In this paper, we propose a new hesitant fuzzy cognitive mapping approach to model the energy service contracting market in Turkey and identify factors playing a significant role in its development. The new approach does not only allow dynamic modeling of the behavior of complex systems but also modeling of uncertainty caused by hesitation. Results are compared to an earlier study applying a fuzzy cognitive mapping approach to explore the critical factors influencing the energy service market in Turkey.

Providing consistent online review ranking is considered important for e-commerce services to support consumers' decision-making. Unlike existing methods that treat online reviews statically, this paper takes temporal dynamics of online reviews into account, and formulates a time-aware online review consistency ranking problem. Then, a corresponding method for the problem (namely, TRCRtd) is proposed, aimed at providing the consumers with a small listing of reviews consistent with the entire set of reviews in light of product features and sentiment orientations, where a decay function for the time at which reviews are posted is incorporated. Finally, data experiments are conducted, showing the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed method.

To solve boolean satisfiability (SAT) problems more efficient, this paper presents a polarity decision policy, which calculates the polarity of variable according to the Jeroslow-Wang heuristic and Glucose heuristic, the proposed approach is embed into the SAT solver Glucose2.3. Experiment results show that the performance of the new solver, named Glucose_IM, is better than Glucose2.3 on the application certified UNSAT instances and hard combinatorial SAT instances at SAT competition 2013.

Risk assessment in information system is to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, assessment methods conduct a comprehensive safety analysis and evaluation, from the view of security properties referring to confidentiality, integrity and availability. Existing models and methods of risk assessment are partially subjective and complex, due to lack of uniform evaluation criteria. Therefore a risk assessment method is proposed in this paper, in which based on objective data and expert experience, risk can be assessed by combining with analytic hierarchy process, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and entropy coefficient. The results with analyzing data of monitoring information system show the method effective and accurate.
