In order to determine the development form of the new digital infrastructure of Jilin power grid, the key factors affecting the development form are analyzed. The paper first summarizes and sorts out all kinds of potential influencing factors, and then uses Delphi method to screen them, so as to form an evaluation index system. And then a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed to evaluate and study the performance of the three development forms of industrial Internet, big data Center and the application of new technology. Finally, combined with the performance of the evaluation indicators, determine the key factors and weak links. Logistics Distribution Optimization System of Cross-Border e-Commerce Platform Based on Bayes-BP Algorithm 1

In recent years, the development of CBE (cross-border e-commerce) has driven the development of many overseas markets. With the popularity of domestic e-commerce platforms, many companies have turned their attention to overseas markets. For example, in Europe, America and Southeast Asia, many local people With strong purchasing power, especially with the increasing international influence of China and the introduction of encouraging policies in many countries, CBE has certain prospects. Through the analysis of the development process of CBE platforms, this paper finds that logistics and distribution have played a key role in the long-term development of overseas e-commerce. The development of cross-border logistics is limited by many factors such as long transportation distance and customs participation. Therefore, it is particularly necessary to carry out research on cross-border logistics. Based on the Bayes-BP algorithm, this paper designs the logistics distribution optimization system of the CBE platform, aiming to optimize the logistics distribution path of the CBE platform and improve the efficiency of logistics distribution. The final results of the research show that, The average cost of path 3 before optimization is 21.33, after optimization it is 14.62, and the cost can be saved by 6.71. The average cost of path 4 before optimization is 25.66, and after optimization, it is 14.02, which can save 11.64. Urban traffic signal control is an important part of modern intelligent transportation system. Traffic lights play an important role in regulating traffic flow at intersections and major road sections. How to use advanced control technology to achieve reasonable time allocation optimization of traffic lights, maximize the use of traffic time for traffic lights, and ensure smooth roads is one of the key contents of intelligent transportation research. This paper aims to study the intelligent traffic signal control system (ITSCS) based on machine learning algorithm. This paper analyzes the support vector machine algorithm in the machine learning algorithm, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the support vector machine algorithm. It also analyzes the hardware structure of the ITSCS and the communication process between the devices of the ITSCS. Finally, the experimental results are obtained. The empirical analysis results show that the traditional ITSCS becomes more concise and convenient after the machine learning algorithm is adopted, and we conducted a questionnaire and found that more than 87% of the people feel that the design of the ITSCS applies machine learning algorithm, and found that the design efficiency has become higher. © 2023, The Author(s), under exclusive license to Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.

If the space of the library is increased and the number of books collected in the library is increased, the difficulty of library management will be increased accordingly. If the reading space of the library is increased, the maintenance of the library becomes more difficult, and all aspects of security will lead to more investment. This paper studies and uses FCM clustering algorithm to realize the construction of digital library. This digital library is composed of advanced software system and hardware facilities. The system software design process adopts three-tier software architecture, based on MVC framework, presented by B/S technology, through the system design software Visual Studio platform and C# language development launched by Microsoft;The hardware technology of the system relies on RFID radio frequency technology and Internet of things technology. In some optimization problems, the expression of the objective function is more complex or difficult to express with an obvious analytical formula, so it is difficult or impossible to obtain its derivative, and only some calculations are required for the value of the objective function. The derivative method of the objective function is not involved. The purpose of this work is to study a direct search algorithm for big data based on linear programming. Analysis of market friction factors will be studied separately. In the empirical analysis of this work, the simulation analysis method is used to calculate the actual efficiency of the investment portfolio from the eligibility reduction model, and then the DEA model is used to carry out a modular evaluation of the effectiveness of the investment portfolio, and the correlation calculates the sum of the two return values. Taking into account the conscience constraints, the DEA model is used to evaluate the rationality and efficiency of portfolio efficiency. Ecological Balance Construction and Optimization Strategy Based on Intelligent Optimization Algorithm 1

Ecological balance was first proposed by British plant ecologist Tan Sili in 1935. It includes individual ecological balance, group ecological balance and ecosystem balance. Ecological balance means that the structure and function of each part of the ecosystem are in a dynamic state of relative adaptation and coordination within a certain period of time and under relatively stable conditions. This paper mainly studies the establishment and optimization of network ecological balance. This paper aims to study the ecological balance construction and optimization strategy based on intelligent optimization algorithm. In this paper, a dynamically increasing compression factor is introduced into the used Firefly algorithm, and a DCFA algorithm is proposed. On the one hand, since the firefly algorithm uses random search in the search area to optimize the search area of the algorithm and better control the area detected by the algorithm, this function introduces a powerful compression compression based on inertia coefficient, and designs the DCFA algorithm. The DCFA algorithm is then applied to automated ecosystem testing, which confirms that the DCFA algorithm can quickly find optimal solutions and create suitable ecosystems. Accelerate the development of new technologies, monitor the rapid development of the network ecosystem, strengthen social supervision, increase the harmony and cultivation of the network ecosystem, enhance the ethical awareness of network subjects, and improve their recovery and adaptation to network functions. The reuse of industrial buildings can achieve energy conservation and environmental protection, and maximize social and economic benefits. However, the energy consumption of the construction industry is very high, which makes people pay more and more attention to the transformation and reuse methods to reduce demolition and the transformation of industrial buildings. Computer BIM technology can fully display the architectural design scheme, and the interior space that needs to be transformed can be adjusted in time to meet the requirements of indoor temperature and lighting. Therefore, this paper introduces computer BIM technology into the planning of building interior renovation projects, and builds an interior renovation information model. It is hoped that in the construction process, the use of this technology can make the design closer to the actual living needs of customers. After analyzing the changes of indoor lighting area and temperature area before and after the reconstruction, it is found that the areas with lighting coefficient greater than or equal to 5% account for 96.93% of the total workshop area. After the transformation, the area with indoor temperature less than or equal to 300K accounts for 86.2% of the total plant area. An Enterprise Financial Statement Identification Method Based on Support Vector Machine 1

Intelligent identification is the main method of financial statement identification, and in the process of enterprise financial statement identification, it is easy to have the problem of large report volume, reduce the accuracy of report identification, and even lose report data. This paper proposes a support vector machine method to identify report recognition and comprehensively shorten the report recognition time. Unusual declarations and financial audits are then identified. Finally, the support vector machine method summarizes the recognition results and outputs the final report recognition. MATLAB shows that the support vector machine method can accurately identify financial statements, with an error rate of less than 10% and a recognition accuracy greater than 90%, which is better than the bee colony algorithm.
