马丁·布伯的对话哲学视角下,将师生关系重新建构,认为应在人与人之间建立“我–你”关系,并将其应用到教育中的人际关系里,于是便形成了“我–你”师生关系,是“我–你”关系在教育领域的特殊体现。基于此,从以人为本的对话教育观、以自由意志为追求的教育目的观、以“我–你”为关系的师生观三方面对马丁布伯对话哲学教育思想进行探析。探究马丁·布伯对话哲学视域下师生关系的基本特征,从而使师生之间形成以平等为主题探究交互主体性,在相遇中展现学生充分完整人格,使爱成为师生建构的关键。From the perspective of dialogue philosophy, Martin Buber reconstructs the teacher-student relationship and believes that the “I-you” relationship should be established among people and applied to the interpersonal relationships in education, so the “I-you” teacher-student relationship is formed, which is a special embodiment of “I-you” relationship in the field of education. Based on this, this paper probes into Martin Buber’s dialogue philosophy education thought from three perspectives: human-oriented dialogue education view, educational purpose view pursued by free will, and teacher-student view based on “I-you”. This paper explores the basic characteristics of teacher-student relationship from the perspective of Martin Buber’s dialogue philosophy, so as to form interactive subjectivity between teachers and students with the theme of equality, show students’ full and complete personality in the encounter, and make love the key to the construction of teachers and students.
