在当今这个科技日新月异、学科交叉融合日益频繁的时代背景下,跨学科教育改革显得尤为重要。它不仅能够打破传统学科间的壁垒,还能促进知识的深度融合,培养出能够适应快速变化世界的复合型人才。论文旨在探讨构建化学、生物学、材料学等交叉学科学生能力培养的新模式,以适应社会对复合型人才的迫切需求,研究了当前化学、生物学、材料学学科交叉应用的前景,并分析了传统学科教育模式的局限性,包括学科界限固化、跨学科能力的缺乏以及师资队伍建设的不足等问题。此外,文章提出了一种全新的交叉学科教育模式,该模式以提供高平台保障、师资多元化、提供体制机制保障为核心,旨在培养学生的综合知识结构、创新思维和跨界合作能力。Under the background of the rapid development of science and technology and the frequent integration of disciplines, the reform of interdisciplinary education is particularly important. The reform not only breaks down the barriers between traditional disciplines but also promotes the deep integration of knowledge, cultivating composite talents capable of adapting to the rapidly changing world. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the construction of a new model for the ability training of interdisciplinary students in chemistry, biology and materials science, in order to meet the urgent need of society for composite talents. It studies the prospects of interdisciplinary applications in chemistry, biology, and materials science and analyzes the limitations of traditional disciplinary education models, including the rigidity of disciplinary boundaries, the lack of interdisciplinary capabilities, and the insufficiency in faculty team construction. In addition, this paper puts forward a new cross-disciplinary education model, which focuses on providing high platform guarantee, diversified teachers and institutional guarantee, aiming at cultivating students’ comprehensive knowledge structure, innovative thinking and cross-border cooperation ability.
