With the rapid development of the national economy, the construction industry has become more and more important, and the construction industry has become an important pillar of the Chinese economy. This paper designs a real-time management and monitoring platform for intelligent prefabricated buildings combined with optimization algorithms. The real-time safety management monitoring platform is of great help to improve management efficiency and reduce potential safety hazards. Prefabricated building construction aims to improve the efficiency of land resource use, tap the potential of the city and improve People's living standards, optimization of traffic and other aspects can have a positive effect. In this paper, a real-time safety management and monitoring platform for prefabricated buildings is designed according to the relevant characteristics of the BIM optimization algorithm. The most obvious advantage of the BIM algorithm is that it can identify technical problems and safety hazards that may be encountered during the construction process as early as possible. Therefore, the use of BIM optimization algorithm for platform design can minimize the problems that workers may encounter in actual construction, thereby improving safety. 77 times, of which the accuracy rate is 96.25%, and the accuracy rate of reading books from the data remains above 94%. Biological Tissue Detection System Based on Improved Optimization Algorithm 1

Biological tissues are the basic components that constitute the structure of all living organisms. There are many types and complex internal components. The effective identification of different types of biological tissues is of great significance for the diagnosis of human diseases and the safe intake of animal-derived foods. Due to the similarities and differences in the elements in different types of biological tissues, this paper focuses on how to extract element characteristics in the same type of tissue for micro-difference identification. Based on the completion of the system construction, in view of the complexity, specificity and high-dimensionality of biological tissue spectral data, combined with machine learning methods, useful information is extracted from complex spectral data and a more robust analysis model is established. And improve the algorithm to improve its analysis performance. Because the surface of biological tissue samples has the characteristics of unevenness, cracks, and softness at room temperature, the experiment needs to precisely control the position of the laser focus relative to the surface of the sample, so as to achieve precise control of the laser pulse direction and laser focusing. The final results of the research show that the spectral recognition accuracy and accuracy of PC1 are 93.61% and 95.65%, respectively, and the spectral recognition accuracy and accuracy of PC2 are 87.56% and 98.46%, respectively. With the rapid development of Internet technology and intelligent technology, the wide application of 5g mobile communication technology has greatly improved the service quality of the communication industry and brought users a more smooth, convenient and fast communication experience. However, with the continuous progress of science and technology, the future mobile communication network will face more huge user groups and more complex business scenarios, which brings challenges such as massive data transmission and ultra-low delay communication to the bearer network. In order to use the limited network resources to create a better communication experience, there is an urgent need for more efficient and flexible resource allocation strategies to achieve high load transmission in high mobility and high timeliness business scenarios and optimize the resource utilization efficiency of the network. This paper discusses the resource optimization and task unloading technology of computer cloud computing. Combined with the transmission rate algorithm of communication network, this paper tests the service path delay and resource occupation of CT applied to 5g communication network, and compares it with traditional technology. The results show that the path delay of CT is reduced by about 13% compared with traditional technology. CT realizes the cross layer resource optimization under 5g architecture and provides more running resources for services;Compared with traditional technology, CT shows a decreasing trend in the occupation of resources, because CT can effectively improve the utilization of network resources by reasonably allocating the overall network across layers, so as to release some unnecessary carrying resources. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

With the rapid development of the computer field, machine vision recognition technology is often used to process image recognition and analysis. Machine vision is a key technology in the field of artificial intelligence, which can greatly improve the cognitive ability and perception ability of robots. Identifying and converting images into simple text information can focus on the important content of the image and make relevant expressions and statements about the content in the image. In this paper, the improved ORB algorithm is used to compare and study the consistency of machine vision images. Machine vision technology has played a great role in improving detection efficiency and reducing labor costs. The machine vision image processing method is the basis for the application of machine vision technology. and key. This paper aims to study the consistency of visual images and improve the consistency of machine vision image comparison. As an image matching feature point algorithm, ORB algorithm has good image fusion adaptability, which is of great help to improve the accuracy of machine vision image recognition and image registration. The final results of the research show that the extraction times of the three algorithms in the third extraction result are 2.459 s, 1.686 s, and 1.458 s, respectively. It can be seen in turn that the improved ORB algorithm used in this paper can significantly improve the processing time of visual images. International trade (IT) is an important driving force for the development of the world economy. In the context of the accelerating process of global integration and the expanding scale of foreign trade. And China, as one of the major developing countries, is even more so. This paper first introduces the impact of digital trade on countries and regions, enterprises and industries, and analyzes its causes and future trends. Then it uses the gray correlation model prediction method to build an IT relations development index to quantitatively evaluate the role of various factors in the global economic integration at this stage. With the progress of the times, CS assessment skill is also developing continuously. The drone is controlled by the on-board computer, so that the drone can replace the artificial travel to the reclamation area and surrounding sea areas, the remote sensing technology in the monitoring system is used to replace the operator to dynamically monitor the sea environment and climate change in the area where the reclamation project is implemented and the surrounding area, and to collect relevant data detected by the monitoring system. In this experiment, data statistics are made on the changes in the coastline of the six bays around a certain sea area, the changes in the area of the bay, the sea usage of some industries, and the connection between the surrounding islands and the land, conduct dynamic monitoring of the reclamation project in this sea area, and analyze the impact of reclamation on the surrounding sea area. After applying for registration of unit WeChat public platform account and verification, this system builds the earthquake information WeChat public platform by using the developer center, crawls the earthquake quick report information data through the WeChat public platform interface, calls the Access_token verification, uses the GET method to access, and sends the Json The data packet is sent to the public platform interface address via POST to drive to the WeChat public platform.
