requirements considerably. We show the effectiveness of the proposed approach in simulation.

In the global economy, currently confronting several challenges, including geopolitical tensions, environmental issues and regulatory complexities, the construction industry is one of its largest ones, embracing 10-12% of the global economy. Therefore, it is important to closely monitor developments in that industry, as well as potential impacts on its clients. So, this paper examines the key developments that the construction industry is currently experiencing, in the time of multiple crises, and presents emerging solutions aimed at lessening their adverse impacts. The main challenges are a severe labour shortage and low productivity. Although progress in certain industries has been significantly influenced by recent advances in artificial intelligence, the construction industry has slowly responded despite experiencing labour shortages and slowly increasing productivity. The paper highlights the importance of considering the aforementioned challenges within the framework of the adoption of artificial intelligence. A literature review was conducted to find out its potentially most beneficial fields of application: (i) increasing the accuracy and speed of design, (ii) assessing and lowering risk, (iii) improving sustainability, and (iv) streamlining project management and administrative duties.

Learning factories often focus on manual assembly systems to teach elementary production and lean principles. The implementation of Industry 4.0 and Industry 5.0 is also creating new technological opportunities to optimise industrial workplaces. These optimisations generally aim to avoid errors and improve quality or minimise manufacturing costs. In the course of this growing technification of manual workplaces, the needs of workers are often insufficiently considered. This is a problem because these new technologies also have their downsides. Examples of this can be the usual work process changes, employees feel monitored, etc. Classical approaches to production optimisation only take these factors into account to a limited extent. With Design Thinking, a methodology is currently establishing in companies that shows promising results for the user-centred solution of complex problems. The question is whether and how Design Thinking can be used in the context of assembly optimisation to improve user-centricity in this typically technical process. For this purpose, the classic Design Thinking approach is adapted to assembly optimisation and tested in the context of manual assembly in a learning factory. The article concludes with a critical reflection of the findings.

During the pandemic, services in general have been carried out through digital channels whenever possible. Healthcare services were no exception, all the services that could be digitalized have taken place through digitalmeans. One of the most common forms of digitalization used by healthcare organizations is the use of mobile apps, which allow users to carry out healthcare tasks remotely, access medical information, or even contact tracing with COVID-19 infected people. After the pandemic period, in which people have developed a stronger habit of using applications for health purposes, it is important to understand whether this is a driver of the acceptance of this technology. Currently, this is also a context in which privacy concerns are barriers to the utilization of technologies that involve the sharing of health-related data, so it becomes relevant to understand whether this could be an inhibitor to the acceptance of this technology. This study aims to identify the antecedents of users' acceptance of mobile applications to access private healthcare services in Portugal in a post-pandemic context. To accomplish this purpose, this study collects data through a survey and analyses these data using Structural Equation Modelling. The sample is composed of 401 individuals who live in Portugal andwho use mobile apps to access private healthcare services. The results evidence perceived usefulness and habit as antecedents of intention to use mobile applications to use healthcare services and this intention is an antecedent of the real use of these applications.

Designing a sustainable tourism travel trip is based on evaluation and handling different types of information. Many times, available data can be characterized as imperfect. In many cases, decision criteria for sustainable tourism travel trip designing are assessed using linguistic terms, which also have a certain degree of reliability. To operate with a high level of uncertainties, it is suggested to use an approach based on Z-information. Z-numbers allow the categorization of destinations, weighting the preferences, and selecting destinations that score high in sustainability and cultural richness. Using a Z-number-based approach for such multi-stage processes as sustainable tourism travel trip design that includes goal definitions, gathering data, itinerary design, continuous adjustment, and post-trip analysis allows one to rely on personal experiences and feedback from locals or fellow travelers. This feedback can be used to refine future travel plans, further applying Z-numbers to interpret and act on this inherently subjective information. Fuzzy data is integral at every stage, from understanding preferences and evaluating destinations to making decisions about activities and adjusting plans. The application of Z-information allows for a more nuanced and adaptable approach to travel planning, especially in the context of sustainability and cultural experiences where data is often subjective and variable. The modeling and handling of Z-information are implemented in Z-lab software.

This study delves into the practical implementations of Computer Vision and Machine Learning within real-world contexts, specifically addressing the facilitation of communication between individuals with speech impairments and those without. The investigation focuses on deploying a learning model integrated with Computer Vision, designed to assimilate input data and generate user-friendly outputs. The refined model is subsequently adapted for seamless integration into over-the-counter transactions, streamlining consumer communication processes. A proposed solution, the Sign Assistance Ready App (SARA), is introduced in this report to address the identified communication gap. Throughout the ensuing sections, the application will be denoted as SARA for brevity and clarity.
