Storage of sensitive data in the cloud invokes questions on cyber-security and safety. A couple of techniques have been adopted dwelling on a hybrid cryptography approach where a combination of the "State of the Art" algorithms, for example, AES, DES, RCS6, etc. are used. Most of the cryptography schemes off-late use a blend of symmetric and asymmetric key methods. Key information can also be hidden using steganographic techniques. In this paper, we address the weaknesses of the traditional methods and propose a new technique for securing storage data by dynamically synthesizing digital twins employing a dynamic colour mapping algorithm.

This paper studies the concept of synchromodal freight transportation. A mathematical model which minimizes the total duration and the CO2 emissions is presented along with a metaheuristic approach using Genetic Algorithm (GA). The model is validated on the instances based on the Seine axis river in France, which has a multitude of inland waterways and terminals. The GA obtains optimal solutions for small-sized instances and provides good enough solutions with a low deviation from the best-known solution in larger instances.

Internet-of-Things (IoT) has been encountering a series of potential form of threats since past half decades. Artificial Intelligence (AI), which is frequently seen to be adopted to solve various challenges in IoT operation, has now been adopted even by attackers for their malicious purposes. Of all forms of threats, AI-enhanced malwares are one of the most potential forms of threats which has its extensive effectiveness towards the complete operation of the entire IoT environment. Hence, this manuscript discusses existing detection and prevention approaches evolved in current literatures to understand various taxonomies of solution-based methodologies for circumventing such threats. The paper also contributes towards highlighting the potential open-ended issues that are yet to be addressed.

The areas of application of the maximum entropy method in project management are considered. The development of a methodology for applying the maximum entropy method to assessing the risks of project implementation is proposed;the capabilities and advantages of the method are shown using an example. It is sown how simple calculations can provide to different conclusions. It is proposed to use a combination of the Monte Carlo method and the maximum entropy method with a preliminary analysis of a small volume of expert data using the maximum entropy method, followed by modeling of a small volume of scenarios and parameters selected at the first stage. This approach allows you to build simple procedures for analyzing project risks and obtain reliable results with a small amount of preliminary information. It is shown that the proposed algorithm is not very sensitive to changes in part of the initial data, that is, it allows the use of low-quality expert data to obtain a stable preliminary result.

Using data envelopment analysis (DEA) to evaluate the relative efficiency of decision-making units (DMUs) needs pre-determining all the input and output variables. However, this may not be the case in the practical applications. This paper proposes a DEA-Classifier model to predict the efficiency level of DMUs with partial input and output variables. This model first divides the historical DMUs into two classes (high efficiency and low efficiency) based on their efficiency scores determined by DEA and then uses the machine learning method to establish a mapping relationship between the class labels and the partial input and output variables. For a new DMU, the trained classifier can predict whether it belongs to a high or low efficiency class using its partial input and output variables. The proposed DEA-classifier model is validated by theoretical analysis, simulation data, and real-life datasets. The experiment results indicate that the proposed method has good adaptability and it can be applied in many areas including economic forecast and prediction.

In the last decade, deep learning algorithms have gained a lot of attention in many fields. Even scientists who study pedestrian behavior and usually create physics-based models to simulate realistic behavior are increasingly using these algorithms. So far, however, this has only been tested in low-density environments. In this contribution, we want to investigate the question of whether the methods are also suitable for crowds. Therefore, we prepared high-density datasets and tried to predict the behaviors of the pedestrian with physics-based models as well as deep learning algorithms. We compare the prediction accuracy in terms of two error metrics: a distance-based metric and a metric that counts the number of collisions between pedestrians. The results show that the algorithms beat the models regarding the distance metric, but perform worst in terms of the collision metric. To be able to predict more realistic crowd behavior, the deep learning algorithm needs to improve collision avoidance. In order to make more accurate predictions, the deep learning algorithms need to be improve collision avoidance.

As the technology of conversational assistants' advances, new uses and needs arise in multiple sectors such as training and education. In this work, a chatbot is developed with Artificial Intelligence technology to help and support doubts and queries when studying the Python programming language. This chatbot will be able to respond in Spanish language and in written form to questions related to programming so that it can speed up the resolution of doubts to beginner users. To create this chatbot library and the free and open-source Rasa framework will be used to enable the processing of natural language and neural networks to provide answers to users' questions. In addition, the chatbot will be integrated into Telegram by accessing a specific account created for this purpose.

The operating efficiency of the ship power plant (SPP) largely depends not only on the perfection of the processes occurring in its elements, but also on the degree of utilization of heat lost with exhaust gases and coolants. The aim of research is to analyze the effect of exergy losses, when using the available heat of exhaust gases in the exhaust gas boiler (EGB). A methodology was presented for analyzing the influence of ambient and exhaust gas temperatures on the values of exergy losses when using the available heat of exhaust gases in EGB. The mathematical dependencies were obtained that make it possible to determine the relationship between the operating conditions of the SPP and the parameters of each coolant. The exergy losses, when using the available heat of exhaust gases in the EGBwas analyzed. Analysis of calculation results showed increasing a specific steam production and entropy of gases with decreasing the temperature in the outlet of EGB from 160 degrees C. to 90 degrees C. It is possible to obtain comprehensive characteristics of the available boiler performance basing on the results of measuring the operating parameters of the boiler only in one mode.

Basic education teachers carry out routine activities to develop evaluative exercises. In High School, this task must be alignedwith entrance exams. Such practice generally demands recurrent research and intensive question selection. In this sense, this study presents the design of a semi-automatic system approach for extracting Enem questions available in internet repositories. The methodology employed web scraping methods to investigate educational materials, gather evidence of contest editions, employ regular expressions to examine the content and organize the data found within the documents. It also stored a repository of questions for utilization in the proposed system. When evaluating the approach, we obtained an acceptance and performance rate of 68.9% of questions extracted assertively. Thus, automating part of the specialized activity required to extract evaluative questions from online repositories is possible.

Detection and diagnosis of faults that may arise in the work process of the unit are carried out to increase the resource, reliability, and stability of its exploitation. In the article, the object of research is the detection and recognition of faults that occur in the main components of the steering unit AR20N - in the electrohydraulic amplifier (EHA) and the power cylinder (PC). The main purpose of the research is to develop a methodology for detecting and recognizing faults in the EHA and PC of the AR20N unit based on the results of measurements of the current values of the parameters of these units when various faults appear and develop. To achieve the set purpose, the following tasks were solved: using simulation modeling, the parameters of the unit model were determined, the numerical values of which contain information (diagnostic signs of the technical condition of the EHA and PC) about the appearance of various faults in the units;She whart diagnostic charts and the methodology of identification of current values of these parameters are developed. For this purpose, the following methods are used in the article: analytical, numerical, and statistical. The following results have been obtained: a methodology of detection, development, and recognition of faults of EHA and PC has been developed, in which hypothesis testing and determination of the probability of committing errors of the first and second type in decision-making are provided. The scientific and practical novelty of the obtained results consists in the development of amethodology for determining the diagnostic signs of the technical condition of the EHA and PC.
