The work is devoted to the study of clustering methods for ARM devices to organize data processing and computing in a local network for edge computing use cases. The paper presented an analysis of the subject area, containing the study of logical levels of edge computing, the study of container virtualization technologies and clustering methods that could be applied to devices used in edge computing. The study of clustering methods revealed that Kubernetes-based solutions are the most user and developer friendly and provide the greatest number of functional and non-functional features. The best solution according to the given criteria was identified, its advantages and disadvantages were analyzed. The performance of the solution was tested and benchmarked against its public cloud counterparts. The test results showed that the performance of the solution is slightly inferior to their counterparts deployed in cloud providers.

The changes made to the project management standard and the seventh edition of the guide to the body of knowledge on project management are considered. The authors compared the changes in the approaches described in the previous edition. Examples of the viability of the traditional approach in project management are given. Conceptual changes in approaches to project management are characterized. The authors, based on the analysis, propose to consider the conceptual changes of the seventh edition as an addition, and not as a replacement for the project management standards of the previous edition.

The article examines the theory and practical implementation of a digital transformation strategy. It was found that the main stages of formation of the digital transformation strategy of the organization are determined by: the use of digital services, individualization of a particular instance of the service, the involvement of the end consumer in the process, customer support throughout the life cycle of the service. Six main stages of implementation of the strategy of digital transformation of the educational process based on the use of cloud technology were formed. Opportunities and threats to the use of cloud technology in the educational space were identified. The experience of using the cloud service “1C: Fresh” in the formation of more than one hundred information bases in the training of specialists in the field of economics and finance was obtained. It was shown that the use of cloud technologies with the provision of students with access to the cloud service of 1C in the educational space of the university simulates the production activities of future specialists in real time. In this case, up-to-date and daily updated for the current legislation programs are used, functionality, cybersecurity and a high degree of data security are maintained at the proper level.

In this article the scientific problem is raised regarding the insufficiency of processing data monitoring in relation to the subway power supply network. It is proposed to consider the modernization of the monitoring and control subsystem of the power supply network in terms of the Smart Grid concept. The article proposes an empirical mode decomposition (EMD) method for working with diagnostic parameter data monitoring by means of using Python. The authors carried out the dataframe primary processing by current and voltage during the period of 15 calendar days monitoring and obtained the decomposition of the signal into empirical modes. The results showed that the application of the EMD method made it possible to detect the presence of signal components, the content of harmonic components. This makes it possible to study the monitoring data for mutual influences, to identify signal components and to build a system for equipment programmatic search that creates interference.
