农产品电商作为“互联网+”时代的新兴业态,是践行“数商兴农”政策的关键行动。加速推进数商兴农战略,对于我国农村经济,特别是少数民族地区的长远发展而言,具有举足轻重的地位。当前少数民族地区农产品电商发展尚处于初步阶段,在农产品电商的发展过程中,还存在同质化问题突出、物流体系不够完善、交易市场信息流通不平衡以及高素质电商人才匮乏的现实困境。针对这些问题,本文基于构建少数民族地区农产品电商生态系统,提出相应的解决措施:构建产业标准化体系,塑造特色品牌;完善农村物流机制,提升运输效率;推进信息化建设,促进融合发展;因地制宜培育电商人才,提升当地电商水平。Agricultural e-commerce, as an emerging industry in the era of “Internet Plus”, is a key action in the implementation of the policy of “promoting agriculture through digital commerce”. Accelerating the strategy of promoting agriculture through digital business is of great importance to the long-term development of China’s rural economy, especially in ethnic minority areas. At present, the development of agricultural e-commerce in ethnic minority areas is still in the initial stage, and in the process of agricultural e-commerce development, there is still the problem of homogenization, the logistics system is not perfect enough, the information flow of the market is not balanced, and there is still the lack of high-quality e-commerce talents. In view of these problems, this paper is based on the construction of agricultural e-commerce ecosystem in ethnic minority areas, and puts forward corresponding measures to solve the problem: building industrial standardization system, shaping the characteristic brand;perfecting the rural logistics mechanism, improving the transportation efficiency;promoting the construction of information technology, promoting the integration of development;and cultivating e-commerce talents according to the local conditions to improve the level of local e-commerce.
