In recent years, the digital garment manufacturing equipment is becoming to be more and more qualified for the automatic performances such as speed, accuracy and so on. The CNC cutting system is one of the most important component in the advanced digital garment system. The improvement of its work efficiency is a hard issue for the optimization of garment production process. In general, the cutting path of garment CNC cutting system can be classified by two types, the efficient cutting path around each garment pattern and the non-cutting stroke between two patterns. Decreasing the consumption of the later one will improve the whole pattern cutting process. In this paper, the study on optimizing the garment cutting path plan is based on a special issue of generalized traveling salesman problem (GTSP). To solve this GTSP, an intelligent integrated algorithm, mainly composed by Ant Colony Algorithm and the nearest neighbor Algorithm, is proposed in order to generate optimized cutting path. This new algorithm will improve the process of cutting by the current garment cutting equipment by avoiding the waste of non-cutting stroke.

To find convenient locations and construct well designed parking lots, current ones should be evaluated. Providing consistent online review ranking is considered important for e-commerce services to support consumers' decision-making. Unlike existing methods that treat online reviews statically, this paper takes temporal dynamics of online reviews into account, and formulates a time-aware online review consistency ranking problem. Then, a corresponding method for the problem (namely, TRCRtd) is proposed, aimed at providing the consumers with a small listing of reviews consistent with the entire set of reviews in light of product features and sentiment orientations, where a decay function for the time at which reviews are posted is incorporated. Finally, data experiments are conducted, showing the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method.

In this work, a new algorithm for describing the quality of fiber spatial distribution in nonwoven structures using image analysis and a multicriteria approach is presented. The method is based on the spatial classification of the surface area into three categories: "normal" density of fiber, "low" density of fiber and "high" density of fiber. Decision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) is a commonly used method for Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). The method was primarily developed to analyze real world problems using real valued crisp data. However, in practice, it is often hard to acquire precise information and that is why the values are increasingly expressed as fuzzy sets or fuzzy numbers. A considerable number of studies have been devoted to the fuzzy extension of the DEMATEL method, but none provided the hesitant fuzzy extensions, which proves to be useful for the solution of various real world problems especially in a group decision making environment. This paper addresses this issue and proposes an interval-valued hesitant fuzzy approach to DEMATEL and provides an illustrative example.
