Bipolar disorder often leads to periods of sick leave and close attention, thus causing economic and social problems in work and family environments. Most patients suffer crises that can be avoided through early prediction. Common characteristics, identified as patterns of behavior, add valuable information to the study. This paper shows a specification of a prediction system based on data from diverse sources. The dynamic analysis of data from voice monitoring with accelerometers are an adequate complement to the data used in previous studies. For predicting the crisis of bipolar disorder, a combination of machine learning algorithms is proposed into a computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) system.

The creation of the nurse schedules is one of the main research conducted on behalf of the effective use of human resources in health service. So, Nurse Scheduling Problems (NSP) has studied over forty years by many researchers. Many heuristic algorithms in the literature are generated based on the imitation of the events in nature. One of them is the Harmony Search Algorithm (HSA). The aim of this study is to examine all aspects of HSA and to evaluate the success of proposed HSA on a common set of problems in NSP. Community detection is a widely used method to extract useful information from social networks. Since many types of data are time-dependent, dynamic network clustering has drawn great attention in recent years. A good dynamic clustering approach should result in a smooth cluster evolution and determine the number of communities automatically. In this paper, we propose a Dirichlet Process based Dynamic Network Clustering Method using Temporal Dirichlet Process with stochastic block model, which is able to detect communities and meet requirements mentioned above. We did experiments on synthetic data and result shows our method is outperformed several state-of- the-art methods in both the accuracy of determining the number of clusters and the capability of resisting noisy data.

This paper presents a view of EXEHDA (Execution Environment for Highly Distributed Applications), a middleware conceived to support the execution of ubiquitous situation-aware applications. Particularly, we highlight an architecture integrated to EXEHDA middleware, named EXEHDA-HP*, created for supporting hybrid processing of context data, aiming at detection of situations. In recent years, the digital garment manufacturing equipment is becoming to be more and more qualified for the automatic performances such as speed, accuracy and so on. The CNC cutting system is one of the most important component in the advanced digital garment system. The improvement of its work efficiency is a hard issue for the optimization of garment production process. In general, the cutting path of garment CNC cutting system can be classified by two types, the efficient cutting path around each garment pattern and the non-cutting stroke between two patterns. Decreasing the consumption of the later one will improve the whole pattern cutting process. In this paper, the study on optimizing the garment cutting path plan is based on a special issue of generalized traveling salesman problem (GTSP). To solve this GTSP, an intelligent integrated algorithm, mainly composed by Ant Colony Algorithm and the nearest neighbor Algorithm, is proposed in order to generate optimized cutting path. This new algorithm will improve the process of cutting by the current garment cutting equipment by avoiding the waste of non-cutting stroke.

To find convenient locations and construct well designed parking lots, current ones should be evaluated. In this study, randomly chosen parking lots in Istanbul is compared according to the literature based criteria by using interval-valued intuitionistic fuzzy PROMETHEE. In this paper, intuitionistic fuzzy TOPSIS approach is applied to evaluate service quality of rail transit systems of Istanbul. A total of 6553 surveys are conducted and analyzed in seven rail lines with respect to 20 service qualities.
