This paper presents the results obtained studying the prospective market of software security management systems in Russia that meet the requirements of national standards for secure software development. Basic national standards for secure software development in the context of software products certification are considered. The particulars of national and international standards harmonisation are addressed. Original conceptual models of secure software development are proposed. Statistical data on the introduction of safe procedures in serial production of information protection software is given. The peculiarities of the Russian market of secure software production are pointed out. The conclusion about the effectiveness and prospects of developing software security management systems as part of quality and information security management systems is made.

Mathematical models and data processing methods used for the digitalization of high-tech production of polymeric films, characterized by flexibility, large-capacity, multi-assortment, returnable waste, have been developed. The models describe the physical processes at the main stages of production (preparation of the extrudate, forming the extrudate, fixing the film structure), take into account the variability of equipment configurations, and make it possible to calculate the quality indices of the extrudate and film that are not monitored in production. Machine learning methods are used to process production data with large volume, high accumulation rate, variety of sources, and predict the quality of films. Mathematical models and methods have been implemented in the form of a software package that is adjusted for various types of films and configurations of production systems. It helps to solve the tasks of controlling the consumer characteristics of films (thickness difference, number of surface defects of various types, shrinkage, color, telescoping). Testing according to the extrusion-calender production of pharmaceutical and food packaging films at factories in Russia and Germany has confirmed the adequacy of the models and the operability of the software package. Their use contributes to improving the production efficiency by increasing the yield of high-quality film with the same amount of raw materials and the possibility of increasing film price for customers due to a significant improvement in the consumer characteristics.

In the last decade, the rate of oil production on the shelf has been increasing due to a decrease in oil production onshore for a number of reasons, therefore there is a need to develop management, monitoring systems, etc. to implement more efficient processes on production platforms. A relevant solution is the development and application of intelligent control systems. To do this, it is necessary to develop a conceptual model of the oil production process, having previously studied the offshore production platform as an object of management. In this paper, the conceptual model is developed using the method of expert assessments. The analysis of the consistency of expert opinions was carried out by calculating the Kendall concordance coefficient, sampling the most influential parameters by drawing up a Pareto diagram.

In this article, analyzing the existing methods of the aviation equipment diagnostic system during post-flight maintenance of the aircraft, it is recommended to use a remote diagnostic system to determine the condition of the aviation equipment during post-flight maintenance. Today, the demand in the aviation industry is increasing day by day and due to the increase in aircraft traffic at the airports, at the same time, the runway traffic management and services have been established quickly and efficiently. Aircraft maintenance takes a lot of time, which in turn causes flight delays. This problem is observed today in the world's largest airports. The paper deals with an important problems of improving the devices for automatic control of a railroad sorting hill yard. A method for controlling the automation of the operation of the wagon lifting retarder mechanism and its development and modernization is proposed. The paper describes a platform for self-healing of cloud services based on acquired cyber immunity. The development of the energy industry is conditioned by the main provisions of the national program “Digital Economy of the Russian Federation” and the project “Digital Energy” developed by the Ministry of Energy of Russia. The creation of digital twins is a modern trend in the development of digital technologies. The article considers the problem of designing and developing the concept of an intelligent information and analytical system for evaluating solutions in renewable energy based on digital twins. Such a complex digital solution makes it possible to form an easy-to-use virtual copy of the power system capable of reproducing the structure, condition and behavior of the original with a sufficient degree of reliability to solve the problem of involving RES in the energy balance, taking into account dynamically changing RES technologies, the potential of renewable sources in the region and various groups of criteria for the effectiveness of the system.
