This paper considers a new graph model-a periodic fuzzy graph. Here, a periodic fuzzy graph means a fuzzy graph in which the fuzziness, as a membership function specified on the edges of the graph, changes in discrete time (horizon). At the same time, discrete time has some cyclicity. Periodic fuzzy graphs can be used as models of complex systems, the elements of which have fuzzy connections that change in discrete time and have the property of periodicity. For example, in problems of scheduling, transport networks, technological processes, etc. The work introduces the concepts of a minimal base and a minimal antibase with a given reachability time, and on their basis - a fuzzy set of bases and a fuzzy set of antibases of a periodic fuzzy graph. An algorithm for their calculation is proposed. Examples of finding minimal bases and minimal antibases of a fuzzy graph are also considered.

In India's bustling cities, we often find ourselves stuck in frustrating traffic jams, which not only waste our time but also harm the environment. Much of this traffic trouble arises from how traffic lights are timed at intersections. To tackle this issue, we turned to a clever computer technique called "reinforcement learning." It's like teaching machines to make smart decisions. In our research, we delved into how we can use this computer smarts to train traffic signals to be more efficient in Indian traffic conditions. Chatbots and virtual assistants have revolutionized human-computer interaction. Storage of sensitive data in the cloud invokes questions on cyber-security and safety. A couple of techniques have been adopted dwelling on a hybrid cryptography approach where a combination of the "State of the Art" algorithms, for example, AES, DES, RCS6, etc. are used. Most of the cryptography schemes off-late use a blend of symmetric and asymmetric key methods. Key information can also be hidden using steganographic techniques. In this paper, we address the weaknesses of the traditional methods and propose a new technique for securing storage data by dynamically synthesizing digital twins employing a dynamic colour mapping algorithm.

Getting to know the agents i.e. identifying the free riders in a population, can be considered as one of the main challenges in the establishing of cooperation. Ordinary memory-one agents such as Tit-for-tat may learn "who is who" in the population through direct interactions. Past experiences serve them as a landmark to know with whom to cooperate and against whom to retaliate in the next encounter. However, this kind of learning is risky and expensive. A cheaper and less painful way to detect free riders may be achieved by gossiping. For this reason, as part of this research, a special type of Tit-for-tat agent was designed-a "Gossip-Tit-for-tat" agent that can share data with other agents of its kind. The performances of both strategies, ordinary Tit-for-tat and Gossip-Tit-for-tat, against Always-defect have been compared in the finite-game framework of the Iterated Prisoner's Dilemma via Moran process. Agents were able to move in a random-walk fashion and they were programmed to play Prisoner's Dilemma each time they meet. Moreover, at each step, one randomly selected individual was eliminated and one individual was reproduced in accordance with Moran process with selection. In this way the size of the population always remained the same. Agents were selected for reproduction via roulette wheel rule i.e. proportionally to relative fitness of the strategy. The absorption probability was calculated after the population had been absorbed completely by cooperators, which means that all the states have been occupied and all of the transition probabilities have been determined. It was shown that gossip increases absorption probabilities and therefore enhances the evolution of cooperation in the population.

The design of the EMG signal acquisition system plays a crucial role in diagnosing and treating human muscle-related disorders. In this paper, an EMG signal acquisition system is designed to collect and transmit the EMG signal to a computer. The collected EMG signals are preprocessed to eliminate noise. A threshold method is applied to this signal to determine the human muscle contraction state for controlling the operation of the DC motor. Experimental results demonstrate that the acquired EMG signals are of high quality, and the DC motor control results during muscle contraction are accurate with 100%. In future work, the research findings will be compiled with an artificial neural network to control artificial limb movements for patients with hand disabilities.

The underwater wireless sensor network (WSN) comprises multiple distributed sensing devices or nodes within the aquatic environment, collecting and transmitting data to a surface-based base station. The acquired data is utilized as needed. These battery-powered, compact-sized nodes necessitate energy-efficient routing protocols due to limited battery capacity. The network finds application in diverse fields, such as oil exploration and temperature monitoring. LEACH algorithm is mostly used algorithms for clustering, but the limited energy of nodes is a very critical challenge for WSN. This study enhances the original LEACH protocol through varied routing approaches, introducing novel algorithms like CHME-LEACH, which considers residual energy for cluster head selection, and CHP-LEACH, which employs probability for cluster head selection. Both algorithms outperform the traditional protocols in reduced energy consumption and lifetime of networks.

This paper studies the concept of synchromodal freight transportation. A mathematical model which minimizes the total duration and the CO2 emissions is presented along with a metaheuristic approach using Genetic Algorithm (GA). The model is validated on the instances based on the Seine axis river in France, which has a multitude of inland waterways and terminals. The GA obtains optimal solutions for small-sized instances and provides good enough solutions with a low deviation from the best-known solution in larger instances.

The areas of application of the maximum entropy method in project management are considered. The development of a methodology for applying the maximum entropy method to assessing the risks of project implementation is proposed;the capabilities and advantages of the method are shown using an example. It is sown how simple calculations can provide to different conclusions. It is proposed to use a combination of the Monte Carlo method and the maximum entropy method with a preliminary analysis of a small volume of expert data using the maximum entropy method, followed by modeling of a small volume of scenarios and parameters selected at the first stage. This approach allows you to build simple procedures for analyzing project risks and obtain reliable results with a small amount of preliminary information. It is shown that the proposed algorithm is not very sensitive to changes in part of the initial data, that is, it allows the use of low-quality expert data to obtain a stable preliminary result.

Internet-of-Things (IoT) has been encountering a series of potential form of threats since past half decades. Artificial Intelligence (AI), which is frequently seen to be adopted to solve various challenges in IoT operation, has now been adopted even by attackers for their malicious purposes. Of all forms of threats, AI-enhanced malwares are one of the most potential forms of threats which has its extensive effectiveness towards the complete operation of the entire IoT environment. Hence, this manuscript discusses existing detection and prevention approaches evolved in current literatures to understand various taxonomies of solution-based methodologies for circumventing such threats. The paper also contributes towards highlighting the potential open-ended issues that are yet to be addressed.
