Currently, the organization of remote learning in physical education based on the latest possibilities of information technology in higher education institutions is heuristic. The purpose of the work is the development and approval of the model of the use of information technology for the implementation of the remote educational process in physical education in institutions of higher technical education. The "Learning and Development" (abbreviated "L&D") model, formed in business structures to ensure professional development, was taken as the basis of the model for the use of information technology. According to the L&D model, an action algorithm with four components was proposed. The first is the creation of a strategy for the use of information technology for effective remote learning in physical education. The second is to ensure the information competence of students and teachers for conducting online classes. The third is the creation of conditions for the individualization of remote learning. The fourth is to ensure reliable and objective monitoring of remote classes. The components and implementation conditions of each component were examined in detail and their approval was carried out. The L&D model of information technology use allows to create a system of information and technological support for the remote educational process in physical education and to increase the level of student satisfaction with the remote form of learning.

The contribution of technology in the context of the COVID-19 crisis has had a reasonably disruptive effect on the organization of work, creating a new generation of employees willing to telework more. However, this trend is also a concern for gender inequality in the workplace that existed before the crisis. This study investigates the gender gap in the influence of technology use on job autonomy, job satisfaction, well-being, and intention to continue teleworking. A sample of 500 teleworkers, 250 men and 250 women, was tested using the PLS-SEM method. The results show a gender gap in the influence of technology use on job satisfaction, and in the effect of job autonomy on the intention to continue teleworking. Technology use had more influence on job satisfaction for women, while well-being had more influence on job satisfaction for men. However, technology use did not affect the intention to continue teleworking for both genders, as did job autonomy for men. Women show a higher intent to continue teleworking compared to men.

Since 1960, a higher percentage of aquatic foods have been allocated for human consumption. In 2020, 89% of global fishery and aquaculture production was dedicated to this purpose. With the increasing demand in the industry, there has also been a development of quality and food safety standards. Therefore, the food preservation technique of refrigeration becomes essential to prevent input losses and maintain quality. This leads to the need for appropriate technology for the freezing process of aquatic foods on vessels. In this research, the study and consequently, the design of a swirl effect atomizer using tools based on mathematical models and complemented with numerical simulation (Ansys CFD: Computational Fluid Dynamics) is proposed. This cryogenic atomizer, in conjunction with another water atomizer, would produce ice in the form of tiny particles. This would increase the efficiency in the use of refrigeration resources by applying a layer of ice directly onto the food for freezing. Furthermore, by creating a portable design with fewer freezing elements requirements, space on the vessels would be optimized, allowing for greater food storage. Lastly, this research addresses the ability to generate freezing elements using the vortex chamber technique that combines cryogenic fluid and water. These elements do not affect the quality of aquatic foods.

During Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), appropriate heart compression affects the quality of CPR, which is directly related to the patient's life. Therefore, it is important to accurately judge the quality of CPR. Therefore, it is important to accurately judge the quality of CPR. Until now, there have been studies on bio signal-based CPR feedback systems such as EtCO2 (End tidal CO2, EtCO2), Photoplethysmography (PPG). However, it is not possible to provide an accurate basis for improvement in compression. Therefore, in this study, a machine learning-based CBV (Carotid Blood Volume) classification model was developed for various bio-signal data. In the results, Sensitivity, Specificity, Precision, and Accuracy had values of 0.91, 0.97, 0.94, and 0.95, respectively, and showed high classification performance. Therefore, the CBV classification model presented in this study will be able to become a model based on a feedback system that can intuitively judge the quality of current CPR.

The number of research papers is growing exponentially on the Web and digital libraries, which makes it a cumbersome chore to determine relevant research works. To address this problem, citation recommendation (CR) models have been proposed. Nevertheless, these CR models are limited in considering the semantic relations among network objects, e.g., authors, papers, tags, venues, and topics in the heterogeneous paper's network. Moreover, existing models do not consider the significance of proximity information between network nodes. Additionally, the current CR models face cold-start paper problems. To alleviate such problems, this work proposes a proximity-based heterogeneous network embedding (CR-PHNE) model that exploits semantic information of a network from node sequences using a probability-sensitive meta-structure-guided random walk method. Next, this information is given as input to deep neural networks to learn the latent representations of contributing nodes. Compared to its counterparts, the results produced by CR-PHNE over publicly available datasets bring 5% and 4% improvement regarding MAP and nDCG metrics, respectively. Further, the model demonstrates 7% and 3% improvements in terms of MAP and Recall@100 scores, respectively, to mitigate the cold-start paper problem compared to its counterparts.

Microservice-oriented architectures are becoming more and more popular in the academic and industrial domains as opposed to monolithic systems. With the help of microservices, huge, monolithic apps may be divided into more manageable, highly coherent, loosely linked pieces. Benefits like enhanced maintainability and scalability are provided by this. However, determining the optimal boundaries for these microservices continues to be a challenging task that might hinder the effective adoption of this design. This article presents an approach for automatically identifying microservices fromBusiness Process (BP) usingNatural Language Processing (NLP) methods and semantic analysis. The approach makes use of NLP to extract important data from business operations, providing insights into the connections between various tasks. As a result, discrete microservices are formed from activities that have comparable semantic properties, offering a data-driven method of breaking down the system. A case study centred on a bicycle rental system is carried out to exemplify and illustrate the approach.

Human drivers employ their attentional systems during driving to focus on critical items and make judgments. Because gaze data can indicate human attention, collecting and analyzing gaze data has emerged in recent years to improve autonomous driving technologies. In safety-critical situations, it is important to predict not only where the driver focuses his attention but also on which objects. In this work, we propose DAP, a novel framework for driver attention prediction that bridges the attention prediction gap between pixels and objects. The DAP Framework is evaluated on the Berkeley DeepDrive Attention (BDD-A) dataset. DAP achieves state-of-the-art performance in both pixel-level and object-level attention prediction, especially improving object detection accuracy from 78 to 90%.

The initial idea of this paper is determining the need and possibilities of the complete digitalisation of postalitems clearance (collection, acceptance, receiving, reception phase). Although many postal service providers have already digitalised a significant portion of their technological processes, including the clearance of postal items, it hasn't been completed yet. There are certain situations that require traditional manual completion of requests/data for sending postal items. This unnecessarily burdens collection capacities, increases the time needed for providing postal service (although it is being measured only after the collection of the postal item), what proportionally affects the quality of service and customer satisfaction, regardless objectively the measured or "only" the subjectively experienced. Significant differences exist among postal service providers, depending on the type of users and the type of postal items/services. The paper analyses relevant examples for the situation in the Republic of Croatia. The achieved level of digitalisation, not only in the society as a whole but among almost all postal service providers as well, represents a solid foundation for extending this approach to the remaining part of the postal items collection. In addition to reducing the negative effects, such efforts would enable potentials for further automation of postal processes, standardisation of procedures, and sharing of certain network resources by multiple postal operators, bringing various benefits to both users and postal service providers as well.

The problem is that permanent magnet synchronous motor model parameters are difficult to determine accurately or may be distorted during operation. This results in a significant reduction in controller performance. Therefore, it is necessary to use algorithms to compensate for parameter deviations, such as observers and parameter adaptation. This paper aims to build a current controller of a permanent magnet synchronous motor that does not require any motor model information. At the same time, to ensure the Maximum torque per ampere (MTPA) condition, the d-axis current must also be controlled stably at zero. Based on the above reasons, a novel Adaptive Back-Stepping Current Controller (ABS-CC) - based field-oriented control scheme for a permanent magnet synchronous motor is investigated in this paper. Specifically, ABS-CC control law is utilized to generate the control signal based on the mathematical model and neuron network, which guides the motor toward the given current reference. Finally, a simulation experiment is carried out to validate the theoretical conclusions, which show the high performance of the designed current control scheme.
