This work is based on the economic analysis and the current situation of the agroindustrial sector, in the city of Milagro in the Republic of Ecuador using technological tools for its study. Situation that can be analyzed, based on the expectations that this sector has in the Ecuadorian economy, so this research shows that an increase in the income level of consumers, an increase in population, changes in habits has been achieved. shopping. demand, resulting in an increase in the demand for food goods, all with the use of data processing technologies. Based on these expectations, it can be stated that the sugar sector has enormous potential, which must be taken advantage of by producers, investors and authorities, to work together and thus achieve the take-off of the development of the sugar industry, an area that has one of the largest producers of sugar in Ecuador, and its derivatives, and that in recent years has had constant growth in the production of refined sugar. The diagnosis of the current situation of the sugar industry allows us to demonstrate the importance that it has and has had for decades in the development of the local economy, so it can be noted that the sugar industry has been the engine that moves the economy for years of the city, and a strong demand for skilled and unskilled labor. All of which is thanks to current technological tools.

Over the past two decades, the e-commerce sector experienced substantial growth as customers recognized the numerous benefits of online shopping. While providing plenty of benefits for customers, e-commerce growth affected businesses as well. Online stores offer myriad possibilities for businesses to improve their sales, while they also represent an excellent opportunity for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to grow their businesses. Several drivers of the overall online store success are found in literature: quality of online shopping experience, security, website quality, ease of use, value in terms of the product choice and prices, website reputation and the process of trust building with customers. In addition to buyers' trust, the sellers' trust plays an important role in the continuity of their use of online marketplaces. Since the existing literature predominantly deals with the perspective of customers, the focus of this study is on the presentation of challenges concerning business and success factors for online stores. The paper presents the findings conducted in 2023 on a sample of 162 online store owners from Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH). The findings confirm some of the findings from literature, but also provide a specific overview of online sellers' perceptions across different categories.

Spatial co-location pattern mining conception was introduced to examine the existence of objects often found together as patterns of interest. Detecting patterns from spatial data is a task of importance as co-location pattern mining has various applications such as in criminology, ecology, epidemiology, recommendation systems, understanding urban functions and so on. However, due to the absence of notion of transactions and the complexity in spatial data have led to discovery of useful spatial patterns with techniques other than association rules. For spatial co-location pattern mining study, which is not well explored, we provide in this paper a general framework, highlight distinct types of co-location patterns, and present an overview of the state-of-the-art methods in the field of co-location pattern mining. Finally, we conclude our survey by discussing the unresolved challenges in this field.

In all domains, including research, engineering, and management, decision makers encounter incomplete and imprecise data. Many real-life scenarios with ambiguous information are challenging to deal with using existing conventional methods. These problems are efficiently handled by employing fuzzy numbers, interval valued fuzzy numbers, neutrosophic fuzzy numbers, and so on;the appropriate model is applied based on the situation. This article deals with the situation where the vague information is represented as (s(lower), s(upper)) - Interval valued pentagonal fuzzy numbers. The main objective of this article is solving the fuzzy assignment problem whose costs are represented by (s(lower), s(upper)) - Interval valued pentagonal fuzzy numbers, by using signed distance ranking technique.

Currently a very relevant problem is diabetes, this disease is the cause of thousands of deaths and tends to grow in the coming years. The objective of the present research is to detect diabetes using Machine Learning techniques. For this purpose, the Indian PIMA database (PID) was used, which was extracted from Kaggle. Preprocessing techniques such as null value treatment and feature normalization were applied. Finally, various learning models such as Multilayer Perceptron, Neural networks, DecisionTree, SupportVector Machines, K-Nearest Neighbors, Logistic Regression, Random Forest and Gradient Boosting algorithm were developed. From the best results obtained from the evaluation of the models, it was obtained that the best of them is the one generated by the Multilayer Perceptron Neural networks and Support Vector Machine whose metrics were superior in Accuracy with 84.62% and Recall with 76.92%;however, in Precision it was surpassed by the Random Forest algorithm with 81.81%. It follows that both the Multilayer Perceptron and Support Vector Machine models accurately predicted the onset of diabetes, thus establishing their effectiveness in this predictive task, offering invaluable assistance to the healthcare sector.

Prediction of Subsonic Flutter Speeds for Composite Missile Fins Using Machine Learning 1

In the present paper, using machine learning techniques (ML), the prediction of flutter speeds for composite material missile fins is estimated for the subsonic flight regimes. Several types of composite materials are investigated (Kevlar, carbon, and E-glass S) for different fin geometries that are used nowadays in the aerospace industry as a building block for fly-worthy primary structural components. For flutter speeds data collection, the hybrid methodology is deployed, experimental, by performing tests in the subsonic wind tunnel, whereas the synthetic data for the ML model is generated using modified NACA flutter boundary equations. These equations were modified for orthotropic materials manufactured in the form of thin-walled structures. Based on this dataset, several algorithms were analyzed in order to create the ML flutter model, and it was found that for the problem on hand, the LightGBM regression approach renders the most accurate results (max coefficient of determination values) when compared to other investigated algorithms. Using ML Net technologies, a bespoke flutter software was developed. The results obtained were compared to the results obtained by experiments, known flutter binary models, and finally, numerical models based on structural, aerodynamic spline finite element approach. Agood agreement between flutter speeds models was obtained, and it was concluded that the ML approach based on the LightGBM regression can be successfully used for problems where the subsonic flutter speeds estimate for composite missile fins is sought.

This systematic literature proposes a consolidated overview of the application of user-centred design (UCD) in wearable technologies within the mobile health domain and how user-centred design plays an integral role in in ensuring their usability, functionality, and adoption. As such it provides a useful referential source for designers and health practitioners. The study uses a glossary of UCD strategies by (Dopp et al. in Translational Behavioral Medicine 9:1057-1064, 2018 [4]) to guide the analysis. The research has revealed that the majority of research articles formulated design specifications from conducting joint sessions including users and designers to create and design the wearable technologies. The study also observed that the most reported wearable technologies in mobile health to which user-centred design strategies are applied are smartwatches, activity trackers, and smart bands. These are used in a range of health conditions, mostly for mental health, care for older people, and stroke rehabilitation.

This paper presents the resultsstages of a marketing strategy where various artificial intelligence tools can be employed. The Capacitated Vehicle Routing Problem is a classic logistics optimization challenge for which numerous approaches are employed to address it.
