In spite of the benefits derived from online communication, it has also posed some challenges to the society. As people are free to create and post whatever they lay hands on through blogs, social media, email, etc. some tend to use the means to harass, insult, ridicule or intimidate perceived opponents, especially, in the political space. Consequently, people's reputations are smeared. The prevalence of this also implies that both victims of political cyberbullying and citizens can be adversely affected. Political communication, especially through social media, can play a significant role in Nigeria's political process. But the media can help to redefine the landscape by redirecting attention towards constructive online political communication and contribute to national development. To what ends the media is discharging this function, is the issue of concern. Built on the Diffusion of Innovation and Development Theory, the paper examined excerpts of some political cyberbullying messages from politicians and the role the media should play on political cyberbullying. The media owes the society a lot in addressing political cyberbullying in Nigeria;to be in the forefront to promote connectedness among people through web radio and TV because it decimates cyberbullying. Credible candidate can loose popularity through political cyberbullying, which would hamper development. It recommends that the media should increase its anti-political cyberbullying advocacies for stakeholders, culprits, regulatory bodies, and the general public, even in exploring more diffusion of online news innovation.

Participatory banks are completely different from conventional banks. They are driven by the principles of Islamic finance. When making the decision to deal with a financing modality, participatory banks use specific tools and methods different from those used in conventional banks. This article seeks to understand this process and the determinants and variables that make participatory banks very different. Otherwise, we will try to focus attention on the differentiation strategy adopted by the participatory banks as well as the role of this strategy in achieving competitive advantages. Diagnosed, the results obtained through this study show that the differentiation strategy plays a very important role in the marketing of participatory financial products in participatory banks, which gives them a competitive advantage. These results have become clear to us, both through field studies and according to the results obtained according to the outputs of the Smart PLS software.

Data are everywhere. Examples include sports data. Embedded in these data is implicit, previously unknown and potentially useful information or knowledge to be discovered. In this paper, we present a solution for sports data management, mining and visualization. In particular, we focus on basketball data. Basketball is a culture and is respected by fans around the world. Ever since its birth, basketball has changed drastically. Under such effects, basketball discussion and analysis evolved as well. Our solution adapts three different approaches for predicting the win. Evaluation on real-life basketball data show the effectiveness of our solution.

The article discusses important aspects of bankruptcy prediction, including early risk detection and informed financial decision making. An automated decision tree learning method can efficiently analyze multiple economic indicators, automatically identify key factors, and thus improve the accuracy and interpretability of predictions. This research approach can be a valuable tool for investors, lenders and managers, helping them to reduce financial risks and ensure the financial stability of companies. This research explores the rapidly emerging field of Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) communication, which is central to the development and efficacy of Intelligent Transportation systems (Chen in IEEE Commun Stand Mag 1:70-76, 2017) and vehicular networks. The focus is on designing a state-of-the-art single-band antenna, exclusively tuned to operate at a frequency of 3.4 GHz. The design uniquely enhances vehicular communication by augmenting bandwidth and gain, making it optimally tailored for V2X applications. Notably, the antenna boasts of compactness coupled with a resilient build, characteristics paramount for mobile contexts, especially vehicles. Advanced Design System (ADS) simulation tools played an instrumental (Kumar and Ray in Broadband microstrip antennas. Artech House, 2009) role in refining design parameters, ensuring optimal signal strength, expansive coverage whilst also minimising interference. An intrinsic quality of this antenna is its near-perfect omnidirectional radiation pattern, which proves to be invaluable in dynamic vehicular scenarios where nodal connective orientations change frequently. Rigorous assessments, both simulated and field-tested, highlighted the antenna's superiority over its contemporaries, especially under high-mobility vehicular conditions. Furthermore, this study encapsulates a detailed analysis of design challenges encountered and the innovative resolutions implemented. Simulated studies under representative vehicular conditions further endorsed the antenna's efficacy, firmly establishing the potential of a single-band antenna in V2X applications. This research accentuates the pivotal role of such an antenna in forging more efficient and safer intelligent transportation networks.

Steep slope vineyards pose specific challenges for autonomous robot navigation, therefore requiring accurate, robust and scalable localization and mapping solutions for such goal. In addition, due to the unevenness of the terrain, the identification of traversable zones is crucial for a safe operation, thus requiring a dense scene representation that captures these details. For such reasons, a novel SLAM architecture is presented in this work, characterized by a multi-sensor based dual factor-graph framework that integrates in real time wheel odometry, IMU, LIDAR and GNSS measurements, as well as heading and attitude data, generating a dense 3D map in point cloud format. The proposed system was tested with datasets obtained from a real robot navigating in vineyards with different levels of steepness, and benchmarked with state-of-the-art 3D LIDAR SLAM techniques. The presented results demonstrate superior performance over the compared methods, while maintaining overall map consistency and accuracy when matched with a reference model.

Children with intellectual impairment need to receive proper methods of teaching in order for them to properly understand abstract concepts. There are very few schools of learning that teach these young children with the proper care and support that is needed. Although people with intellectual impairment are good at focusing on the small details, they may fail to understand or grasp the vastness of a topic. Recognition shapes serve as a key factor for building various cognitive and motor skills. The proposed system implements the metaverse-based experiential learning platform using AR, VR, and immersive technologies to provide an engaging and interactive environment for autistic children to learn about various shapes and their properties in a sage and controlled environment. The platform's effectiveness in enhancing shape recognition skills was assessed through a pilot study involving 11 autistic children. This platform is highly adaptable and user friendly which can be customized to individual needs.

This work in progress paper explores the integration of Large Language Models (LLMs) into educational support tools, particularly in studying basics of Natural Language Processing. It investigates how generative LLMs can align with Bloom's Taxonomy to support various learning levels, and how Prompt Engineering (PE) can improve communication with educational tools backed by LLMs. The approach involves planing integration LLMs into digital workbooks, employing techniques like Chain of Thoughts (CoT) and the Socratic method. These methods are utilized to provide tailored, interactive learning experiences that stimulate analytical thinking and deeper understanding of new concepts as well as providing instant response for coding exercises. Preliminary findings suggest that LLMs could significantly enhance the learning experience in coding education. The study suggests that PE combined with CoT and Socratic method could effectively addresses conversational problems with LLMs, enhancing learner engagement and understanding. This integration of LLMs facilitates a more dynamic form of learning, centered around dialogical exploration and practical experimentation, which aligns with the evolving objectives of lifelong learning. The ability to adapt and personalize knowledge acquisition to meet these ever-changing educational goals is a key advantage of this approach. The paper emphasizes the necessity for continuous research focused on the tailored integration of generative LLMs into educational tools. This involves employing PE techniques and leveraging a curated knowledge base to ensure that the LLMs' responses are both relevant and contextually appropriate for educational purposes.

Banks provide interactive money withdrawal/payment facilities, such as ATM, debit and credit card systems. With these systems, customers could withdraw money and make payments without visiting a bank. However, traditional ATM, debit and credit card systems inherit several weaknesses such as limited ATM facilities in rural areas, the high initial cost of ATM deployment, potential security issues in ATM systems, high inter-bank transaction fees etc. Through this research, we propose a blockchain-based peer-to-peer money transfer system "Promize" to address these limitations. The Promize platform provides a blockchain-based, low cost, peer-to-peer money transfer system as an alternative for traditional ATM system and debit/credit card system. Promize provides a self-sovereign identity empowered mobile wallet for its end users. With this, users can withdraw money from registered banking authorities (e.g. shops, outlets etc.) or their friends without going to an ATM. Any user in the Promize platform can act as an ATM, which is introduced as a mobile ATM. The Promize platform provides blockchain-based low-cost inter-bank transaction processing, thereby reducing the high inter-bank transaction fee. The Promize platform guarantees data privacy, confidentiality, non-repudiation, integrity, authenticity and availability when conducting electronic transactions using the blockchain.
