CPD or Continuous Professional Development is termed as the experiences of a teacher which generally helps to improve professional practices and development of individual experiences. This practice is widely accepted in the world for the professional development of teachers, business, health care professionals and students. This research article aims to understand the importance of CPD and the ways by which it can be achieved and aced. For that purpose, the data have been collected with the help of a primary quantitative online survey with 111 participants who have been analysed through statistical analysis. The findings of the research have revealed that the data is reliable as the value is greater than that of 0.6 thresholds. The survey was dominated by women participants with a whopping 80% and expressed that CPD and its prices had played an instrumental role in their career and professional development. In the survey on an average of 50% of the participants have agreed that they were asked this defines that the data was correlated and there was an equal percentage who did not agree strongly. Hence, from this research analysis it can be said that CPD has helped in professional development of teachers and will further help in future as well.

When the Covid-19 pandemic struck, student-teacher interaction was minimised, leading to the need for online-based learning. Technology is becoming increasingly involved in the education sector, and it is important to remember that individuals have varying learning patterns and levels of understanding. Children with dyslexia may struggle with reading, writing, and daily activities due to neurodevelopmental disorders. This paper looks into the difficulties dyslexic children have in a regular classroom setting and examines how game-based learning methods could strategically improve their learning patterns. The incorporation of gamification has become a promising tool among learners to capture their attention. The Dyslexic Adaptive Learning Framework, which has been developed, can be customized to fit each child's unique learning style.

The engineering department of the Hochschule Bonn Rhein Sieg (University of Applied Sciences) wished to significantly increase the number of English-language courses offered for incoming students, since this would be the basis for participating in international student exchange and build up partnerships with universities abroad. But for lecturers it is a high effort besides their daily work, to shift the scripts and presentation to English;using the correct technical terms. Hence, skilled student assistants were recruited to translate the learning material for more than 20 courses with the help of the artificial intelligence-based translation tool "deep L", to support the lecturers. The aim was to either switch a full course into English or to offer a mixed language teaching course, where international students have access to the complete material in English and join in exercises in English, while the lecture itself will be held in German. Besides enabling international exchange, switching the language to English in a greater number of modules shall help to promote technical language competencies of the German students. The resulting teaching materials already have been used in international cooperations.

The Ukrainian higher education system is in a state of reform, the vectors of which correspond to the Bologna process, sectoral European integration, and the competence paradigm. One of the areas of change is the creation of higher education standards (HES), which are approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. HES contain lists of general and professional competencies that must be developed by graduates of higher education institutions (HEI), as well as expected program learning outcomes. HEI's teachers are mostly dissatisfied with the quality of HES, but do not try to change them, but treat the requirements of these standards formally. This is confirmed by the results of an anonymous survey of 50 teachers of engineering specialties and 50 teachers of medical specialties of Ukrainian HEI. The study is devoted to the reasons for the creation of low-quality HES and ways to improve them. For this purpose, it is proposed to shorten the list and names of competencies with fixation in the Law of Ukraine "On Higher Education";establish requirements for the necessary levels of formation of all competencies for the bachelor's, master's and doctor of philosophy educational levels;carry out assessment of the formation of competences in parallel with the assessment of students' academic progress according to ECTS;to change the approach to creating and making changes into HES.

The effectiveness of the activities of many enterprises largely depends on their sustainability given the possible increase in energy prices. In turn, this sustainability can be determined by several factors, in particular, the degree of technological development of companies. Therefore, the research aims to evaluate the impact of energy-saving technological changes (ESTC) on the sustainability of enterprises to a possible increase in energy prices. The scientific novelty of this research consists in the construction of a model for determining the level of sustainability of enterprises - consumers of energy resources to a possible rise in the prices of these resources, as well as in the devising of an estimation method for the impact of ESTC on the stated sustainability. Approbation of this method on a sample of Ukrainian enterprises showed that with an increase in the level of ESTC, the sustainability of the studied enterprises to a possible increase in natural gas prices increases significantly. Therefore, the introduction of ESTC in enterprises can contribute to a significant rise in their sustainability to the increase in natural gas prices.

Sustainable entrepreneurship, fundamentally rooted in the principles of environmental stewardship, social responsibility and economic viability, constitutes the foundational bedrock of a fair and equitable business. This can be further expanded through innovation in products and services by developing novel approaches to solving social issues. Sustainable business cannot be realized without a digitized society that has seen people give voice to themselves to destroy existing conventions and unsustainable production issues among others and debate about them with a change mindset. This study aims to demonstrate the cost-effective synergy between digital technology integration, fostering change, and its collective impact on advancing social entrepreneurship. By showcasing how this combination not only promotes entrepreneurial endeavours but also generates additional revenue streams, this research aims to underline its pivotal role in furthering the cause of sustainability in business. Therefore, this study makes use of narrative analysis relying on personal interviews among women social entrepreneurs and aspiring women entrepreneurs of KIF (Kshamata Innovation Foundation), an NGO located in Bangalore, India. From these results, it emerges that KIF emphasizes the use of social media such as Facebook, communication technology such as WhatsApp, and entrepreneurial literacy actions aimed at improving the quality of understanding among aspirant female entrepreneurs about entrepreneurship knowledge.

The Moroccan healthcare system has undergone significant advancements aimed at ensuring the well-being and satisfaction of citizens by providing high-quality services that are uniformly accessible across the entire national territory and financially affordable. Despite progress made over the past two decades, the healthcare sector in Morocco faces new challenges. The widespread implementation of basic medical coverage will significantly strain existing human and material resources, especially given the revelations brought forth by the Covid-19 pandemic, emphasizing the need to adopt digital transformation as a realistic alternative for a resilient healthcare system. In response to these imperatives, the Ministry of Health and Social Protection integrated e-health into its sectoral strategies as early as 2008. This digital transformation aligns with Morocco's commitment to play a major role in digital advancements in Africa. Various strategies, such as "e-Maroc 2010", "Maroc numerique 2013", "Maroc Digital 2020", and "Horizon 2025", have paved the way to position Morocco as a leading digital destination on the international stage. The "MoroccoTech" initiative, launched by the Ministry of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, aims to create a comprehensive momentum conducive to digital transition, naturally encompassing the healthcare sector. The adoption of e-health, as a promising future domain for the national healthcare system, will enable Morocco to establish a personalized and secure healthcare system, more focused on prevention and prediction.

We focus on speeding up MobileViT, a model known for high accuracy in image classification tasks with fewer parameters. Our goal is to reduce the processing time of the Transformer part of MobileViT, which is the main slowdown factor, by using the Token Merging (ToMe) technique. However, because the number of tokens varies before and after merging, we cannot apply ToMe to MobileViT without making some modification. Therefore, we propose a simple method that facilitates the application of ToMe. By employing this method, we have successfully applied ToMe to MobileViT-s, leading to a slight drop in top-1 accuracy by 3.44% but reducing computational time by about 14.5%. While slightly inferior to the MobileViT-xs (smaller model), our model achieves similar speed and accuracy. Our method is simple and leaves the Token Merging algorithm unchanged. Thus, by improving the algorithm in addition to our proposed method, there is a potential to create models in the future that operate faster and with higher accuracy than MobileViT-xs. Additionally, since this modification can be adapted to other models facing similar issues, our proposal serves as a method that expands the adaptability of ToMe.

Routing techniques enable routers to communicate with one another in a network. RPL, the standardized routing protocol for IoT networks, consists of two default objective functions: OF0 and MRHOF, routing metrics based on Hop Count and Expected Transmission Count, respectively. The performance of an objective function for optimal route selection depends upon the radio mechanism used by the network and the number of nodes in the network. This work evaluates the performance of OF0 and MRHOF objective functions in terms of energy consumption and packet delivery ratio usingUDGMDL, UDGMCL, andMRMradio mechanisms with a node size of 25, 30, 40, and 50. Experimentation was performed in Contiki OS, and the Python script was used for analysis. In a dense network, the MRHOF objective function within the MRM model shows a significant enhancement of 32.39% compared to UDGMDL and an improvement of 13.25% compared to UDGMCL.

With the rapid growth in the number of available pre-trained machine learning (ML) models for common tasks, with different performance, focus, and capabilities, complex problems can increasingly be solved through adequate choice of model, more than through training or tuning new models. In this paper we introduce the AI Folk methodology to address the challenge of autonomously managing ML models in a community of agents which can use and exchange semantic information about the models that they are using. We present a proof-of-concept implementation in an autonomous driving setting tackling various practical challenges which arise when dealing with this goal.
